诗篇 48

1 可拉后裔的诗歌。 耶和华本为大！ 在我们 神的城中， 在他的圣山上，该受大赞美。

A Psalm of praise for the sons of Core on the second [day] of the week. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in his holy mountain.

2 锡安山—大君王的城， 在北面居高华美， 为全地所喜悦。

The city of the great King is well planted [on] the mountains of Sion, with the joy of the whole earth, [on] the sides of the north.

3 神在其宫中， 自显为避难所。

God is known in her palaces, when he undertakes to help her.

4 看哪，众王会合， 一同经过。

For, behold the kings of the earth were assembled, they came together.

5 他们见了这城就惊奇丧胆， 急忙逃跑。

They saw, and so they wondered: they were troubled, they were moved.

6 他们在那里被战兢疼痛抓住， 好像产难的妇人一样。

Trembling took hold on them: there were the pangs as of a woman in travail.

7 神啊，你用东风打破他施的船只。

You will break the ships of Tharsis with a vehement wind.

8 我们在万军之耶和华的城中 —就是我们 神的城中—所看见的， 正如我们所听见的。 神必坚立这城，直到永远。 (细拉)

As we have heard, so have we also seen, in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city of our God: God has founded it for ever. (Pause)

9 神啊，我们在你的殿中想念你的慈爱。

We have thought of your mercy, O God, in the midst of your people.

10 神啊，你受的赞美正与你的名相称，直到地极！ 你的右手满了公义。

According to your name, O God, so is also your praise to the ends of the earth: your right hand is full of righteousness.

11 因你的判断，锡安山应当欢喜， 犹大的城邑应当快乐。

Let mount Sion rejoice, let the daughters of Judaea exult, because of your judgements, O Lord.

12 你们当周游锡安， 四围旋绕，数点城楼，

Go round about Sion, and encompass her: tell you her towers.

13 细看她的外郭， 察看她的宫殿， 为要传说到后代。

Mark you well her strength, and observe her palaces; that you may tell the next generation.

14 因为这 神永永远远为我们的 神； 他必作我们引路的，直到死时。

For this is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide for evermore.
