< Psalms 110 >

1 Ti Dafidi. Saamu. Olúwa sọ fún Olúwa mi pé, “Ìwọ jókòó ní ọwọ́ ọ̀tún mi, títí èmi yóò fi sọ àwọn ọ̀tá rẹ di àpótí ìtìsẹ̀ rẹ.”
David’s. A Melody. The declaration of Yahweh to my Lord—Sit thou at my right hand, Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
2 Olúwa yóò na ọ̀pá agbára rẹ̀ láti Sioni wá, ìwọ jẹ ọba láàrín àwọn ọ̀tá rẹ.
Thy sceptre of strength, will Yahweh extend out of Zion, Tread thou down, in the midst of thy foes.
3 Àwọn ènìyàn rẹ jẹ́ ọ̀rẹ́ àtinúwá ní ọjọ́ ìjáde ogun rẹ, nínú ẹwà mímọ́, láti inú òwúrọ̀ wá ìwọ ni ìrì ẹwà rẹ.
Thy people, will freely offer themselves, in the day of thine army, —in the splendours of holiness, out of the womb of the dawn, To thee, [shall spring forth] the dew of thy youth.
4 Olúwa ti búra, kò sì í yí ọkàn padà pé, “Ìwọ ni àlùfáà, ní ipasẹ̀ Melkisedeki.”
Yahweh, hath sworn—and will not repent, Thou, [shalt be] a priest unto times age-abiding, after the manner of Melchizedek.
5 Olúwa, ọwọ́ ọ̀tún rẹ̀ ni yóò lu àwọn ọba bolẹ̀ ni ọjọ́ ìbínú rẹ̀.
My Lord, on thy right hand, —hath shattered—in the day of his anger—kings;
6 Yóò ṣe ìdájọ́ láàrín kèfèrí, yóò kún ibùgbé wọn pẹ̀lú òkú ara; yóò fọ́n àwọn olórí ká sí orí ilẹ̀ ayé tí ó gbòòrò.
He will judge among the nations—full of dead bodies! He hath shattered the head over a land far extended:
7 Yóò mu nínú odò ṣíṣàn ní ọ̀nà: nítorí náà ni yóò ṣe gbé orí sókè.
Of the torrent in the way, will he drink; —For this cause, will he lift up [his] head.
