1 ১ হে মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, মই দিনে-ৰাতিয়ে তোমাৰ ওচৰত কাতৰোক্তি কৰিছোঁ।
A Song, a Psalm of the sons of Korah; for the Leader; upon Mahalath Leannoth. Maschil of Heman the Ezrahite. O LORD, God of my salvation, what time I cry in the night before Thee,
2 ২ তোমাৰ আগত মোৰ প্রার্থনা উপস্থিত হওঁক; তুমি মোৰ কাতৰোক্তিলৈ কাণ পাতা।
Let my prayer come before Thee, incline Thine ear unto my cry.
3 ৩ কাৰণ মোৰ প্রাণ দুখেৰে ভৰি পৰিছে, মোৰ জীৱন প্ৰায় চিয়োলৰ ওচৰ চাপিছে। (Sheol h7585)
For my soul is sated with troubles, and my life draweth nigh unto the grave. (Sheol h7585)
4 ৪ গাতলৈ নামি যোৱাবোৰৰ লগত মই গণিত হৈছোঁ; মই অসহায় লোকৰ দৰে বলহীন হৈছোঁ;
I am counted with them that go down into the pit; I am become as a man that hath no help;
5 ৫ মই মৃতবোৰৰ মাজত পৰিত্যাগ কৰা লোকৰ দৰে হৈছোঁ; মৈদামত পৰি থকা হত লোকবোৰৰ নিচিনা হৈছোঁ, যিবোৰক তুমি সোঁৱৰণো নকৰা, যিবোৰ তোমাৰ সহায়ৰ হাতৰ পৰা বিছিন্ন হৈছে।
Set apart among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom Thou rememberest no more; and they are cut off from Thy hand.
6 ৬ তুমি মোক গাতৰ সকলোতকৈ তলৰ ঠাইত ৰাখিছা, অন্ধকাৰ আৰু গভীৰ ঠাইত ৰাখিছা।
Thou hast laid me in the nethermost pit, in dark places, in the deeps.
7 ৭ হে ঈশ্বৰ, তোমাৰ ক্ৰোধে মোক বেৰি ধৰিছে, তোমাৰ সকলো প্রকাৰ ঢৌৰে তুমি মোক দুখ দিছা। (চেলা)
Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and all Thy waves Thou pressest down. (Selah)
8 ৮ তুমি মোৰ চিনাকিবোৰক মোৰ পৰা দূৰ কৰিছা; তেওঁলোকৰ সন্মুখত মোক ঘৃণাৰ পাত্র কৰিছা; মই বন্দী হৈ আছোঁ, ওলাই যাব পৰা নাই।
Thou hast put mine acquaintance far from me; Thou hast made me an abomination unto them; I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.
9 ৯ দুখতে মোৰ চকুৰ দৃষ্টি কমি আহিছে; হে যিহোৱা, প্রতিদিনে মই তোমাৰ আগত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিছোঁ; মই তোমালৈ মোৰ হাত মেলি ৰাখিছোঁ।
Mine eye languisheth by reason of affliction; I have called upon Thee, O LORD, every day, I have spread forth my hands unto Thee.
10 ১০ মৃতজনৰ কাৰণে জানো তুমি আচৰিত কৰ্ম কৰা? মৃতজনে উঠি জানো তোমাৰ স্তুতি কৰিব? (চেলা)
Wilt Thou work wonders for the dead? Or shall the shades arise and give Thee thanks? (Selah)
11 ১১ মৈদামত জানো তোমাৰ গভীৰ প্রেমৰ বৰ্ণনা আৰু বিনাশৰ ঠাইত জানো তোমাৰ বিশ্বস্ততাৰ কথা প্ৰচাৰ কৰা হব?
Shall Thy mercy be declared in the grave? or Thy faithfulness in destruction?
12 ১২ অন্ধকাৰ স্থানত জানো তোমাৰ আচৰিত কৰ্ম জনা যাব? যি দেশৰ লোকক তুমি পাহৰি যোৱা, সেই ঠাইত জানো তোমাৰ ধাৰ্মিকতাৰ কার্য জনা যাব?
Shall Thy wonders be known in the dark? and Thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
13 ১৩ হে যিহোৱা, মই, মই হলে তোমাৰ ওচৰত কাকুতি কৰি কান্দিছোঁ, ৰাতিপুৱাতেই তোমাৰ আগত মোৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনা গৈ উপস্থিত হয়।
But as for me, unto Thee, O LORD, do I cry, and in the morning doth my prayer come to meet Thee.
14 ১৪ হে যিহোৱা, কিয় তুমি মোক ত্যাগ কৰিছা? তোমাৰ মুখ মোৰ পৰা কিয় লুকুৱাই ৰাখিছা?
LORD, why castest Thou off my soul? Why hidest Thou Thy face from me?
15 ১৫ মই ল’ৰা কালৰে পৰা দুখী আৰু মৃতপ্ৰায় হৈ আছোঁ; মই তোমাৰ ভয়ানক ক্রোধ ভোগ কৰি ব্যাকুল হৈছোঁ। মই হতাশ হৈ পৰিছো।
I am afflicted and at the point of death from my youth up; I have borne Thy terrors, I am distracted.
16 ১৬ তোমাৰ প্ৰচণ্ড ক্ৰোধ মোৰ ওপৰেদি বৈ গৈছে; তোমাৰ ক্রোধে মোক ধ্বংস কৰিছে।
Thy fierce wrath is gone over me; Thy terrors have cut me off.
17 ১৭ সেইবোৰে পানীৰ ঢল অহাৰ দৰে ওৰে দিনটো মোক আৱৰি ৰাখিছে; চৌদিশৰ পৰা মোক বেৰি ধৰি ৰাখিছে।
They came round about me like water all the day; they compassed me about together.
18 ১৮ মোৰ প্রিয়জন আৰু বন্ধুসকলক তুমি মোৰ পৰা দূৰ কৰিলা; এতিয়া অন্ধকাৰেই মোৰ সংগী।
Friend and companion hast Thou put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness.
