< Psalms 5 >
1 [For the Chief Musician, with the flutes. A Psalm by David.] Listen to my words, LORD. Consider my (meditation)
IEOWA kom kotin ereki ai lokaia o kotin mangi ai madamadaua.
2 Give attention to the voice of my cry, my King and my God; for to you do I pray.
O kotin mangi ai likelikwir, ai Nanmarki o ai Kot, pwe i pan potoan kapakap ong komui.
3 LORD, in the morning you shall hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and watch.
Maing Ieowa, kotin mangi ngil ai nin soran, nin soran i men tu ong komui o masamasan.
4 For you are not a God who desires wickedness. Evil can't live with you.
Pwe komui kaidin Kot amen, me kin mauki tiak sapung, me morsued sota pan mimieta mo’mui.
5 The arrogant shall not stand in your sight. You hate all evildoers.
Me aklapalap akan sota pan pwaida mon silang omui, kom kin kotin suede ki me sapung kan.
6 You will destroy those who speak lies. The LORD despises a person of bloodshed and deceit.
Kom pan kotin kamela me likam kan; Ieowa kin kotin tataki me kamela o kotaue aramas akan.
7 But as for me, in the abundance of your loving kindness I will enter into your house. I will bow toward your holy temple in reverence of you.
A i pan pedelong ong nan tanpas omui, pweki omui kalangan lapalap, o kaudok ni lan inen wong sapwilim omui im en kaudok o.
8 Lead me, LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before me.
Maing kom kotin kalua ia ni omui pung, pweki ai imwintiti kan; kom kotin kaineneta al omui mo i.
9 For there is nothing reliable in their mouth. Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they flatter.
Pwe sota me melel kot ni au arail; o lol arail rokeki kaopa. Kapinwor arail rasong sousou me so ser pena; o re kin aksansale mauki lo arail.
10 Hold them guilty, God. Let them fall by their own counsels. Cast them out because of the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against you.
Kom kotin kadeik irail da, Maing Kot, pwe ren pup kidi pein arail inong. Sikin ir wei, pweki arail dip lapalap, pwe re kin kangudi ong komui.
11 But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. And let those who love your name be joyful in you.
Karos, me liki komui ap pan peren kida, re pan pereperen kokolata, pwe kom kin kotin sinsila irail. Irail pan pereperen, me kin pok ong mar omui.
12 For you bless the righteous, LORD. You surround him with favor like a shield.
Pwe komui Maing kin kapaiada me pung kan. Komui kin kotin nekid ir ala ki omui kalangan dueta pere eu.
