< Psalms 125 >
1 A song for pilgrims going up to Jerusalem. Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, for it is unshakeable and endures forever.
Tangtlaeng Laa BOEIPA dongah aka pangtung rhoek tah Zion tlang bangla, kumhal ah tuen pawt tih ngol.
2 In the same way that the mountains surround Jerusalem, the Lord surrounds his people, now and forever.
Jerusalem kaepvai kah tlang rhoek tah amah ham coeng ni. Te dongah BOEIPA tah a pilnam a kaepvai ah, tahae lamkah neh kumhal duela om.
3 The wicked will not always rule over the land of the faithful, otherwise the faithful might also end up doing wrong.
Halangnah mancai loh aka dueng rhoek kah hmulung te naan boel saeh. Te daengah ni aka dueng loh a kut te dumlai la a hlah pawt eh.
4 Lord, please do good to those who do good, those who sincerely do what is right.
BOEIPA aw aka then taeng neh, a lungbuei ah aka thuem taengah tah hlampan pah.
5 But as for those who turn aside to follow their own crooked ways—those the Lord will lead them away together with those who do evil. May Israel be at peace!
Tedae BOEIPA aw, amih a kael la aka mael rhoek neh boethae aka saii te a tueih ni. Israel soah rhoepnah om saeh.
