Psalms 122
1 A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. BY DAVID. I have rejoiced in those saying to me, “We go to the house of YHWH.”
၁သူတို့က``ထာဝရဘုရား၏အိမ်တော်သို့ ငါတို့သွားကြကုန်အံ့'' ဟုဆိုသောအခါ ငါသည်ရွှင်လန်းဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ၏။
2 Our feet have been standing in your gates, O Jerusalem!
၂ယခုအခါငါတို့သည်ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ တံခါးအတွင်းရပ်လျက်ရှိနေကြပါ၏။
3 Jerusalem—the built one—[Is] as a city that is joined to itself together.
၃ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သည်တင့်တယ်လျောက်ပတ်စွာ ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်ထားသောမြို့ဖြစ်ပေ၏။
4 For there tribes have gone up, Tribes of YAH, companies of Israel, To give thanks to the Name of YHWH.
၄ဤမြို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်အမိန့်တော်ရှိသည့် အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းရန် ဣသရေလအနွယ်တို့စုရုံးရာအရပ် ဖြစ်၏။
5 For there thrones of judgment have sat, Thrones of the house of David.
၅ဤမြို့သည်ဣသရေလဘုရင်တို့နန်းစိုက်၍ ပြည်သူတို့အားတရားစီရင်ရာဌာနဖြစ်၏။
6 Ask [for] the peace of Jerusalem, Those loving you are at rest.
၆``သင့်ကိုချစ်မြတ်နိုးသူတို့သည်ကောင်းစား ကြပါစေသော။ သင်၏မြို့ရိုးများအတွင်း၌ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာ မှုရှိ၍ သင်၏နန်းတော်များအတွင်း၌ဘေးမဲ့လုံခြုံမှု ရှိပါစေသော'' ဟု ယေရုရှလင်မြို့၏ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာရေးအတွက် ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုကြလော့။
7 Peace is in your bulwark, rest in your high places,

8 For the sake of my brothers and my companions, Please let me speak, “Peace [be] in you.”
၈ငါသည်ဆွေမျိုးများနှင့်မိတ်ဆွေများကို ထောက်ထား၍ယေရုရှလင်မြို့အား ``သင်၌ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာခြင်းရှိပါစေသော'' ဟု မြွက်ဆိုပါ၏။
9 For the sake of the house of our God YHWH, I seek good for you!
၉ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်ကိုထောက်ထား၍ သင်၏စည်ပင်သာယာမှုအတွက် ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုပါ၏။
