< Psalms 93 >
1 Olúwa ń jẹ ọba, ọláńlá ni ó wọ̀ ní aṣọ; ọláńlá ni Olúwa wọ̀ ní aṣọ àti ìhámọ́ra rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú agbára. Ó fi ìdí ayé múlẹ̀; kò sì le è yí.
The Lord reigns, clothed in majesty! He wears his royal robes, with his power worn like a belt. The world is held together firmly—it cannot be broken apart.
2 Ìjọba rẹ̀ wà láti ọjọ́ pípẹ́; ìwọ wà títí ayérayé.
Your throne has existed from ages past; you are from eternity.
3 A ti gbé òkun sókè, Olúwa, òkun ti gbé ohùn wọn sókè; òkun ti gbé rírú omi wọn sókè.
The floods have raised up, Lord; the floods have raised their voices; the floods have raised up their crashing waves.
4 Ó ni ògo ju àrá omi ńlá lọ, ó ni ògo ju òkun rírú lọ Olúwa ga ní ògo.
But greater than the most violent ocean, greater than the largest waves of the sea, the greatest is the Lord above.
5 Ẹ̀rí rẹ̀ dúró ṣinṣin; ìwà mímọ́ ni ó fi ṣe ilé rẹ̀ lọ́ṣọ̀ọ́ fún ọjọ́ àìlópin, Olúwa.
Your laws are totally trustworthy. Your house, Lord, is holy forever.
