< Revelation 21 >

1 Mo sì rí ọ̀run tuntun kan àti ayé tuntun kan, nítorí pé ọ̀run ti ìṣáájú àti ayé ìṣáájú ti kọjá lọ; Òkun kò sì ṣí mọ́.
I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away, and the sea is no more.
2 Mo sì rí ìlú mímọ́, Jerusalẹmu tuntun ń ti ọ̀run sọ̀kalẹ̀ wá láti ọ̀dọ̀ Ọlọ́run, tí a ti múra sílẹ̀ bí ìyàwó tí a ṣe lọ́ṣọ̀ọ́ fún ọkọ rẹ̀.
I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.
3 Mo sì gbọ́ ohùn ńlá kan láti orí ìtẹ́ náà wá, ń wí pé, “Kíyèsi i, àgọ́ Ọlọ́run wà pẹ̀lú àwọn ènìyàn, òun ó sì máa bá wọn gbé, wọn ó sì máa jẹ́ ènìyàn rẹ̀, àti Ọlọ́run tìkára rẹ̀ yóò wà pẹ̀lú wọn, yóò sì máa jẹ́ Ọlọ́run wọn.
I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Look, the tabernacle of God is with humans, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.
4 Ọlọ́run yóò sì nu omijé gbogbo nù kúrò ni ojú wọn; kì yóò sì ṣí ikú mọ́, tàbí ọ̀fọ̀, tàbí ẹkún, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni kí yóò sí ìrora mọ́, nítorí pé ohun àtijọ́ tí kọjá lọ.”
And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, nor will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the first things have passed away."
5 Ẹni tí ó jókòó lórí ìtẹ́ náà, sì wí pé, “Kíyèsi i, mo sọ ohun gbogbo di ọ̀tun!” Ó sì wí fún mi pé, “Kọ̀wé rẹ̀, nítorí ọ̀rọ̀ wọ̀nyí òdodo àti òtítọ́ ni wọ́n.”
He who sits on the throne said, "Look, I am making all things new." He said, "Write, for these words are faithful and true."
6 Ó sì wí fún mi pé, “Ó parí. Èmi ni Alfa àti Omega, ìpilẹ̀ṣẹ̀ àti òpin. Èmi ó sì fi omi fún ẹni tí òùngbẹ ń gbẹ láti inú orísun omi ìyè lọ́fẹ̀ẹ́.
He said to me, "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give freely to him who is thirsty from the spring of the water of life.
7 Ẹni tí ó ba ṣẹ́gun ni yóò jogún nǹkan wọ̀nyí; èmi ó sì máa jẹ́ Ọlọ́run rẹ̀, òun ó sì máa jẹ ọmọ mi.
He who overcomes, I will give him these things. I will be his God, and he will be my son.
8 Ṣùgbọ́n àwọn ojo, àti aláìgbàgbọ́, àti ẹni ìríra, àti apànìyàn, àti àgbèrè, àti oṣó, àti abọ̀rìṣà, àti àwọn èké gbogbo, ni yóò ni ipa tiwọn nínú adágún tí ń fi iná àti sulfuru jó: èyí tí i ṣe ikú kejì.” (Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)
But to the cowards, and unbelieving, and detestable, and murderers, and sexually immoral, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death." (Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)
9 Ọ̀kan nínú àwọn angẹli méje, tí wọ́n ni ago méje, tí ó kún fún ìyọnu méje ìkẹyìn sì wá, ó sì ba mi sọ̀rọ̀ wí pé, “Wá níhìn-ín, èmi ó fi ìyàwó, aya Ọ̀dọ́-àgùntàn hàn ọ́.”
One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls, full of the seven last plagues came, and he spoke with me, saying, "Come here. I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."
10 Ó sì mu mi lọ nínú Ẹ̀mí si òkè ńlá kan tí o sì ga, ó sì fi ìlú náà hàn mi, Jerusalẹmu mímọ́, tí ń ti ọ̀run sọ̀kalẹ̀ wá láti ọ̀dọ̀ Ọlọ́run,
He carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,
11 tí ó ní ògo Ọlọ́run, ìmọ́lẹ̀ rẹ̀ sì dàbí òkúta iyebíye gidigidi, àní bí òkúta jasperi, ó mọ́ bí kirisitali;
having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, as if it was a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
12 Ó sì ní odi ńlá àti gíga, ó sì ni ẹnu ibodè méjìlá, àti ní àwọn ẹnu ibodè náà angẹli méjìlá àti orúkọ tí a kọ sára wọn tí i ṣe orúkọ àwọn ẹ̀yà méjìlá tí àwọn ọmọ Israẹli.
having a great and high wall; having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels; and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel.
13 Ní ìhà ìlà-oòrùn ẹnu ibodè mẹ́ta; ní ìhà àríwá ẹnu ibodè mẹ́ta; ní ìhà gúúsù ẹnu ibodè mẹ́ta; àti ní ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn ẹnu ibodè mẹ́ta.
On the east were three gates; and on the north three gates; and on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14 Odi ìlú náà sì ni ìpìlẹ̀ méjìlá, àti lórí wọn orúkọ àwọn Aposteli méjìlá tí Ọ̀dọ́-Àgùntàn.
The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 Ẹni tí o sì ń bá mi sọ̀rọ̀ ní ọ̀pá-ìwọ̀n wúrà kan láti fi wọn ìlú náà àti àwọn ẹnu ibodè rẹ̀, àti odi rẹ̀.
He who spoke with me had for a measure, a golden reed, to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.
16 Ìlú náà sì wà ní ibú mẹ́rin lọ́gbọọgba, gígùn rẹ̀ àti ìbú rẹ̀ sì dọ́gba: ó sì fi ọ̀pá-ìwọ̀n náà wọn ìlú náà wò, ó jẹ ẹgbàá mẹ́fà ibùsọ̀ gígùn rẹ̀ àti ìbú rẹ̀, àti gíga rẹ̀ sì dọ́gba.
The city lies foursquare, and its length is as great as its breadth. He measured the city with the reed, one thousand three hundred eighty miles. Its length, breadth, and height are equal.
17 Ó sì wọn odi rẹ̀ ó jẹ́ ogóje ìgbọ̀nwọ́ lé mẹ́rin, gẹ́gẹ́ bí òsùwọ̀n ènìyàn, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni tí angẹli náà.
Its wall is one hundred forty-four cubits, by human measurement, that is, of an angel.
18 A sì fi jasperi mọ odi ìlú náà. Ìlú náà sì jẹ́ kìkì wúrà, ó dàbí dígí tí o mọ́ kedere.
The construction of its wall was jasper. The city was pure gold, like pure glass.
19 A fi onírúurú òkúta iyebíye ṣe ìpìlẹ̀ ògiri ìlú náà lọ́ṣọ̀ọ́. Ìpìlẹ̀ èkínní jẹ́ jasperi; èkejì, safiru; ẹ̀kẹta, kalkedoni; ẹ̀kẹrin, emeradi;
The foundations of the city's wall were adorned with all kinds of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, chalcedony; the fourth, emerald;
20 ẹ̀karùnún, sardoniki; ẹ̀kẹfà, kaneliani; èkeje, krisoliti; ẹ̀kẹjọ, berili; ẹ̀kẹsànán, topasi; ẹ̀kẹwàá, krisoprasu; ẹ̀kọkànlá, jakiniti; èkejìlá, ametisiti.
the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprasus; the eleventh, jacinth; and the twelfth, amethyst.
21 Ẹnu ibodè méjèèjìlá jẹ́ perli méjìlá: olúkúlùkù ẹnu ibodè jẹ́ peali kan; ọ̀nà ìgboro ìlú náà sì jẹ́ kìkì wúrà, ó dàbí dígí dídán.
The twelve gates were twelve pearls. Each one of the gates was made of one pearl. The street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
22 Èmi kò sì ri tẹmpili nínú rẹ̀, nítorí pé Olúwa Ọlọ́run Olódùmarè ni tẹmpili rẹ̀, àti Ọ̀dọ́-àgùntàn.
I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
23 Ìlú náà kò sì ní oòrùn, tàbí òṣùpá, láti máa tan ìmọ́lẹ̀ sí i, nítorí pé ògo Ọlọ́run ni ó ń tàn ìmọ́lẹ̀ sí i, Ọ̀dọ́-àgùntàn sì ni fìtílà rẹ̀.
The city has no need for the sun, neither of the moon, to shine, for the very glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.
24 Àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè yóò sì máa rìn nípa ìmọ́lẹ̀ rẹ̀, àwọn ọba ayé sì ń mú ògo wọn wá sínú rẹ̀.
The nations will walk in its light. The kings of the earth bring their splendor into it.
25 A kì yóò sì ṣé àwọn ẹnu ibodè rẹ̀ rárá ní ọ̀sán: nítorí ki yóò si òru níbẹ̀.
Its gates will in no way be shut by day (for there will be no night there),
26 Wọ́n ó sì máa mú ògo àti ọlá àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè wá sínú rẹ̀.
and they will bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it.
27 Ohun aláìmọ́ kan ki yóò sì wọ inú rẹ̀ rárá, tàbí ohun tí ń ṣiṣẹ́ ìríra àti èké; bí kò ṣe àwọn tí a kọ sínú ìwé ìyè Ọ̀dọ́-àgùntàn.
There will in no way enter into it anything profane, or one who causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
