< Psalms 15 >

1 Saamu ti Dafidi. Olúwa, ta ni yóò máa ṣe àtìpó nínú àgọ́ rẹ? Ta ni yóò máa gbé ní òkè mímọ́ rẹ?
A psalm of David. Who may enter your sanctuary, Lord? Who may come into your presence on your holy mountain?
2 Ẹni tí ń rìn déédé tí ó sì ń sọ òtítọ́, láti inú ọkàn rẹ̀;
Those who live without fault and do what is right, those who sincerely tell the truth.
3 tí kò fi ahọ́n rẹ̀ sọ̀rọ̀ ẹni lẹ́yìn, tí kò ṣe ibi sí aládùúgbò rẹ̀ tí kò sì sọ̀rọ̀ ẹ̀gàn sí ẹnìkejì rẹ̀,
They do not slander, do not treat their neighbors badly, do not gossip about people they know.
4 ní ojú ẹni tí ènìyànkénìyàn di gígàn ṣùgbọ́n ó bọ̀wọ̀ fún àwọn tí ó bẹ̀rù Olúwa, ẹni tí ó búra sí ibi ara rẹ̀ àní tí kò sì yípadà,
They reject people the Lord has rejected, but honor those who follow the Lord. They keep their promises even when it's hard to do. They don't change their minds.
5 tí ó ń yá ni lówó láìsí èlé tí kò sì gba àbẹ̀tẹ́lẹ̀ lòdì sí aláìlẹ́ṣẹ̀. Ẹnikẹ́ni tí ó bá ṣe èyí ni a kì yóò mì láéláé.
They lend money without charging interest. They don't take bribes to testify against the innocent. Those who act like this will never ever fall.
