2-Samuel 21:2
The king called the Gibeonites and said to them (now the Gibeonites were not of the children of Israel, but of the remnant of the Amorites, and the children of Israel had sworn to them; and Saul sought to kill them in his zeal for the children of Israel and Judah);
فَدَعَا ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْجِبْعُونِيِّينَ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ. وَٱلْجِبْعُونِيُّونَ لَيْسُوا مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ بَلْ مِنْ بَقَايَا ٱلْأَمُورِيِّينَ، وَقَدْ حَلَفَ لَهُمْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَطَلَبَ شَاوُلُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُمْ لِأَجْلِ غَيْرَتِهِ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَيَهُوذَا.
فَاسْتَدْعَى الْمَلِكُ الْجِبْعُونِيِّينَ، وَهُمْ مِنْ بَقَايَا شَعْبِ الأَمُورِيِّينَ الَّذِينَ وَقَّعَ مَعَهُمُ الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ مُعَاهَدَةَ صُلْحٍ، وَلَكِنَّ شَاوُلَ سَعَى لِلْقَضَاءِ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ فَرْطِ غَيْرَتِهِ عَلَى بَنِي يَهُوذَا وَإِسْرَائِيلَ.

সেই সময়ত গিবিয়োনীয়া সকল ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ মাজৰ নাছিল; কিন্তু ইমোৰীয়া সকলৰ অৱশিষ্ট থকা ভাগৰ লোক৷ ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলে তেওঁলোকক বধ নকৰিবলৈ শপত কৰিলে কিন্তু চৌলে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ আৰু যিহূদাৰ পক্ষে উদ্যোগী হৈ তেওঁলোকক বধ কৰিবলৈ চেষ্টা কৰিছিল।
Padşah Giveonluları çağırdı və onlarla danışdı. Giveonlular İsrail övladları deyildi. Emorlulardan sağ qalan bir xalq idi ki, İsraillilər onları sağ buraxacaqlarına and içmişdilər. Lakin Şaul İsrail və Yəhuda övladları naminə onları ciddi-cəhdlə yox etməyə çalışmışdı.

and to call: call to [the] king to/for Gibeonite and to say to(wards) them and [the] Gibeonite not from son: descendant/people Israel they(masc.) that if: except if: except from remainder [the] Amorite and son: descendant/people Israel to swear to/for them and to seek Saul to/for to smite them in/on/with be jealous he to/for son: descendant/people Israel and Judah
And HaMelech called the Giv'onim, and said unto them; (now the Giveonim were not of the Bnei Yisroel, but of the remnant of the Emori; and the Bnei Yisroel had sworn unto them; and Sha'ul sought to annihilate them in his kinot [zeal] for the Bnei Yisroel and Yehudah.)
The people of Gibeon were not Israelis; they were a small group of the Amor people-group whom the Israelis had solemnly promised to protect. But Saul had tried to kill all of them because he (was very zealous/wanted very much) to enable the people of Judah and Israel [to be the only ones living in that land]. So the king summoned the leaders of Gibeon
