< Psalms 14 >
1 The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt. They have done abominable works. There is none that does good.
Ho a i Talèn-tsakera; Sabo’ i Davide Hoe ty mineñe an-tro’e ao: Tsy eo ze o Andrianañahare zao. Lo-tsereke irezay, mitoloñe an-kativañe; leo raike tsy manao soa.
2 Jehovah looked down from heaven upon the sons of men to see if there were any who understood, who sought after God.
Misary o ana’ ondatio hirik’an-dikerañ’ ao t’Iehovà, hahaoniña’e ke eo ty mahilala mpitsoeke an’ Andrianañahare.
3 They are all gone aside. They are together become filthy. There is none who does good, no, not one.
Sindre mandifike, mitrao-kaleorañe; tsy eo ty manao soa, leo raike.
4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon Jehovah?
Songa tsy aman-kilala o mpitolon-karatiañeo, o mampibotseke ondatikoo manahake ty filintseña’e mofo, vaho tsy mitoka Iehovà.
5 There they were in great fear, for God is in the generation of the righteous.
An-gebahebak’ ao iereo, fe amy tariratse vañoñey t’i Andrianañahare.
6 Ye put to shame the counsel of the poor because Jehovah is his refuge.
Ho naoveove’ areo ty fikabijà’ o rarakeo, fe fitsoloha’iareo t’Iehovà.
7 O that the salvation of Israel came out of Zion! When Jehovah brings back the captivity of his people, then Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
Toe hiboake Tsiône ao ty fandrombaha’ Israele! ie ampitolihe’ Iehovà ty fandrohizañe ondati’eo; le hirebeke t’Iakobe, vaho hifale t’Israele!
