< Psalms 26 >
1 [A Psalm] of David. Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in my innocence: and hoping in the Lord I shall not be moved.
Nataon’ i Davida.
2 Prove me, O Lord, and try me; purify as with fire my reins and my heart.
Diniho aho, Jehovah ô, ka fantaro; izahao toetra ny voako sy ny foko.
3 For thy mercy is before mine eyes: and I am well pleased with thy truth.
Fa ny famindram-ponao no eo anoloan’ ny masoko; ary mandeha amin’ ny fahamarinanao aho.
4 I have not sat with the council of vanity, and will in nowise enter in with transgressors.
Tsy mba miara-mipetraka amin’ ny olon-dratsy aho, na manan-draharaha amin’ ny olom-petsy.
5 I have hated the assembly of wicked doers; and will not sit with ungodly [men].
Halako ny fiangonan’ ny mpanao ratsy; ary tsy miara-mipetraka amin’ ny ratsy fanahy aho.
6 I will wash my hands in innocency, and compass thine altar, O Lord:
Manasa ny tanako noho ny fahamarinako aho, ka te-hitoetra eo akaikin’ ny alitaranao, Jehovah ô,
7 to hear the voice of praise, and to declare all thy wonderful works.
Mba hanao feo fiderana, ka hilaza ny asanao mahagaga rehetra.
8 O Lord, I have loved the beauty of thy house, and the place of the tabernacle of thy glory.
Jehovah ô, tiako ny trano itoeranao, dia ny fonenan’ ny voninahitrao.
9 Destroy not my soul together with the ungodly, nor my life with bloody men:
Aza mitondra ny fanahiko hiara-maty amin’ ny mpanota, na ny aiko amin’ ny mpandatsa-drà,
10 in whose hands [are] iniquities, [and] their right hand is filled with bribes.
Izay misy fitaka eny an-tànany, ary feno kolikoly ny tànany ankavanana.
11 But I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy upon me.
Fa izaho kosa dia mandeha amin’ ny fahamarinako; avoty sy amindrao fo aho.
12 My foot stands in an even place: in the congregations will I bless thee, O Lord.
Ny tongotro mijoro eo amin’ ny tany marina; eo am-piangonana no isaorako an’ i Jehovah.
