Ephesians 1
1 PAUL, an apostle of Jesus Christ, by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Pavel, apostol al lui Isus Hristos, prin voia lui Dumnezeu, către sfinții care sunt în Efes și către cei credincioși în Isus Hristos:
2 grace be unto you, and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Har vouă și pace de la Dumnezeu Tatăl nostru și de la Domnul Isus Hristos.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heavenly things in Christ;
Binecuvântat să fie Dumnezeul și Tatăl Domnului nostru Isus Hristos, care ne-a binecuvântat cu orice binecuvântare duhovnicească în locurile cerești, în Hristos,
4 as he hath elected us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him in love:
după cum ne-a ales în El înainte de întemeierea lumii, ca să fim sfinți și fără cusur înaintea Lui, în dragoste,
5 having predestinated us for his adopted children by Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
predestinându-ne pentru adopție, ca copii, prin Isus Hristos, pentru El însuși, după buna plăcere a dorinței Sale,
6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, whereby he hath made us acceptable in that beloved one;
spre lauda gloriei harului Său, prin care ne-a dat de bunăvoie favoarea în Cel iubit.
7 in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
În El avem răscumpărarea noastră prin sângele Său, iertarea greșelilor noastre, potrivit cu bogăția haruluiSău
8 wherein he hath abounded towards us with all wisdom and intelligence,
pe care l-a făcut să abunde față de noi în toată înțelepciunea și prudența,
9 having made known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in himself;
făcându-ne cunoscut misterul voinței Sale, potrivit bunei Sale plăceri pe care a hotărât-o în El
10 at the dispensation of the fulness of the appointed times to gather together under one head all things in Christ, whether they be things in heaven or things in earth, in him:
pentru o administrare a plinătății vremurilor, pentru a rezuma toate lucrurile în Hristos, cele din ceruri și cele de pe pământ, în El.
11 in whom also we have obtained our inheritance, predestinated according to the purpose of him who effectually worketh all things according to the counsel of his own will:
Ni s-a atribuit și nouă o moștenire în El, fiind rânduiți mai dinainte, potrivit cu planul Celui care face toate lucrurile după planul voii Sale,
12 that we should be to the praise of his glory, who first had hope in Christ.
pentru ca noi, care mai înainte am sperat în Hristos, să fim spre lauda gloriei Lui.
13 In whom ye also trusted after ye had heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, ye have been sealed with the holy Spirit of promise,
În el și voi, după ce ați auzit cuvântul adevărului, Vestea cea bună a mântuirii voastre — în care, crezând și voi, ați fost pecetluiți cu Duhul Sfânt făgăduit,
14 which is the earnest of our inheritance, until the final redemption, acquired by him, come, to the praise of his glory.
care este un gaj al moștenirii noastre, pentru răscumpărarea proprietății lui Dumnezeu, spre lauda gloriei sale.
15 For this cause I also, since I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and the love ye have to all saints,
De aceea și eu, care am auzit despre credința în Domnul Isus, care este printre voi, și despre dragostea pe care o aveți față de toți sfinții,
16 have not ceased offering up my praises for you, making mention of you in my prayers,
nu încetez să mulțumesc pentru voi, pomenindu-vă în rugăciunile mele,
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, would give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation by the knowledge of him;
pentru ca Dumnezeul Domnului nostru Isus Hristos, Tatăl slavei, să vă dea un duh de înțelepciune și de descoperire în cunoașterea Lui,
18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he hath called you, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance for the saints,
ca să vă lumineze ochii inimii voastre, ca să știți care este nădejdea chemării Lui, și care sunt bogățiile gloriei moștenirii Sale în sfinți,
19 and what the transcendent greatness of his power in us, who believe, according to the energy of his mighty strength
și care este nespus de mare puterea Sa față de noi, cei care credem, potrivit cu lucrarea tăriei puterii Sale
20 which he displayed in Christ when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly regions,
pe care a lucrat-o în Hristos când L-a înviat din morți și L-a făcut să șadă la dreapta Sa în locurile cerești,
21 far above all principality, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come; (aiōn g165)
cu mult mai presus de orice stăpânire, autoritate, putere, domnie și orice nume care se numește, nu numai în acest veac, ci și în cel ce va să vină. (aiōn g165)
22 and hath put all things under his feet, and hath appointed him head over all to the church,
I-a supus toate lucrurile sub picioarele Lui și L-a dat să fie cap peste toate lucrurile pentru Adunare,
23 which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
care este trupul Lui, plinătatea Celui care umple totul în toți.
