< Psalms 3 >
1 [A Psalm by David, when he fled from Absalom his son.] LORD, how my adversaries have increased. Many rise up against me.
O Yahweh Pakai, idia eisulam vaiding mi pung jing hitam! eidou din mitamtah akipandoh taove.
2 Many there are who say of my soul, "There is no salvation for him in God." (Selah)
Ama kihuh doh na hi Elohim Pathen a aumpoi tin kalungthim in mitamtah'in aseijui. (Selah)
3 But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.
Ahinlah Yahweh Pakai, nanghi eiveng tup, kalum'a kisoung nahi; Ka loupina le khodah ngam-a, gal jona eipeh jing nahi.
4 I cried out to the LORD with my voice, and he answered me from his holy mountain. (Selah)
Keima O sangtah in Yahweh Pakai henga kataovin, Aman alhang thenga kon'in eihin donbut tai. (Selah)
5 I lay down and slept. I awoke, for the LORD sustains me.
Keima kalum'in ka-imu jin; Yahweh Pakai in eichin tup'a eihoidam jeh'in, kajing-thou kit tai.
6 I am not afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side.
Keima doudin mihem sangsom sangjan ei umkimvel jongle kichakit taponge.
7 Arise, LORD. Save me, my God. For you slap all my enemies in the face. You break the teeth of the wicked.
Hung thoudoh in O Yahweh Pakai; neihuhdoh'in, Elohim ka Pathen: Eidou hojouse khagu eivohchipeh in; nangma migilou ho hahemtah jong vopul soh ji nahi.
8 Salvation belongs to the LORD. Your blessing is upon your people. (Selah)
Huh hingna hi Yahweh Pakai a kon bou ahi: Na phattheina jong namite chunga aume.
