Psalms 84
1 To him that excelleth upon Gittith. A Psalme committed to the sonnes of Korah. O Lord of hostes, howe amiable are thy Tabernacles!
За първия певец, на гетския инструмент, псалом на Кореевите потомци. Колко са мили Твоите обиталища Господи на силите!
2 My soule longeth, yea, and fainteth for the courtes of the Lord: for mine heart and my flesh reioyce in the liuing God.
Копнее и даже примира душата ми за дворовете Господни; Сърцето ми и плътта ми викат към живия Бог.
3 Yea, the sparrowe hath found her an house, and the swallow a nest for her, where she may lay her yong: euen by thine altars, O Lord of hostes, my King and my God.
Дори врабчето си намира жилище, И лястовицата гнездо за себе си гдето туря пилетата си,
4 Blessed are they that dwell in thine house: they will euer praise thee. (Selah)
Блажени ония, които живеят в Твоя дом; Те всякога ще Те хвалят. (Села)
5 Blessed is the man, whose strength is in thee, and in whose heart are thy wayes.
Блажени ония човеци, чиято сила е в Тебе. В чието сърце са пътищата към Твоя дом.
6 They going through the vale of Baca, make welles therein: the raine also couereth the pooles.
Минаващи през долината на плача, Те я преобръщат на място на извори; И есенният дъжд я покрива с благословения.
7 They goe from strength to strength, till euery one appeare before God in Zion.
Те отиват от сила в сила; Всеки от тях се явява пред Бога в Сион.
8 O Lord God of hostes, heare my prayer: hearken, O God of Iaakob. (Selah)
Господи Боже на Силите, послушай молитвата ми. Приклони ухо, Боже Яковов. (Села)
9 Beholde, O God, our shielde, and looke vpon the face of thine Anointed.
Боже, щите наш, виж, И погледни в лицето на Твоя помазаник.
10 For a day in thy courtes is better then a thousand other where: I had rather be a doore keeper in the House of my God, then to dwell in the Tabernacles of wickednesse.
Защото един ден в Твоите дворове е по-желателен от хиляда други дни; Предпочел бих да стоя на прага в дома на своя Бог, Отколкото да живея в шатрите на начестието.
11 For the Lord God is the sunne and shielde vnto vs: the Lord will giue grace and glory, and no good thing will he withhold from them that walke vprightly.
Защото Господ Бог е слънце и щит; Господ ще даде благодат и слава; Няма да лиши от никакво добро ходещите с незлобие.
12 O Lord of hostes, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
Господи на Силите, Блажен оня човек, който уповава на Тебе.
