“If a man causes a field or vineyard to be eaten by letting his animal loose, and it grazes in another man’s field, he shall make restitution from the best of his own field, and from the best of his own vineyard.
«إِذَا رَعَى إِنْسَانٌ حَقْلًا أَوْ كَرْمًا وَسَرَّحَ مَوَاشِيَهُ فَرَعَتْ فِي حَقْلِ غَيْرِهِ، فَمِنْ أَجْوَدِ حَقْلِهِ، وَأَجْوَدِ كَرْمِهِ يُعَوِّضُ.
إِذَا سَرَّحَ إِنْسَانٌ بَهَائِمَهُ لِتَرْعَى فِي حَقْلِ جَارِهِ أَوِ كَرْمِهِ، فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُعَوِّضَ صَاحِبَ الْحَقْلِ أَوِ الْكَرْمِ مِنْ أَجْوَدِ نِتَاجِ حَقْلِهِ أَوْ كَرْمِهِ.
Եթէ մէկն իր անասունն արածեցնելիս թոյլ է տալիս, որ անասունն արածի ուրիշի հանդում, ապա իր հանդից թող հատուցի ըստ փչացրած բերքի չափի: Իսկ եթէ հանդը փչացրել է ամբողջութեամբ, ապա թող հատուցի իր հանդի ու իր այգու ընտիր հատուածով:

কেউ যদি শস্যক্ষেত্রে অথবা আঙ্গুরক্ষেত্রে পশু চরায়, আর নিজের পশু ছেড়ে দিলে যদি তা অন্য লোকের ক্ষেত্রে চরে, তবে সেই ব্যক্তি নিজের ক্ষেত্রের ভালো শস্য অথবা নিজের আঙ্গুরক্ষেত্রের ভালো ফল দিয়ে ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবে।
“কেউ যদি তার গৃহপালিত পশুপাল জমিতে বা দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেতে চরাতে নিয়ে যায় ও সেগুলি পথভ্রষ্ট হয়ে অন্য একজনের জমিতে চরতে চলে যায়, তবে সেই অপরাধীকে অবশ্যই তার নিজস্ব জমি বা দ্রাক্ষাক্ষেতের সেরা ফলন দিয়ে ক্ষতিপূরণ করতে হবে।

So ein Mann ein Feld oder einen Weinberg abweidet und sein Vieh hineinläßt, daß es das Feld eines anderen abweide, so soll er es mit dem Besten seines Feldes und dem Besten seines Weinbergs erstatten.

જો કોઈ માણસ પોતાનાં જાનવર ખેતરમાં કે દ્રાક્ષવાડીમાં છૂટાં મૂકે અને તેઓ બીજાના ખેતરોમાં ભેલાણ કરે, તો તેણે પોતાના ખેતરની અથવા દ્રાક્ષની વાડીની સર્વોત્તમ ઊપજમાંથી નુકસાની ભરપાઈ કરી આપવી.

“यदि कोई अपने पशु से किसी का खेत या दाख की बारी चराए, अर्थात् अपने पशु को ऐसा छोड़ दे कि वह पराए खेत को चर ले, तो वह अपने खेत की और अपनी दाख की बारी की उत्तम से उत्तम उपज में से उस हानि को भर दे।
“यदि कोई व्यक्ति अपना पशु खुला छोड़ दे, और वह किसी का खेत अथवा दाख की बारी खा जाएं, तो वह अपने ही खेत तथा दाख की बारी में से सबसे अच्छा हिस्सा उन्हें दे.
