< Tingtoeng 105 >
1 BOEIPA te uem uh lah. A ming te khue uh lah. A khoboe te pilnam rhoek taengah tukkil uh lah.
Give ye thanks to Yahweh, Call upon his Name, Make known, among the peoples, his doings;

Sing ye to him, Make ye music to him, Speak ye of all his wonders.
3 A ming cim neh thangthen uh lamtah, BOEIPA aka tlap rhoek kah a lungbuei tah a kohoe saeh.
Make your boast in his holy Name, Joyful be the heart of them who are seeking Yahweh.
4 BOEIPA neh amah kah a sarhi te tlap lah. A maelhmai khaw tlap taitu lah.
Search out Yahweh and his strength, Seek diligently his face at all times.
5 A kopoekrhai a saii neh a ka dongkah laitloeknah bangla anih khobaerhambae khaw,
Remember his wonders which he hath done, His portents, and the just decisions of his mouth.
6 A sal Abraham tiingan neh a coelh Jakob koca rhoek loh thoelh uh lah.
O ye Seed of Abraham—his servants, Sons of Jacob—his chosen ones:
7 BOEIPA amah ni mamih kah Pathen coeng. A laitloeknah khaw diklai pum ah om.
Yahweh himself, is our God, Through all the land, are his just decision.
8 A paipi te kumhal duela a thoelh dongah cadilcahma thawngkhat ham olka a uen.
He hath remembered, unto times age-abiding, his covenant, The word he commanded, to a thousand generations;
9 Abraham neh Isaak taengah a saii a olhlo te,
Which he solemnised with Abraham, and his oath, to Isaac;
10 Jakob taengah oltlueh la, Israel taengah kumhal paipi la a sut pah.
And confirmed it unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel, as a covenant age-abiding;
11 Te dongah, “Kanaan kho rhi te na rho la nang taengah kam paek ni,” na ti nah.
Saying, To thee, will I give the land of Canaan, As your inherited portion;
12 A hlang kah hlangmi te a sii la om pueng tih, a khuiah bakuep uh.
While as yet they were men easily counted, —A very few, and sojourners therein;
13 Te vaengah namtom taeng lamkah namtom taengla, ram pakhat lamkah pilnam pakhat taengla poengdoe uh.
And they wandered from nation to nation, From a kingdom, to another people.
14 Amih aka hnaemtaek ham hlang khueh pah pawt tih amih kongah manghai rhoek khaw a tluung pah.
He suffered no son of earth to oppress them, And reproved—for their sakes—[even] kings!
15 Ka koelh soah ben boel lamtah ka tonghma rhoek te thaehuet thil boeh,” a ti nah.
Ye may not touch mine Anointed ones, And, to my Prophets, may ye do no wrong.
16 Khokha a khue vaengah kho khuiah conghol neh caak boeih te a phae pah.
Then called he a famine over the land, All the staff of bread, he brake;
17 Amih hmai kah a tueih hlang, Joseph te sal bangla a yoih.
He sent before them a man, For a slave, was he sold—[even] Joseph;
18 A kho te hlong neh a phaep pah uh tih, a hinglu ah thicung loh a toeh.
They forced, into a fetter, his foot, Into the iron, entered his soul;
19 A olthui a thoeng tue a pha due BOEIPA kah olthui loh ol loh anih te a cil a poe.
Until the time when his word came to pass, Speech of Yahweh, proved him;
20 Manghai loh a tah dongah pilnam aka taem loh anih a doek tih a hlah.
The king sent, and set him free, One having dominion over peoples, yet loosed he his bonds;
21 Amah im kah boei neh a hnopai boeih aka taemrhai hamla,
He appointed him lord to his household, And one having dominion over all he possessed;
22 A hinglu bangla a mangpa rhoek te khoh tih a hamca rhoek te cueih sak ham te a khueh.
That he might bind his rulers as he pleased, And, his elders, he might embue with wisdom.
23 Te vaengah Israel loh Egypt la kun tih Jakob loh Ham kho ah bakuep.
So Israel came into Egypt, And, Jacob, sojourned in the land of Ham;
24 Tedae a pilnam te muep a pungtai sak tih a rhal rhoek lakah a yet sak.
And he made his people exceeding fruitful, —And caused them to become stronger than their adversaries.
25 BOEIPA loh a sal rhoek te rhaithi sak tih, a pilnam aka hmuhuet ham Egypt rhoek kah lungbuei te a maelh pah.
He let them turn their heart—To hate his people, To deal treacherously with his servants;
26 A sal Moses neh anih ham a coelh Aaron te a tueih.
He sent Moses his servant, Aaron, whom he had chosen.
27 Amih rhoi loh Egypt rhoek taengah Boeipa kah miknoek olka a tueng sak rhoi tih, Ham kho ah khaw kopoekrhai hno te a tueng sak rhoi.
He set among them his threatening signs, And his wonders, in the land of Ham;
28 Khohmuep a tueih tih a hmuep sak dongah Boeipa kah olthui olka te koek uh thai pawh.
He sent darkness, and made it dark, But they rebelled against his words;
29 A tui te thii la a poeh sak tih a nga khaw a duek sak.
He turned their waters into blood, And so caused their fish to die;
30 A kho kah bukak rhoek te a manghai rhoek kah imkhui la a khae sak.
Their land swarmed with frogs, In the chambers of their kings!
31 Amah loh a uen tih a khorhi tom ah pil neh pilhlip uihli tlung.
He spake, and there came in the gad-fly, Gnats, in all their bounds;
32 Khonal te rhael la a poeh sak tih a kho ah hmaisai hmai la coeng.
He made their showers—hail, A fire flaming throughout their land;
33 A misur neh a thaibu te khaw a haih pah tih a khorhi kah thing te a khaem pah.
And he smote their vines, and their fig-trees, And brake in pieces the trees of their bounds;
34 A uen bal tih kaisih neh lungang te tae na pawt la halo.
He spake—then came the swarming locust, —The devouring locust, and that without number;
35 Te vaengah a kho kah baelhing boeih a caak tih a khohmuen kah a thaihtae khaw a caak pah.
And devoured all the herbage in their land, And devoured the fruit of their ground.
36 A kho khuikah caming boeih neh a thahuem boeih khuikah a thaihcuek te a ngawn pah.
Then smote he every firstborn in their land, The beginning of all their strength;
37 Te vaengah amih te cak neh, sui neh ham pawk puei dongah amah koca rhoek khuikah tah paloe pawh.
Thus brought he them forth, with silver and gold, Nor was there, throughout his tribes, one that faltered;
38 Amih Egypt rhoek te birhihnah loh a vuei tih amih rhoek a nong vaengah a kohoe uh.
Egypt rejoiced when they went out, For the dread of them had fallen upon them.
39 Himbaiyan bangla cingmai a yaal pah tih khoyin ah hmai a vang pah.
He spread out a cloud as a covering, And fire, to give light by night,
40 A bih vaengah tanghuem a khuen pah tih vaan kah buh te amih a kum sak.
They asked, and he brought in the quail, —And, with the bread of the heavens, he satisfied them;
41 Lungpang a ong vaengah tui ha phuet tih rhamrhae ah tuiva la a long sak te,
He opened the rock, and there gushed forth waters, They flowed along, through parched places, as a river;
42 a sal Abraham taengkah a olkhueh cim te a poek dongah ni.
For he remembered his holy word, With Abraham his servant.
43 A pilnam khaw omngaihnah tamlung a coelh neh a khuen.
Thus brought he forth his people with gladness, —With shouts of triumph, his chosen ones;
44 Te vaengah namtu rhoek kah a thakthaenah namtom khohmuen te a paek tih a pang uh te,
And gave them, the lands of the nations, And, of the toil of the peoples, took they possession:
45 a oltlueh ngaithuen sak ham neh a olkhueng te kueinah sak ham ni. BOEIPA te thangthen lah.
In order that they might observe his statutes, And, over his laws, might keep watch, Praise ye Yah.
