Psalms 71
1 In thee, O Lord, I trust: let me neuer be ashamed.
Hianao, Jehovah ô, no itokiako; aoka tsy ho menatra mandrakizay aho.
2 Rescue mee and deliuer me in thy righteousnes: incline thine eare vnto me and saue me.
Vonjeo ny fahamarinanao aho, ka afaho; atongilano amiko ny sofinao, ka vonjeo aho.
3 Be thou my strong rocke, whereunto I may alway resort: thou hast giuen commandement to saue me: for thou art my rocke, and my fortresse.
Aoka ho vatolampy fonenana hohatoniko mandrakariva Hianao, Izay efa nandidy hamonjy ahy; fa harambatoko sy batery fiarovana ho ahy Hianao.
4 Deliuer mee, O my God, out of the hande of the wicked: out of the hande of the euill and cruell man.
Andriamanitro ô, afaho amin’ ny tanan’ ny ratsy fanahy aho, dia amin’ ny tanan’ ny mpanao meloka sy ny lozabe.
5 For thou art mine hope, O Lord God, euen my trust from my youth.
Fa Hianao no fanantenako, Jehovah Tompo ô, ry tokiko hatry ny fony aho mbola tanora.
6 Vpon thee haue I beene stayed from the wombe: thou art he that tooke me out of my mothers bowels: my praise shalbe alwaies of thee.
Hianao no nanankinana ahy hatrany am-bohoka; ianao namoaka ahy avy tany an-kibon-dreniko; ianao no deraiko mandrakariva.
7 I am become as it were a monster vnto many: but thou art my sure trust.
Tonga toa zava-mahagaga eo imason’ ny maro aho; nefa Hianao no fiarovana mafy ho ahy.
8 Let my mouth be filled with thy praise, and with thy glory euery day.
Ny vavako ho feno ny fideràna Anao sy ny fankalazana Anao mandrakariva.
9 Cast mee not off in the time of age: forsake me not when my strength faileth.
Aza manary ahy, rehefa antitra aho; ary aza mahafoy ahy, rehefa ketraka ny heriko.
10 For mine enemies speake of mee, and they that lay waite for my soule, take their counsell together,
Fa miresaka ahy ny fahavaloko; ary miara-mioko izay manotrika hahazo ny aiko.
11 Saying, God hath forsaken him: pursue and take him, for there is none to deliuer him.
Ka manao hoe: Andriamanitra efa nahafoy azy; enjeho izy, ka sambory, fa tsy misy hamonjy.
12 Goe not farre from me, O God: my God, haste thee to helpe me.
Andriamanitra ô, aza manalavitra ahy; Andriamanitro ô, faingana hamonjy ahy.
13 Let them be confounded and consumed that are against my soule: let them be couered with reproofe and confusion, that seeke mine hurt.
Aoka ho menatra sy ho levona ny mpanohitra ny fanahiko; aoka hitafy henatra sy fahafaham-baraka izay mitady hanisy ratsy ahy.
14 But I will waite continually, and will praise thee more and more.
Fa izaho kosa dia hanantena mandrakariva, ary hitombo lalandava ny fideràko Anao.
15 My mouth shall daily rehearse thy righteousnesse, and thy saluation: for I knowe not the nomber.
Ny vavako hitory ny fahamarinanao sy ny famonjenao mandrakariva, fa tsy fantatro ny isany.
16 I will goe forwarde in the strength of the Lord God, and will make mention of thy righteousnesse, euen of thine onely.
Ho entiko ny asa lehibe nataon’ i Jehovah Tompo; hampahatsiaro ny fahamarinanao aho, dia ny Anao ihany.
17 O God, thou hast taught me from my youth euen vntill nowe: therefore will I tell of thy wonderous workes,
Andriamanitra ô, Hianao efa nampianatra ahy hatry ny fony aho mbola tanora; ary mandraka ankehitriny dia nitory ny fahagaganao aho.
18 Yea, euen vnto mine olde age and graie head, O God: forsake me not, vntill I haue declared thine arme vnto this generation, and thy power to all them, that shall come.
Koa mandra-pahantitro sy fotsy volo, dia aza mahafoy ahy, Andriamanitra ô, mandra-pilazako ny sandrinao amin’ ny taranaka sy ny asanao lehibe amin’ izay rehetra mbola ho avy.
19 And thy righteousnes, O God, I wil exalt on high: for thou hast done great thinges: O God, who is like vnto thee!
Ary mihatra amin’ izay avo indrindra ny fahamarinanao, Andriamanitra ô, Izay nanao zava-dehibe: Andriamanitra ô, iza no tahaka Anao?
20 Which hast shewed me great troubles and aduersities, but thou wilt returne, and reuiue me, and wilt come againe, and take mee vp from the depth of the earth.
Hianao Izay nampahita ahy fahoriana be sady mafy no hamelona ahy indray, ka hampiakatra ahy indray hiala amin’ ny fitoerana lalina amin’ ny tany.
21 Thou wilt increase mine honour, and returne and comfort me.
Ampitomboy ny voninahitro, ary aoka hampionona ahy indray Hianao.
22 Therefore will I praise thee for thy faithfulnesse, O God, vpon instrument and viole: vnto thee will I sing vpon the harpe, O Holy one of Israel.
Izaho kosa hidera Anao amin’ ny valiha, dia ny fahamarinanao, Andriamanitro; hankalaza Anao amin’ ny lokanga aho, ry Iray Masin’ ny Isiraely ô.
23 My lippes will reioyce when I sing vnto thee, and my soule, which thou hast deliuered.
Hihoby ny molotro raha mankalaza Anao; ny fanahiko koa izay efa navotanao;
24 My tongue also shall talke of thy righteousnesse daily: for they are confounded and brought vnto shame, that seeke mine hurt.
Ary ny lelako hitory ny fahamarinanao mandrakariva; fa efa menatra sy mangaihay izay mitady hanisy ratsy ahy.
