Mark 3
1 And he entered again into a synagogue; and there was a man there having a withered hand;
[Ісус] знову зайшов у синагогу. Там був чоловік із всохлою рукою.
2 and they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath, that they might accuse him.
[Фарисеї] уважно стежили за Ісусом, чи зцілить його в Суботу, щоб звинуватити Його.
3 And he saith to the man having the withered hand, Stand up in the midst.
[Ісус] сказав чоловікові, що мав всохлу руку: «Стань посередині!»
4 And he saith to them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they were silent.
Потім сказав їм: «У Суботу дозволено робити добро чи зло? Спасати життя чи вбивати?» Але вони мовчали.
5 And looking round on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith to the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched it forth; and his hand was restored.
Подивившись на них з обуренням та скорботою через впертість їхніх сердець, Він сказав чоловікові: «Простягни руку!» Той простягнув, і його рука була зцілена.
6 And the Pharisees went forth, and immediately had a consultation with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
Фарисеї ж вийшли та радились з іродіанами проти Нього, як Його вбити.
7 And Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the lake; and a great multitude from Galilee, and from Judaea followed;
Ісус же разом зі Своїми учнями відійшов до моря. За Ним ішов великий натовп із Галілеї та Юдеї,
8 and from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond the Jordan, and the people about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard what great things he was doing, came to him.
Єрусалима, Ідумеї, з-за Йордану, з Тира та Сидона. Багато людей, почувши, що Він робить, прийшли до Нього.
9 And he gave direction to his disciples, that a boat should be in readiness for him because of the multitude, that they might not throng him.
[Ісус] звелів Своїм учням приготувати для Нього невеликий човен, щоб натовп не тиснув на Нього.
10 For he had healed many, so that as many as had plagues pressed upon him to touch him.
Адже Він зцілив багатьох, і всі, що мали недуги, тиснулися, аби доторкнутися до Нього.
11 And the unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried out, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
Нечисті духи, коли бачили Його, падали долілиць перед Ним та кричали: «Ти – Син Божий!»
12 And he strictly charged them that they should not make him known.
Однак Він суворо наказував їм, щоб не виявляли Його.
13 And he goeth up into the mountain, and calleth to him whom he would; and they came to him.
[Ісус] зійшов на гору та покликав до Себе, кого схотів Він, і вони прийшли до Нього.
14 And he appointed twelve to be with him, and whom he might send forth to preach,
І обрав дванадцятьох, яких назвав апостолами, щоб були з Ним, щоб посилати їх проповідувати
15 and to have authority to cast out demons. And he appointed the twelve,
і щоб вони мали владу виганяти демонів.
16 and Simon he surnamed Peter;
Він обрав дванадцятьох: Симона, якому дав ім’я Петро,
17 and James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, that is, Sons of thunder;
Якова, сина Зеведеєвого, і його брата Івана, яких назвав Воанергес, що означає «сини грому»,
18 and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon of Cana,
Андрія, Филипа, Варфоломія, Матвія, Фому, Якова, сина Алфеєвого, Тадея, Симона Кананита
19 and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him. And he cometh into the house.
і Юду Іскаріота, який зрадив Ісуса.
20 And again a multitude cometh together, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
Потім, коли прийшов додому, знову зібрався великий натовп, так що Ісус та Його учні не могли навіть поїсти.
21 And his relations hearing of it went out to lay hold of him; for they said, He is beside himself.
Рідні Ісуса, почувши про це, прийшли, щоб забрати Його, бо казали: «Він втратив розум».
22 And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebul; and, He casteth out the demons through the prince of the demons.
Книжники, які прийшли з Єрусалима, казали: «Він одержимий Вельзевулом! Він виганяє демонів [силою] володаря демонів».
23 And calling them to him, he said to them in parables: How can Satan cast out Satan?
Тоді Ісус, покликавши їх до Себе, сказав їм притчами: «Як може сатана виганяти сатану?
24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand;
Якщо якесь царство розділене в собі, таке царство не зможе встояти.
25 and if a house be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand;
І якщо якийсь дім розділений в собі, такий дім не зможе встояти.
26 and if Satan rise up against himself, he is divided, and cannot stand, but hath an end.
Якщо сатана повстав проти самого себе й розділився, то не зможе встояти. Але йому прийшов кінець.
27 Moreover, no one can enter into a strong man's house, and plunder his goods, unless he first bind the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
Ніхто не може увійти в дім сильного та пограбувати його майно, якщо спочатку не зв’яже сильного. Лише тоді пограбує його дім.
28 Truly do I say to you, All sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and the blasphemies wherewith they shall blaspheme;
Істинно кажу вам: людям простяться всі гріхи та всі богохульства,
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
[Він сказав це], бо вони говорили: «Він одержимий нечистим духом».
31 And his mother and his brothers came; and, standing without, sent to him, to call him.
Прийшли Його мати та брати і, стоячи надворі, послали до Нього, щоб покликати Його.
32 And a multitude was sitting about him; and they say to him, Lo! thy mother and thy brothers and thy sisters are without, seeking for thee.
Люди, що сиділи навколо Нього, сказали Йому: ―Ось Твоя мати, Твої брати та сестри стоять надворі та кличуть Тебе.
33 And he answering saith to them, Who is my mother, and my brothers?
Він відповів: ―Хто Моя мати і Мої брати?
34 And looking round on those who sat about him, he saith, Behold my mother and my brothers.
І, подивившись на тих, хто сидів навколо, сказав: ―Ось Моя мати та Мої брати.
35 Whoever shall do the will of God, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.
Бо той, хто виконує волю Божу, є Мені братом, сестрою і матір’ю.
