"And to the angel of the church in Sardis write: "He who has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars says these things: "I know your works, that you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.
2 Jí, kí o sì fi ẹsẹ̀ ohun tí ó kù múlẹ̀, tàbí tí ó ṣetán láti kú, nítorí èmi kò rí iṣẹ́ rẹ ni pípé níwájú Ọlọ́run.
Wake up, and keep the things that remain, which were about to die, for I have found no works of yours perfected before my God.
3 Nítorí náà rántí bí ìwọ ti gbà, àti bí ìwọ ti gbọ́, kí o sì pa á mọ́, kí o sì ronúpìwàdà. Ǹjẹ́, bí ìwọ kò ba ṣọ́ra, èmi yóò dé sí ọ bí olè, ìwọ kì yóò sì mọ́ wákàtí tí èmi yóò dé sí ọ.
Remember therefore how you have received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If therefore you do not wake up, I will come as a thief, and you won't know what hour I will come to you.
4 Ìwọ ní orúkọ díẹ̀ ní Sardi, tí kò fi aṣọ wọn yí èérí; wọn yóò sì máa ba mi rìn ní aṣọ funfun: nítorí wọ́n yẹ.

He who overcomes will be arrayed in white garments, and I will in no way blot his name out of the Book of Life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
6 Ẹni tí ó ba létí, kí ó gbọ́ ohun tí Ẹ̀mí ń sọ fún àwọn ìjọ.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
7 “Àti sí angẹli Ìjọ ni Filadelfia kọ̀wé. Ọ̀rọ̀ wọ̀nyí ni ẹni tí ó jẹ́ mímọ́ náà wí, ẹni tí ó ṣe olóòtítọ́, ẹni tí ó ní kọ́kọ́rọ́ Dafidi, ẹni tí ó ṣí, tí kò sí ẹni tí yóò tì; ẹni tí o sì tì, tí kò sì ẹni tí yóò ṣí i.
"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: "These are the words of the Holy One, the True One, he who has the key of David, he who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one opens:

"I know your works. Look, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut. For you have a little power, and have kept my word, and did not deny my name.
9 Kíyèsi i, èmi ó mú àwọn ti Sinagọgu Satani, àwọn tí wọ́n ń wí pé Júù ni àwọn, tí wọn kì í sì ṣe bẹ́ẹ̀, ṣùgbọ́n tí wọn ń ṣèké; kíyèsi i, èmi ó mú kí wọn wá wólẹ̀ níwájú ẹsẹ̀ rẹ̀, kí wọn sì mọ̀ pé èmi tí fẹ́ ọ.
Look, I give of the synagogue of Satan, of those who say they are Jews, and they are not, but lie; look, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.
10 Nítorí tí ìwọ tí pa ọ̀rọ̀ sùúrù mi mọ́, èmi pẹ̀lú yóò pa ọ́ mọ́ kúrò nínú wákàtí ìdánwò, tí ń bọ̀ wá dé bá gbogbo ayé, láti dán àwọn tí ń gbé orí ilẹ̀ ayé wò.
Because you kept my command to endure, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, which is to come on the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.
11 Kíyèsi i, èmi ń bọ̀ kánkán, di èyí ti ìwọ ní mú ṣinṣin, kí ẹnikẹ́ni má ṣe gba adé rẹ.
I am coming quickly. Hold firmly that which you have, so that no one takes your crown.

He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will go out from there no more. I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God, and my own new name.
13 Ẹni tí ó bá ní etí, kí ó gbọ́ ohun ti Ẹ̀mí ń sọ fún àwọn ìjọ.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
14 “Àti sí angẹli ìjọ ní Laodikea kọ̀wé. Ọ̀rọ̀ wọ̀nyí ni ẹni tí ń jẹ́ Àmín wí, ẹlẹ́rìí olódodo àti olóòtítọ́, olórí ìṣẹ̀dá Ọlọ́run.
"To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: "The Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Head of God's creation, says these things:
15 Èmi mọ̀ iṣẹ́ rẹ, pé ìwọ kò gbóná bẹ́ẹ̀ ni ìwọ kò tútù: èmi ìbá fẹ́ pé kí ìwọ kúkú tutù, tàbí kí ìwọ kúkú gbóná.
"I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot.
16 Ǹjẹ́ nítorí tí ìwọ lọ wọ́ọ́rọ́, tí o kò si gbóná, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni tí o kò tutù, èmi yóò pọ̀ ọ́ jáde kúrò ni ẹnu mi.
So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of my mouth.

Because you say, 'I am rich, and have gotten riches, and have need of nothing;' and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked;
18 Èmi fún ọ ni ìmọ̀ràn pé kí o ra wúrà lọ́wọ́ mi tí a ti dà nínú iná, kí ìwọ lè di ọlọ́rọ̀; àti aṣọ funfun, kí ìwọ lè fi wọ ara rẹ̀, àti kí ìtìjú ìhòhò rẹ̀ má ba hàn kí ìwọ sì fi ohun ìkunra kun ojú rẹ̀, kí ìwọ lè ríran.
I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, that you may become rich; and white garments, that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye salve to put on your eyes, that you may see.
19 Gbogbo àwọn ti èmi bá fẹ́ ni èmi ń bá wí, tí mo sì ń nà: nítorí náà, ní ìtara, kì ìwọ sì ronúpìwàdà.
As many as I love, I rebuke and discipline. Be zealous therefore, and repent.
20 Kíyèsi i, èmi dúró ni ẹnu ìlẹ̀kùn, èmi sì ń kànkùn, bí ẹnikẹ́ni bá gbọ́ ohun mi, tí ó sì ṣí ìlẹ̀kùn, èmi yóò sì wọlé tọ̀ ọ́ wá, èmi yóò sì máa bá a jẹun, àti òun pẹ̀lú mi.
Look, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me.
21 Ẹni tí ó bá ṣẹ́gun ni èmi yóò fi fún láti jókòó pẹ̀lú mi lórí ìtẹ́ mi, bí èmi pẹ̀lú ti ṣẹ́gun, tí mo sì jókòó pẹ̀lú Baba mi lórí ìtẹ́ rẹ̀.
He who overcomes, I will give to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.
22 Ẹni tí ó bá létí, kí ó gbọ́ ohun tí Ẹ̀mí ń sọ fún àwọn ìjọ.”
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."
