But he shall receiue an hundred folde, now at this present, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands with persecutions, and in the world to come, eternall life. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
will fail to receive a hundredfold in the present age—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and fields, along with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
Then Iesus answered, and sayd to it, Neuer man eate fruite of thee hereafter while the world standeth: and his disciples heard it. (aiōn g165)
Then He said to the tree, “May no one ever eat of your fruit again.” And His disciples heard this statement. (aiōn g165)
And hee shall reigne ouer the house of Iacob for euer, and of his kingdome shall bee none ende. (aiōn g165)
and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever. His kingdom will never end!” (aiōn g165)
(As hee hath spoken to our fathers, to wit, to Abraham, and his seede) for euer. (aiōn g165)
as He promised to our fathers, to Abraham and his descendants forever.” (aiōn g165)
As he spake by ye mouth of his holy Prophets, which were since the world began, saying, (aiōn g165)
as He spoke through His holy prophets, those of ages past, (aiōn g165)
And they besought him, that he would not commaund them to goe out into the deepe. (Abyssos g12)
And the demons kept begging Jesus not to order them to go into the Abyss. (Abyssos g12)
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heauen, shalt be thrust downe to hell. (Hadēs g86)
And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to heaven? No, you will be brought down to Hades! (Hadēs g86)
Then beholde, a certaine Lawyer stoode vp, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I doe, to inherite eternall life? (aiōnios g166)
One day an expert in the law stood up to test Him. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?” (aiōnios g166)
But I wil forewarne you, who ye shall feare: feare him which after hee hath killed, hath power to cast into hell: yea, I say vnto you, him feare. (Geenna g1067)
But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear the One who, after you have been killed, has authority to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear Him! (Geenna g1067)
And the Lord commended the vniust stewarde, because he had done wisely. Wherefore the children of this worlde are in their generation wiser then the children of light. (aiōn g165)
The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the sons of this age are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the sons of light. (aiōn g165)
And I say vnto you, Make you friends with the riches of iniquitie, that when ye shall want, they may receiue you into euerlasting habitations. (aiōnios g166)
I tell you, use worldly wealth to make friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, they will welcome you into eternal dwellings. (aiōnios g166)
And being in hell in torments, he lift vp his eyes, and sawe Abraham a farre off, and Lazarus in his bosome. (Hadēs g86)
In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham from afar, with Lazarus by his side. (Hadēs g86)
Then a certaine ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what ought I to doe, to inherite eternall life? (aiōnios g166)
Then a certain ruler asked Him, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” (aiōnios g166)
Which shall not receiue much more in this world, and in the world to come life euerlasting. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
will fail to receive many times more in this age—and in the age to come, eternal life.” (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
Then Iesus answered, and sayd vnto them, The children of this world marry wiues, and are married. (aiōn g165)
Jesus answered, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage. (aiōn g165)
But they which shalbe counted worthy to enioy that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry wiues, neither are married. (aiōn g165)
But those who are considered worthy to share in the age to come and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage. (aiōn g165)
That whosoeuer beleeueth in him, shoulde not perish, but haue eternall life. (aiōnios g166)
that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
For God so loued the worlde, that hee hath giuen his onely begotten Sonne, that whosoeuer beleeueth in him, should not perish, but haue euerlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Hee that beleeueth in the Sonne, hath euerlasting life, and hee that obeyeth not the Sonne, shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him. (aiōnios g166)
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life. Whoever rejects the Son will not see life. Instead, the wrath of God remains on him.” (aiōnios g166)
But whosoeuer drinketh of the water that I shall giue him, shall neuer be more a thirst: but the water that I shall giue him, shalbe in him a well of water, springing vp into euerlasting life. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
But whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a fount of water springing up to eternal life.” (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
And he that reapeth, receiueth rewarde, and gathereth fruite vnto life eternall, that both he that soweth, and he that reapeth, might reioyce together. (aiōnios g166)
Already the reaper draws his wages and gathers a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may rejoice together. (aiōnios g166)
Verely, verely I say vnto you, he that heareth my worde, and beleeueth him that sent me, hath euerlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but hath passed from death vnto life. (aiōnios g166)
Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment. Indeed, he has crossed over from death to life. (aiōnios g166)
Searche the Scriptures: for in them ye thinke to haue eternall life, and they are they which testifie of me. (aiōnios g166)
You pore over the Scriptures because you presume that by them you possess eternal life. These are the very words that testify about Me, (aiōnios g166)
Labour not for ye meate which perisheth, but for the meate that endureth vnto euerlasting life, which the Sonne of man shall giue vnto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. (aiōnios g166)
Do not work for food that perishes, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on Him God the Father has placed His seal of approval.” (aiōnios g166)
And this is the will of him that sent mee, that euery man which seeth the Sonne, and beleeueth in him, should haue euerlasting life: and I will raise him vp at the last day. (aiōnios g166)
For it is My Father’s will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.” (aiōnios g166)
Verely, verely I say vnto you, hee that beleeueth in me, hath euerlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
Truly, truly, I tell you, he who believes has eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
I am that liuing breade, which came downe from heauen: if any man eate of this breade, hee shall liue for euer: and the bread that I will giue, is my flesh, which I will giue for the life of the world. (aiōn g165)
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And this bread, which I will give for the life of the world, is My flesh.” (aiōn g165)
Whosoeuer eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternall life, and I will raise him vp at the last day. (aiōnios g166)
Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. (aiōnios g166)
This is that bread which came downe from heauen: not as your fathers haue eaten Manna, and are deade. Hee that eateth of this bread, shall liue for euer. (aiōn g165)
This is the bread that came down from heaven. Unlike your fathers, who ate the manna and died, the one who eats this bread will live forever.” (aiōn g165)
Then Simon Peter answered him, Master, to whome shall we goe? thou hast the wordes of eternall life: (aiōnios g166)
Simon Peter replied, “Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
And the seruant abideth not in the house for euer: but the Sonne abideth for euer. (aiōn g165)
A slave is not a permanent member of the family, but a son belongs to it forever. (aiōn g165)
Verely, verely I say vnto you, If a man keepe my word, he shall neuer see death. (aiōn g165)
Truly, truly, I tell you, if anyone keeps My word, he will never see death.” (aiōn g165)
Then said the Iewes to him, Now know we that thou hast a deuill. Abraham is dead, and the Prophets: and thou sayest, If a man keepe my worde, he shall neuer taste of death. (aiōn g165)
“Now we know that You have a demon!” declared the Jews. “Abraham died, and so did the prophets, yet You say that anyone who keeps Your word will never taste death. (aiōn g165)
Since the world began, was it not heard, that any man opened the eyes of one that was borne blinde. (aiōn g165)
Never before has anyone heard of opening the eyes of a man born blind. (aiōn g165)
And I giue vnto them eternall life, and they shall neuer perish, neither shall any plucke them out of mine hand. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them out of My hand. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
And whosoeuer liueth, and beleeueth in me, shall neuer die: Beleeuest thou this? (aiōn g165)
And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” (aiōn g165)
He that loueth his life, shall lose it, and he that hateth his life in this world, shall keepe it vnto life eternall. (aiōnios g166)
Whoever loves his life will lose it, but whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
The people answered him, We haue heard out of the Law, that that Christ bideth for euer: and howe sayest thou, that that Sonne of man must be lift vp? Who is that Sonne of man? (aiōn g165)
The crowd replied, “We have heard from the Law that the Christ will remain forever. So how can you say that the Son of Man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of Man?” (aiōn g165)
And I knowe that his commandement is life euerlasting: the thinges therefore that I speake, I speake them so as the Father sayde vnto me. (aiōnios g166)
And I know that His command leads to eternal life. So I speak exactly what the Father has told Me to say.” (aiōnios g166)
Peter said vnto him, Thou shalt neuer wash my feete. Iesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou shalt haue no part with me. (aiōn g165)
“Never shall You wash my feet!” Peter told Him. Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with Me.” (aiōn g165)
And I wil pray the Father, and he shall giue you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for euer, (aiōn g165)
And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever— (aiōn g165)
As thou hast giuen him power ouer all flesh, that he shoulde giue eternall life to all them that thou hast giuen him. (aiōnios g166)
For You granted Him authority over all people, so that He may give eternal life to all those You have given Him. (aiōnios g166)
And this is life eternall, that they knowe thee to be the onely very God, and whom thou hast sent, Iesus Christ. (aiōnios g166)
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. (aiōnios g166)
Because thou wilt not leaue my soule in graue, neither wilt suffer thine Holy one to see corruption. (Hadēs g86)
because You will not abandon my soul to Hades, nor will You let Your Holy One see decay. (Hadēs g86)
Hee knowing this before, spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soule shoulde not bee left in graue, neither his flesh shoulde see corruption. (Hadēs g86)
Foreseeing this, David spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that He was not abandoned to Hades, nor did His body see decay. (Hadēs g86)
Whome the heauen must containe vntill the time that all thinges be restored, which God had spoken by the mouth of all his holy Prophets since the world began. (aiōn g165)
Heaven must take Him in until the time comes for the restoration of all things, which God announced long ago through His holy prophets. (aiōn g165)
Then Paul and Barnabas spake boldly, and sayde, It was necessarie that the woorde of God shoulde first haue beene spoken vnto you: but seeing yee put it from you, and iudge your selues vnworthie of euerlasting life, loe, we turne to the Gentiles. (aiōnios g166)
Then Paul and Barnabas answered them boldly: “It was necessary to speak the word of God to you first. But since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles. (aiōnios g166)
And when the Gentiles heard it, they were glad, and glorified the woorde of the Lord: and as many as were ordeined vnto eternall life, beleeued. (aiōnios g166)
When the Gentiles heard this, they rejoiced and glorified the word of the Lord, and all who were appointed for eternal life believed. (aiōnios g166)
From the beginning of the worlde, God knoweth all his workes. (aiōn g165)
that have been known for ages.’ (aiōn g165)
For the inuisible things of him, that is, his eternal power and Godhead, are seene by ye creation of the worlde, being considered in his workes, to the intent that they should be without excuse: (aïdios g126)
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from His workmanship, so that men are without excuse. (aïdios g126)
Which turned the trueth of God vnto a lie, and worshipped and serued the creature, forsaking the Creator, which is blessed for euer, Amen. (aiōn g165)
They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is forever worthy of praise! Amen. (aiōn g165)
That is, to them which through patience in well doing, seeke glorie, and honour, and immortalitie, euerlasting life: (aiōnios g166)
To those who by perseverance in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, He will give eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
That as sinne had reigned vnto death, so might grace also reigne by righteousnesse vnto eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
But now being freed from sinne, and made seruants vnto God, ye haue your fruit in holines, and the end, euerlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the fruit you reap leads to holiness, and the outcome is eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
Of whome are the fathers, and of whome concerning the flesh, Christ came, who is God ouer all, blessed for euer, Amen. (aiōn g165)
Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them proceeds the human descent of Christ, who is God over all, forever worthy of praise! Amen. (aiōn g165)
Or, Who shall descend into the deepe? (that is to bring Christ againe from the dead) (Abyssos g12)
or, ‘Who will descend into the Abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).” (Abyssos g12)
For God hath shut vp all in vnbeliefe, that he might haue mercie on all. (eleēsē g1653)
For God has consigned everyone to disobedience so that He may have mercy on everyone. (eleēsē g1653)
For of him, and through him, and for him are all things: to him be glory for euer. Amen. (aiōn g165)
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever! Amen. (aiōn g165)
And fashion not your selues like vnto this worlde, but bee yee changed by the renewing of your minde, that ye may prooue what that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God is. (aiōn g165)
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. (aiōn g165)
To him nowe that is of power to establish you according to my Gospel, and preaching of Iesus Christ, by the reuelation of the mysterie, which was kept secrete since the worlde began: (aiōnios g166)
Now to Him who is able to strengthen you by my gospel and by the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery concealed for ages past (aiōnios g166)
(But nowe is opened, and published among all nations by the Scriptures of the Prophetes, at the commandement of the euerlasting God for the obedience of faith) (aiōnios g166)
but now revealed and made known through the writings of the prophets by the command of the eternal God, in order to lead all nations to the obedience that comes from faith — (aiōnios g166)
To God, I say, only wise, be praise through Iesus Christ for euer. Amen. ‘Written to the Romans from Corinthus, and sent by Phebe, seruaunt of the Church which is at Cenchrea.’ (aiōn g165)
to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen. (aiōn g165)
Where is the wise? where is the Scribe? where is the disputer of this worlde? hath not God made the wisedome of this worlde foolishnesse? (aiōn g165)
Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? (aiōn g165)
And we speake wisedome among them that are perfect: not the wisedome of this world, neither of the princes of this world, which come to nought. (aiōn g165)
Among the mature, however, we speak a message of wisdom—but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. (aiōn g165)
But we speake the wisedome of God in a mysterie, euen the hid wisedom, which God had determined before the world, vnto our glory. (aiōn g165)
No, we speak of the mysterious and hidden wisdom of God, which He destined for our glory before time began. (aiōn g165)
Which none of the princes of this world hath knowen: for had they knowen it, they would not haue crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)
None of the rulers of this age understood it. For if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)
Let no man deceiue himselfe: If any man among you seeme to be wise in this world, let him be a foole, that he may be wise. (aiōn g165)
Let no one deceive himself. If any of you thinks he is wise in this age, he should become a fool, so that he may become wise. (aiōn g165)
Wherefore if meate offende my brother, I wil eate no flesh while the world standeth, that I may not offend my brother. (aiōn g165)
Therefore, if what I eat causes my brother to stumble, I will never eat meat again, so that I will not cause him to stumble. (aiōn g165)
Nowe all these things came vnto them for ensamples, and were written to admonish vs, vpon whome the endes of the world are come. (aiōn g165)
Now these things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the fulfillment of the ages has come. (aiōn g165)
O death where is thy sting? O graue where is thy victorie? (Hadēs g86)
“Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?” (Hadēs g86)
In whom the God of this world hath blinded the mindes, that is, of the infidels, that the light of the glorious Gospell of Christ, which is the image of God, should not shine vnto them. (aiōn g165)
The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. (aiōn g165)
For our light affliction which is but for a moment, causeth vnto vs a farre most excellent and an eternall waight of glorie: (aiōnios g166)
For our light and momentary affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory that is far beyond comparison. (aiōnios g166)
While we looke not on the thinges which are seene, but on the things which are not seene: for the things which are seene, are temporall: but the things which are not seene, are eternall. (aiōnios g166)
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. (aiōnios g166)
For we knowe that if our earthly house of this tabernacle be destroyed, we haue a building giuen of God, that is, an house not made with handes, but eternall in the heauens. (aiōnios g166)
Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is dismantled, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. (aiōnios g166)
(As it is written, He hath sparsed abroad and hath giuen to the poore: his beneuolence remayneth for euer. (aiōn g165)
As it is written: “He has scattered abroad His gifts to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.” (aiōn g165)
The God, euen the Father of our Lord Iesus Christ, which is blessed for euermore, knoweth that I lie not. (aiōn g165)
The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, who is forever worthy of praise, knows that I am not lying. (aiōn g165)
Which gaue himself for our sinnes, that he might deliuer vs from this present euill world according to the will of God euen our Father, (aiōn g165)
who gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, (aiōn g165)
To whom be glory for euer and euer, Amen. (aiōn g165)
to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
For hee that soweth to his flesh, shall of the flesh reape corruption: but hee that soweth to the spirit, shall of the spirit reape life euerlasting. (aiōnios g166)
The one who sows to please his flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; but the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Farre aboue al principalitie, and power, and might, and domination, and euery Name, that is named, not in this world only, but also in that that is to come, (aiōn g165)
far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. (aiōn g165)
Wherein, in times past ye walked, according to the course of this world, and after the prince that ruleth in the aire, euen the spirite, that nowe worketh in the children of disobedience, (aiōn g165)
in which you used to walk when you conformed to the ways of this world and of the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit who is now at work in the sons of disobedience. (aiōn g165)
That he might shewe in the ages to come the exceeding riches of his grace, through his kindnesse toward vs in Christ Iesus. (aiōn g165)
in order that in the coming ages He might display the surpassing riches of His grace, demonstrated by His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. (aiōn g165)
And to make cleare vnto all men what the fellowship of the mysterie is, which from the beginning of the world hath bene hid in God, who hath created all things by Iesus Christ, (aiōn g165)
and to illuminate for everyone the stewardship of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. (aiōn g165)
According to the eternall purpose, which he wrought in Christ Iesus our Lord: (aiōn g165)
according to the eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. (aiōn g165)
Be praise in the Church by Christ Iesus, throughout all generations for euer, Amen. (aiōn g165)
to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and against the worldly gouernours, the princes of the darkenesse of this worlde, against spirituall wickednesses, which are in ye hie places. (aiōn g165)
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world’s darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (aiōn g165)
Vnto God euen our Father be praise for euermore, Amen. (aiōn g165)
To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Which is the mysterie hid since the world began, and from all ages, but nowe is made manifest to his Saintes, (aiōn g165)
the mystery that was hidden for ages and generations but is now revealed to His saints. (aiōn g165)
Which shall be punished with euerlasting perdition, from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power, (aiōnios g166)
They will suffer the penalty of eternal destruction, separated from the presence of the Lord and the glory of His might, (aiōnios g166)
Now the same Iesus Christ our Lord; and our God euen the Father which hath loued vs, and hath giuen vs euerlasting consolation and good hope through grace, (aiōnios g166)
Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who by grace has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope, (aiōnios g166)
Notwithstanding, for this cause was I receiued to mercie, that Iesus Christ should first shewe on me all long suffering vnto the ensample of them, which shall in time to come beleeue in him vnto eternall life. (aiōnios g166)
But for this very reason I was shown mercy, so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His perfect patience as an example to those who would believe in Him for eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Nowe vnto the King euerlasting, immortall, inuisible, vnto God onely wise, be honour and glorie, for euer, and euer, Amen. (aiōn g165)
Now to the King eternal, immortal, and invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Fight the good fight of faith: lay holde of eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. (aiōnios g166)
Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made the good confession before many witnesses. (aiōnios g166)
Who onely hath immortalitie, and dwelleth in the light that none can attaine vnto, whom neuer man sawe, neither can see, vnto whome bee honour and power euerlasting, Amen. (aiōnios g166)
He alone is immortal and dwells in unapproachable light. No one has ever seen Him, nor can anyone see Him. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen. (aiōnios g166)
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high minded, and that they trust not in vncertaine riches, but in the liuing God, (which giueth vs aboundantly, all things to enioy) (aiōn g165)
Instruct those who are rich in the present age not to be conceited and not to put their hope in the uncertainty of wealth, but in God, who richly provides all things for us to enjoy. (aiōn g165)
Who hath saued vs, and called vs with an holy calling, not according to our workes, but according to his owne purpose and grace, which was giuen to vs through Christ Iesus before the world was, (aiōnios g166)
He has saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works, but by His own purpose and by the grace He granted us in Christ Jesus before time began. (aiōnios g166)
Therefore I suffer all things, for the elects sake, that they might also obtaine the saluation which is in Christ Iesus, with eternall glorie. (aiōnios g166)
For this reason I endure all things for the sake of the elect, so that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory. (aiōnios g166)
For Demas hath forsaken me, and hath embraced this present world, and is departed vnto Thessalonica. Crescens is gone to Galatia, Titus vnto Dalmatia. (aiōn g165)
because Demas, in his love of this world, has deserted me and gone to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia. (aiōn g165)
And the Lord will deliuer me from euery euil worke, and will preserue me vnto his heauenly kingdome: to whome be praise for euer and euer, Amen. (aiōn g165)
