詩篇 89
1 則辣黑人厄堂的訓誨詩。 我要永遠歌頌上主的恩寵，要世世代代親口稱揚您的忠誠。
Maschil of Ethan the Ezrahite. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever; to all generations will I make known Thy faithfulness with my mouth.
2 您原說過：我的恩寵已永遠奠定！就如您在天上確定您的忠誠。
For I have said: 'For ever is mercy built; in the very heavens Thou dost establish Thy faithfulness.
3 我同我揀選的人起契約，向我的僕人達味起了盟誓，
I have made a covenant with My chosen, I have sworn unto David My servant:
4 我直到永遠鞏您的後裔，世世代代將您的寶座建立。
For ever will I establish thy seed, and build up thy throne to all generations.' (Selah)
5 上主，願蒼天稱讚您的奇事，聖者集會讚美您的忠義！
So shall the heavens praise Thy wonders, O LORD, Thy faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.
6 在雲彩之中，誰可與上主相比，天主的眾子，誰能同上主相似。
For who in the skies can be compared unto the LORD, who among the sons of might can be likened unto the LORD,
7 在聖者會中，天主令人驚恐，祂偉大可怕，超過祂四週的神聖。
A God dreaded in the great council of the holy ones, and feared of all them that are about Him?
8 上主萬軍的天主，有誰能夠相似您？上主，您是全能的，您的忠信環繞您。
O LORD God of hosts, who is a mighty one, like unto Thee, O LORD? And Thy faithfulness is round about Thee.
9 您統治洶湧的海嘯，您平抑翻騰的波濤。
Thou rulest the proud swelling of the sea; when the waves thereof arise, Thou stillest them.
10 您曾踐踏辣哈布，喜歡踐踏屍死體，您以矢能的手臂驅散您的仇敵。
Thou didst crush Rahab, as one that is slain; Thou didst scatter Thine enemies with the arm of Thy strength.
11 高天是屬您的，厚土也是屬您的，寰宇及其中的一切是您奠定的。
Thine are the heavens, Thine also the earth; the world and the fulness thereof, Thou hast founded them.
12 您創造了南方，創造了北方，大博爾，赫爾孟因您而歡暢。
The north and the south, Thou hast created them; Tabor and Hermon rejoice in Thy name.
13 您的臂膀孔武有力，您雙手堅強，右手舉起。
Thine is an arm with might; strong is Thy hand, and exalted is Thy right hand.
14 正義和公理是您寶座的基礎，仁愛和忠信在您的前面開路。
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Thy throne; mercy and truth go before Thee.
15 會歡樂歌唱的百姓的確有福；上主，他們在您慈顏光中行走，
Happy is the people that know the joyful shout; they walk, O LORD, in the light of Thy countenance.
16 他們常常因您的名而歡躍，您的正義使他們引以自豪。
In Thy name do they rejoice all the day; and through Thy righteousness are they exalted.
17 因為您給他們權勢的光明，因您慈惠，我們的威能上升。
For Thou art the glory of their strength; and in Thy favour our horn is exalted.
18 因為我們在上主內有庇護，以色列的聖者是我們的君主。
For of the LORD is our shield; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.
19 您曾在異像中向您的聖者說：我已姶那有能者加冕，由百姓中將我所選者舉薦。
Then Thou spokest in vision to Thy godly ones, and saidst: 'I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.
20 我揀選達味做我的忠僕，也給他傅抹了聖油。
I have found David My servant; with My holy oil have I anointed him;
21 我的雙手必要扶持祂，我的臂膀必常堅固祂，
With whom My hand shall be established; Mine arm also shall strengthen him.
22 仇敵不能欺騙他，惡人不能壓伏他，
The enemy shall not exact from him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
23 我要在他前擊破他的仇敵，凡仇恨他的人，我必要打擊。
And I will beat to pieces his adversaries before him, and smite them that hate him.
24 我的忠信與仁慈與他共處，他的頭角因我的名而得高舉。
But My faithfulness and My mercy shall be with him; and through My name shall his horn be exalted.
25 我使他的手伸到海上，使他的右手伸到河上。
I will set his hand also on the sea, and his right hand on the rivers.
26 他要稱我說：『您是我的大父，是我救恩的磐石，是我的天主。』
He shall call unto Me: Thou art my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
27 我也要立祂為首生子，祂高出世上所有的君主。
I also will appoint him first-born, the highest of the kings of the earth.
28 我同祂永遠保持我的慈愛，我同祂立火約，永不得破壞，
For ever will I keep for him My mercy, and My covenant shall stand fast with him.
29 使祂的後裔，永世不替，使祂的寶位，與天日齊。
His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
30 若他的子孫放棄我的法令，不照我的命令行，
If his children forsake My law, and walk not in Mine ordinances;
31 若是他們違反了我的章程，不遵守我的誡命，
If they profane My statutes, and keep not My commandments;
32 我必要用棍杖懲罰他們的罪過，也必用鞭子責打他們的邪惡。
Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with strokes.
33 但我將我的慈愛撤退，我也不使我的忠誠作廢，
But My mercy will I not break off from him, nor will I be false to My faithfulness.
34 也不放棄我的盟約，也不改變我的許諾。
My covenant will I not profane, nor alter that which is gone out of My lips.
35 我一次指我的聖善起誓，我也絕對不會欺騙達味。
Once have I sworn by My holiness: Surely I will not be false unto David;
36 他的後裔必定要永遠興隆，他的御座在我前，如日永恆；
His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before Me.
37 又如月亮循環不停，做空中忠實的見證。
It shall be established for ever as the moon; and be stedfast as the witness in sky.' (Selah)
38 但是您已經拒絕和擯棄，對您的受傅者憤怒大起。
But Thou hast cast off and rejected, Thou hast been wroth with Thine anointed.
39 將您僕人的盟約撕毀，將他的冠冕拋撕於地。
Thou hast abhorred the covenant of Thy servant; Thou hast profaned his crown even to the ground.
40 蕩平了他所有的城垣，使他的堡壘化為荒原。
Thou hast broken down all his fences; Thou hast brought his strongholds to ruin.
41 凡過路的人都劫掠他，他為鄰人所嘲笑辱罵。
All that pass by the way spoil him; he is become a taunt to his neighbours.
42 您高舉了他仇人右手，使他的敵人滿心歡愉。
Thou hast exalted the right hand of his adversaries; Thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.
43 使他的刀刃遲鈍不利，上陣時使他不能站立。
Yea, Thou turnest back the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle.
44 使他的光輝消失滅跡，把他的寶座推翻於地。
Thou hast made his brightness to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.
45 縮短他青春的時日，要使他去蒙受羞恥。
The days of his youth hast Thou shortened; Thou hast covered him with shame. (Selah)
46 上主，您不斷地隱避；要到何時，上主您的怒火如焚，何時才熄？
How long, O LORD, wilt Thou hide Thyself for ever? How long shall Thy wrath burn like fire?
47 求您懷念我的性命何其短暫，您所創造的世人是多麼虛幻！
O remember how short my time is; for what vanity hast Thou created all the children of men!
What man is he that liveth and shall not see death, that shall deliver his soul from the power of the grave? (Selah) (Sheol h7585)
49 吾主，您從前憑著您的忠義，向達味許的仁愛，今在哪裏？
Where are Thy former mercies, O Lord, which Thou didst swear unto David in Thy faithfulness?
50 上主，求您記念您僕人所受的羞辱。在我人中所承擔異民的一切憎惡：
Remember, Lord, the taunt of Thy servants; how I do bear in my bosom the taunt of so many peoples;
51 就是您的那些反對者所加加給您的羞辱，上主，他們也淩辱您的受傅者的腳步。
Wherewith Thine enemies have taunted, O LORD, wherewith they have taunted the footsteps of Thine anointed.
52 願上主永遠受讚美！阿們，阿們！
Blessed be the LORD for evermore. Amen, and Amen.
