< Psalms 109 >
1 For the end, a Psalm of David. For the end, a Psalm of David. O God, pass not over my praise in silence;
MAIN Kot, me i kin kapikapina, kom der kotin japaimokid!
2 for the mouth of the sinner and the mouth of the crafty [man] have been opened against me: they have spoken against me with a crafty tongue.
Pwe au en me doo jan Kot, o me kin kotaue jara don ia, re lokelokaia on ia ki lo likam.
3 And they have compassed me with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.
Re lokaia jued on ia waja karoj, o pei on ia ni jo karepa
4 Instead of loving me, they falsely accused me: but I continued to pray.
Ni ai pok on ir, re kin imwintiti on ia; a nai kin poten kapakap.
5 And they rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
Irail depukki ai me mau me jued, o re kin tata kin ia ni ai pok on ir.
6 Set you a sinner against him; and let the devil stand at his right hand.
Kotin kajapwiladan i me doo jan Kot amen, pwen a jaunkapun o me palian I, en mi ni pali maun a.
7 When he is judged, let him go forth condemned: and let his prayer become sin.
Ma a pan pakajau, a pan pakadeikada, pil a kapakap en kadipala i.
8 Let his days be few: and let another take his office of overseer.
A ran akan en malaulaula, o a koa en ko on amen.
9 Let his children be orphans, and his wife a widow.
Na jeri kan en japoupou, o a paud en li odi amen.
10 Let his children wander without a dwelling-place, and beg: let them be cast out of their habitations.
Na jeri kan en janjarwaru jili o wia poekipoek, o re rapaki kan ar mana, doo jan nan moan im arail.
11 Let [his] creditor exact all that belongs to him: and let strangers spoil his labors.
Me norok moni en pitia jan i a meakoaroj, o men wai en kulia jan i a dipijou kan.
12 Let him have no helper; neither let there be any one to have compassion on his fatherless children.
O jota me pan kadek on i, o jota me pan jauja na japoupou kan.
13 Let his children be [given up] to utter destruction: in one generation let his name be blotted out.
Kadaudok a en kokoka jan; o mar arail en niki jan nin di kaieu.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
Japun en jam a ko en janjal mon Ieowa, o dip en in a ender lapwada.
15 Let them be before the Lord continually; and let their memorial be blotted out from the earth.
Ieowa en kotin majamajan irail ajau karoj, o kataman parail en niki jan in jappa.
16 Because he remembered not to show mercy, but persecuted the needy and poor man, and [that] to kill him that was pricked in the heart.
Pweki a jota man kadek, pwe a pakipaki me luet o jamama, o me injenjued, pwen kamela i.
17 He loved cursing also, and it shall come upon him; and he took not pleasure in blessing, so it shall be removed far from him.
O a inon ion en riala; ari en lel on! O a jota injenoki kapai, ari, en doo jan i!
18 Yes, he put on cursing as a garment, and it is come as water into his bowels, and as oil into his bones.
A kapwateki me jued duata a likau, ari me jued en kolon lole dueta pil o nan kokon akan dueta le.
19 Let it be to him as a garment which he puts on, and as a girdle with which he girds himself continually.
Me jued en rajon a likau pup, me a kin likauwiada, o rajon men pirapir me a kin pirapireki.
20 This is the dealing of the Lord with those who falsely accuse me, and of them that speak evil against my soul.
Iduen Ieowa pan kotin pwain on me palian ia, o me kin lokaia jued duen nai.
21 But you, O Lord, Lord, deal [mercifully] with me, for your name's sake: for your mercy is good.
A komui, Main Ieowa ai Kot kotin wiawia ia, pweki mar omui; pwe omui kalanan kajampwal, dore ia la!
22 Deliver me, for I am poor and needy; and my heart is troubled within me.
Pwe nai me luet o jamama, o nan monion i olar.
23 I am removed as a shadow in its going down: I am tossed up and down like locusts.
I kin tanwei dueta mota, o i pan kamajak wei dueta manjiek amen.
24 My knees are weakened through fasting, and my flesh is changed by reason of [the lack of] oil.
Na i kat luete kilar kaijejol, o uduk ai tikitikilar;
25 I became also a reproach to them: [when] they saw me they shook their heads.
O i wialar men lalaue re’rail; ni ar kilan ia, re kin due duailok!
26 Help me, O Lord my God; and save me according to your mercy.
Main Ieowa, ai Kot, kom kotin dore ia la duen omui kalanan!
27 And let them know that this is your hand; and [that] you, Lord, have wrought it.
Pwe ren aja, mepukat tapi jan ni lim omui, me komui Ieowa kotin wiadar mepukat.
28 Let them curse, but you shall bless: let them that rise up against me be ashamed, but let your servant rejoice.
Menda, ma re lalaue, kom kotin kapai ia da. Ma re palian ia, ren namenokala, pwe japwilim omui ladu en pereperen.
29 Let those that falsely accuse me be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their shame as with a mantle.
Re kotin wiai on ai imwintiti, ren likau kida namenok, o ren purion nan me jued dueta likau pup.
30 I will give thanks to the Lord abundantly with my mouth; and in the midst of many I will praise him.
I pan danke Ieowa melel ni au ai, o i pan kapina i nan pun en me toto.
31 For he stood on the right hand of the poor, to save [me] from them that persecute my soul.
Pwe a kotikot ni pali maun en me jamama, pwen dorela i jan ir, me kadeikada i, en kamela.
