«قُلْ لِلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمُتَمَرِّدِ: أَمَا عَلِمْتُمْ مَا هَذِهِ؟ قُلْ: هُوَذَا مَلِكُ بَابِلَ قَدْ جَاءَ إِلَى أُورُشَلِيمَ وَأَخَذَ مَلِكَهَا وَرُؤَسَاءَهَا وَجَاءَ بِهِمْ إِلَيْهِ إِلَى بَابِلَ. |
«قُلْ لِلشَّعْبِ الْمُتَمَرِّدِ: أَلَمْ تَعْلَمُوا مَغْزَى هَذِهِ الأُحْجِيَّةِ؟ هَا إِنَّ مَلِكَ بَابِلَ قَدْ زَحَفَ إِلَى أُورُشَلِيمَ وَأَسَرَ مَلِكَهَا وَرُؤَسَاءَهَا وَأَتَى بِهِمْ إِلَيْهِ، إِلَى بَابِلَ. |
“তুমি সেই বিদ্ৰোহী বংশক কোৱা: ‘এইবোৰৰ অৰ্থ কি, সেই বিষয়ে তোমালোকে নাজানা নে? চোৱা! বাবিলৰ ৰজাই যিৰূচালেমলৈ আহি তাৰ ৰজাৰ সৈতে তাৰ বিষয়াসকলক ধৰি বাবিললৈ নিজৰ ঠাইলৈ লৈ আনিলে।

“তুমি সেই বিদ্রোহী কুলকে এই কথা বল, তোমার কি এর অর্থ জান না? তাদেরকে বল, দেখ, বাবিল-রাজ যিরুশালেমে এসে তার রাজাকে ও তার নেতাদেরকে নিজের কাছে বাবিলে নিয়ে গেল।
“তুমি এই বিদ্রোহী কুলকে বলো, ‘তোমরা কি জানো না এই সবের অর্থ কি?’ তাদের বলো, ‘ব্যাবিলনের রাজা জেরুশালেমে এসে তার রাজা ও গণ্যমান্য লোকদের ধরে তাঁর সঙ্গে ব্যাবিলনে নিয়ে গেল।

υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου εἰπὸν δὴ πρὸς τὸν οἶκον τὸν παραπικραίνοντα οὐκ ἐπίστασθε τί ἦν ταῦτα εἰπόν ὅταν ἔλθῃ βασιλεὺς Βαβυλῶνος ἐπὶ Ιερουσαλημ καὶ λήμψεται τὸν βασιλέα αὐτῆς καὶ τοὺς ἄρχοντας αὐτῆς καὶ ἄξει αὐτοὺς πρὸς ἑαυτὸν εἰς Βαβυλῶνα
“તું બંડખોર લોકોને કહે કે: આ વાતોનો અર્થ શો છે તે તમે જાણતા નથી? જુઓ, તું તેઓને સમજાવ કે બાબિલનો રાજા યરુશાલેમ આવીને તેના રાજાને તથા રાજકુમારોને પકડીને તેઓને પોતાની પાસે બાબિલ નગરમાં લઈ ગયો.
