Joseph saw his brothers, and he recognized them, but acted like a stranger to them, and spoke roughly with them. He said to them, “Where did you come from?” They said, “From the land of Canaan, to buy food.”
وَلَمَّا نَظَرَ يُوسُفُ إِخْوَتَهُ عَرَفَهُمْ، فَتَنَكَّرَ لَهُمْ وَتَكَلَّمَ مَعَهُمْ بِجَفَاءٍ، وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «مِنْ أَيْنَ جِئْتُمْ؟» فَقَالُوا: «مِنْ أَرْضِ كَنْعَانَ لِنَشْتَرِيَ طَعَامًا». |
فَلَمَّا رَآهُمْ عَرَفَهُمْ، وَلَكِنَّهُ تَنَكَّرَ لَهُمْ وَخَاطَبَهُمْ بِجَفَاءٍ وَسَأَلَهُمْ: «مِنْ أَيْنَ جِئْتُمْ؟» فَأَجَابُوهُ: «مِنْ أَرْضِ كَنْعَانَ لِنَشْتَرِيَ طَعَاماً». |
Երբ Յովսէփը տեսաւ իր եղբայրներին, ճանաչեց նրանց, բայց օտար ձեւացրեց իրեն, խստագոյնս խօսեց նրանց հետ եւ ասաց. «Որտեղի՞ց էք գալիս»: Նրանք պատասխանեցին. «Քանանացիների երկրից. եկել ենք պարէն գնելու»:

Yusif qardaşlarını görüb tanıdı, ancaq onlarla yad adam kimi rəftar edərək sərt danışdı. Yusif onlardan soruşdu: «Haradan gəlirsiniz?» Onlar dedilər: «Ərzaq almaq üçün Kənan torpağından gəlirik».
