Psalms 99

1 Olúwa jẹ ọba; jẹ́ kí ayé kí ó wárìrì Ó jókòó lórí ìtẹ́ kérúbù jẹ́ kí ayé kí ó wárìrì.

The Lord reigneth, let the people tremble: he sitteth betweene the Cherubims, let the earth be moued.

2 Olúwa tóbi ní Sioni; Ó sì ga jù gbogbo orílẹ̀-èdè lọ.

The Lord is great in Zion, and he is high aboue all the people.

3 Kí wọ́n sì yin orúkọ rẹ̀ tí ó tóbi tí ó ni ẹ̀rù, Mímọ́ ni Òun.

They shall prayse thy great and fearefull Name (for it is holy)

4 Ọba náà ní agbára, ó sì fẹ́ òdodo, ìwọ fi ìdí àìṣègbè múlẹ̀; ìwọ ṣe ohun tí ó tọ́ àti ohun tí ó yẹ nínú Jakọbu.

And the Kings power, that loueth iudgement: for thou hast prepared equitie: thou hast executed iudgement and iustice in Iaakob.

5 Gbígbéga ni Olúwa Ọlọ́run wa ẹ foríbalẹ̀ níbi ẹsẹ̀ rẹ̀; ó jẹ́ mímọ́.

Exalt the Lord our God, and fall downe before his footestoole: for he is holy.

6 Mose àti Aaroni wà nínú àwọn àlùfáà rẹ̀ Samuẹli wà nínú àwọn tí ó ń ké pe orúkọ rẹ̀ wọ́n ké pe Olúwa, ó sì dá wọn lóhùn.

Moses and Aaron were among his Priests, and Samuel among such as call vpon his Name: these called vpon the Lord, and he heard them.

7 Ó sọ̀rọ̀ sí wọn nínú ọ̀wọ́n àwọsánmọ̀, wọ́n pa ẹ̀rí rẹ̀ mọ́ àti ìlànà tí ó fún wọn.

Hee spake vnto them in the cloudie pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the Lawe that he gaue them.

8 Olúwa Ọlọ́run wa, ó dá wọn lóhùn; ó jẹ́ Ọlọ́run tí ó ń dáríjì àwọn ọmọ Israẹli ìwọ tí ó ń fi ìyà àìṣedéédéé wọn jẹ wọ́n.

Thou heardest them, O Lord our God: thou wast a fauourable God vnto them, though thou didst take vengeance for their inuentions.

9 Gbígbéga ni Olúwa Ọlọ́run wa kí a sìn ín ní òkè mímọ́ rẹ̀ nítorí Olúwa Ọlọ́run wa jẹ́ mímọ́.

Exalt the Lord our God, and fall downe before his holy Mountaine: for the Lord our God is holy.
