When she was brought out, she sent to her father-in-law, saying, “I am with child by the man who owns these.” She also said, “Please discern whose these are—the signet, and the cords, and the staff.”
أَمَّا هِيَ فَلَمَّا أُخْرِجَتْ أَرْسَلَتْ إِلَى حَمِيهَا قَائِلَةً: «مِنَ ٱلرَّجُلِ ٱلَّذِي هَذِهِ لَهُ أَنَا حُبْلَى!» وَقَالَتْ: «حَقِّقْ لِمَنِ ٱلْخَاتِمُ وَٱلْعِصَابَةُ وَٱلْعَصَا هَذِهِ». |
وَعِنْدَمَا أُخْرِجَتْ أَرْسَلَتْ إِلَى حَمِيهَا قَائِلَةً: «أَنَا حُبْلَى مِنْ صَاحِبِ هَذِهِ الأَشْيَاءِ. تَحَقَّقْ لِمَنْ هَذَا الْخَاتَمُ وَالْعِصَابَةُ وَالْعَصَا؟» |

Und als man sie hinausführte, schickte sie zu ihrem Schwiegervater und sprach: Von dem Manne bin ich schwanger geworden, dem das gehört. Und sie sprach: Untersuche doch, wem gehört dieser Ring und die Schnur und der Stab?
Sie ward hinausgebracht und sie sandte an ihren Schwäher und sprach: Von dem Manne, dem dieses zugehört, hab ich empfangen. Und sie sprach: Besieh dir doch, wessen dieser Siegelring und diese Schnur und dieser Stab sind.

αὐτὴ δὲ ἀγομένη ἀπέστειλεν πρὸς τὸν πενθερὸν αὐτῆς λέγουσα ἐκ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου τίνος ταῦτά ἐστιν ἐγὼ ἐν γαστρὶ ἔχω καὶ εἶπεν ἐπίγνωθι τίνος ὁ δακτύλιος καὶ ὁ ὁρμίσκος καὶ ἡ ῥάβδος αὕτη
