< Isaiah 4 >
1 In that day seven women will take hold of one man and say, “We will eat our own bread and provide our own clothes. Just let us be called by your name. Take away our disgrace!”
Tsiku limenelo akazi asanu ndi awiri adzagwira mwamuna mmodzi, nʼkunena kuti, “Ife tizidya chakudya chathuchathu, ndi kuvala zovala zathu; inu mungotilola kuti tidziyitanidwa ndi dzina lanu. Tichotseni manyazi aumbeta!”
2 On that day the Branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of Israel’s survivors.
Tsiku limenelo Nthambi ya Yehova idzakhala yokongola ndi yaulemerero, ndipo chipatso cha mʼdziko chidzakhala chonyaditsa ndi chopereka ulemerero kwa onse opulumuka mu Israeli.
3 Whoever remains in Zion and whoever is left in Jerusalem will be called holy— all in Jerusalem who are recorded among the living—
Iwo amene adzatsale mu Ziyoni, amene adzatsalire mu Yerusalemu, adzatchedwa oyera, onse amene mayina awo alembedwa pakati pa anthu amoyo okhala mu Yerusalemu.
4 when the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and cleansed the bloodstains from the heart of Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire.
Ambuye adzasambitsa akazi a Ziyoni ndi kuchotsa zonyansa zawo. Adzatsuka magazi amene anakhetsedwa mu Yerusalemu ndi mzimu wachiweruzo ndiponso mzimu wamoto.
5 Then the LORD will create over all of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night. For over all the glory there will be a canopy,
Tsono Yehova adzayika mtambo wake pamwamba ponse pa phiri la Ziyoni, ndipo pa onse amene asonkhana masana padzakhala mtambo wa utsi ndipo usiku padzakhala malawi amoto. Pamwamba pa zonse padzakhala ulemerero wa Yehova.
6 a shelter to give shade from the heat by day, and a refuge and hiding place from the storm and the rain.
Ulemerero wake udzakhala mthunzi wothawiramo kutentha kwa masana, udzakhala malo opeweramo mphepo ndi owusiramo mvula.
