“Take for yourself also wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt, and put them in one vessel. Make bread of it. According to the number of the days that you will lie on your side, even three hundred ninety days, you shall eat of it.
«وَخُذْ أَنْتَ لِنَفْسِكَ قَمْحًا وَشَعِيرًا وَفُولًا وَعَدَسًا وَدُخْنًا وَكَرْسَنَّةَ وَضَعْهَا فِي وِعَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ، وَٱصْنَعْهَا لِنَفْسِكَ خُبْزًا كَعَدَدِ ٱلْأَيَّامِ ٱلَّتِي تَتَّكِئُ فِيهَا عَلَى جَنْبِكَ. ثَلَاثَ مِئَةِ يَوْمٍ وَتِسْعِينَ يَوْمًا تَأْكُلُهُ.
أَمَّا أَنْتَ فَخُذْ لِنَفْسِكَ قَمْحاً وَشَعِيراً وَفُولاً وَعَدَساً وَذُرَةً وَكَرْسَنَّةً، وَاعْجِنْهَا فِي وَعَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ، وَاصْنَعْ لِنَفْسِكَ خُبْزاً تَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ ثَلاثَ مِئَةٍ وَتِسْعِينَ يَوْماً كَعَدَدِ الأَيَّامِ الَّتِي تَتَّكِئُ فِيهَا عَلَى جَنْبِكَ.

“তুমি গম ও যব, শিম ও মশুর ডাল, বাজরা ও জনরা নিয়ে একটি পাত্রে রাখবে এবং সেগুলি দিয়ে তোমার জন্য রুটি তৈরি করবে। যে 390 দিন তুমি পাশ ফিরে থাকবে তখন তা খাবে।

Protož ty vezmi sobě pšenice a ječmene, též bobu, šočovice, i prosa, a špaldy, a dej to do jedné nádoby, abys sobě nastrojil z toho pokrmu podlé počtu dnů, v nichž ležeti budeš na boku svém. Za tři sta a devadesáte dnů jísti jej budeš.

Alsdann nimm Weizen, Gerste, Bohnen, Linsen, Hirse, Spelt, tu sie in ein Gefäß zusammen und mach dir Brot daraus! Die ganze Zeit, die du auf deiner Seite liegst, dreihundertneunzig Tage, sollst du's essen!
