< Matthew 23 >
1 Then Jesus spoke to the multitudes and to his disciples,

Majani; Jaunkawewe o Parijar akan kin mondi nan deun Mojej.
3 All things therefore whatever they tell you to observe, observe and do, but do not do their works; for they say, and do not do.
Ari, karoj me re indan komail, i me komail en wia o kapwaiada, a dor ale jaw ar wiawia kan; pwe irail kin indada, ap jota kapwaiada.
4 For they bind heavy burdens that are grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not lift a finger to help them.
Re kin pira pena kapwa en wijik me toutou melel, ap kidan pon apar en aramaj, a irail jota men jairki jondin pa arail.
5 But they do all their works to be seen by men. They make their phylacteries broad and enlarge the fringes of their garments,
O re kin kapwaiada ar wiawia kan karoj, pwe aramaj en ududial. Pwe irail kin kadalape ar kijin likau en kataman o kalaudela ni kailan ar likau.

7 the salutations in the marketplaces, and to be called ‘Rabbi, Rabbi’ by men.
O re kin mauki, aramaj en ranamau on irail nan deun net, o aramaj en wia kin ir Rapi, Rapi,
8 But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi’, for one is your teacher, the Christ, and all of you are brothers.
A komail der wonki, aramaj en wia kin komail Rapi, pwe me ta men omail Jaunpadak, a komail pirien pena.
9 Call no man on the earth your father, for one is your Father, he who is in heaven.
O komail der kaadaneki meamen jam nan jappa, pwe amen Jam omail, me kotikot nanlan.
10 Neither be called masters, for one is your master, the Christ.
O komail der nonki, aramaj en wia kin komail jaumaj, pwe me ta men omail Jaumaj: Krijtuj.
11 But he who is greatest among you will be your servant.
A me lapalap re omail, en omail papa.
12 Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.
Pwe me pan kajapwilada pein i, pan japwilidi, a me pan Kujapwilidi pein i, pan kajapwilada.
13 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows’ houses, and as a pretense you make long prayers. Therefore you will receive greater condemnation.

14 “But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you shut up the Kingdom of Heaven against men; for you do not enter in yourselves, neither do you allow those who are entering in to enter.
Juedi on komail jaunkawewe o Parijar akan, malaun komail! Komail me nopur jan im en li odi kan ap liliajoj kapakap reirei. Omail kalokolok pan laud melel.
15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel around by sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of Gehenna (Geenna ) as yourselves.
Juedi on komail jaunkawewe o Parijar akan, malaun komail! Komail kin pidipidaki jed o jap, pwen wiada projelit amen, a lao wialar, komail ap pan wia kin i toun pweleko amen, me jued jan komail. (Geenna )

Juedi on komail jaunkalua majkun, komail me kin inda: Meamen kin kaukila im en kaudok, dene jota katepa, a me kin kaukila kold en im en kaudok, i me pun.

19 You blind fools! For which is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifies the gift?
Komail pweipwei o majkun, pwe da me kajampwal ren mairon de pei jaraui, me kin kajarauiala mairon?
20 He therefore who swears by the altar, swears by it and by everything on it.
Ari, meamen kaukila pei jaraui, kin kaukila i o meakan, me mi poa.
21 He who swears by the temple, swears by it and by him who has been living in it.
O meamen kaukila im en kaudok, kin kaukila i ianaki i me kotikot lole.
22 He who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God and by him who sits on it.
O me kaukila nanlan, kin kaukila mol en Kot o me kin kaipokedi on poa.
23 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint, dill, and cumin, and have left undone the weightier matters of the law: justice, mercy, and faith. But you ought to have done these, and not to have left the other undone.
Juedi on komail jaunkawewe o Parijar akan, malaun komail! Komail kin maironki eijokkij eu en minje, o til, o kimel, ap jota injenoki kujoned en kapun kajampwal akan: Pun, o kadek, o pojon. Komail wiada mepukat, ap pil kapwaiada me tei kan!

25 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and unrighteousness.

26 You blind Pharisee, first clean the inside of the cup and of the platter, that its outside may become clean also.
Parijar majkun koe, kamakelekele maj lol en kajak o dal akan, pwe pali liki en pil makelekeleda!
27 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitened tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men’s bones and of all uncleanness.
Juedi on komail jaunkawewe o Parijar akan, malaun komail! Komail rajon joujou kan, me jementen, me kin janjal kajelel, a lole me dir en ti en me melar akan o jow en jaut karoj.
28 Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

29 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you build the tombs of the prophets and decorate the tombs of the righteous,

30 and say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.’
Ap inda: Ma kit mia ni muein jam atail akan, kit jota pan ian irail kamela jaukop akan.
31 Therefore you testify to yourselves that you are children of those who killed the prophets.

32 Fill up, then, the measure of your fathers.
A komail kaunjokala wiawia en jam omail akan!

Komail jerpent o wan oter akan! Pala komail pan piti jan kadeik en nan pweleko? (Geenna )
34 Therefore, behold, I send to you prophets, wise men, and scribes. Some of them you will kill and crucify; and some of them you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from city to city,
Kilan, i me I kadara don komail jaukop akai, o me lolekon kai, o jaunkawewe kai; a akai irail, me komail pan kamela, o kalopuela, o akai komail pan kaloke nan omail jinakoke kan, o komail pan paki irail jan nan eu kanim on nan eu.

37 “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I would have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you would not!

39 For I tell you, you will not see me from now on, until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!’”
Pwe I indai on komail, komail jolar pan kilan ia jan ni anjau wet, lao komail pan inda: Meid iajanai, me kotido ni mar en Kaun o!
