3 And when the wine ran out, Jesus' mother said to him, "They have no wine."
Woyne ushshay wurin, Yesuusa aayiya Yesuusakko, “Enttaw woyne ushshay wuris” yaagasu.
4 Jesus said to her, "Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come."
Yesuusi zaaridi, “Ta aaye, ne hayssan geloppa? Ta wodey buroo gakkibeenna” yaagis.
5 His mother said to the servants, "Whatever he says to you, do it."
Yesuusa aayiya oosanchchotakko, “I hinttew odiyabaa aybibaa gidikkoka oothite” yaagasu.
6 Now there were six stone water jars set there after the Jewish manner of purifying, containing two or three metretes apiece.

11 This beginning of his signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.

12 After this, he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother and brothers, and his disciples; and they stayed there a few days.

13 The Jewish Passover was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

14 And he found in the temple those who sold oxen, sheep, and doves, and the money changers sitting.
Bidi Xoossa Keethan boorata, miizata, dorssatanne holleta bayzeyssatanne bantta oydiyan uttidi miishe laammeyssata demmis.
15 And he made a whip of cords, and threw all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changers' money, and overthrew their tables.
I xurqqafe dooqidi asaa ubbaa entta mehetara Xoossa Keethafe gooddidi kare kessis. Miishe laammeyssata xarpheezatakka aathi yeggidi entta miishiya laallis.
16 To those who sold the doves, he said, "Take these things out of here. Do not make my Father's house a marketplace."
Holle bayzeyssata, “Ha holleta hayssafe kessite; ta Aawa keetha giya oothofite” yaagis.
17 His disciples remembered that it was written, "Zeal for your house will consume me."
Iya tamaareti Geeshsha Maxaafan, “Taani ne keethas mishettiya mishay tana tamada xuuggees” geetettidi xaafettidayssa akeekidosona.
18 The Jewish leaders therefore answered him, "What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?"
Hessafe guye, Ayhudeti zaaridi, “Ne hayssa oothanaw new maati de7eyssas nuna ay malaata oothada bessanee?” yaagidosona.
19 Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
Yesuusi, “Ha Xoossaa Keetha laallite; taani heedzu gallasan zaarada keexana” yaagis.
20 The Jewish leaders therefore said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?"
Qassika Ayhudeti, “Ha Xoossa Keetha keexanaw oytamanne usuppun laythi ekkis, shin neeni heedzu gallasan keexanee?” yaagidosona.
21 But he spoke of the temple of his body.
Shin Yesuusi odiya Xoossa Keethay ba asatethaabaa.
22 When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he said this, and they believed the Scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

24 But Jesus did not trust himself to them, because he knew everyone,
Shin Yesuusi asaa ubbaa eriya gisho entta ammanibeenna.
