Psalms 103
1 Ti Dafidi. Yin Olúwa, ìwọ ọkàn mi; àti gbogbo ohun tí ó wà nínú mi, yín orúkọ rẹ̀ mímọ́.
Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, —And all that is within me, his holy Name;
2 Yin Olúwa, ìwọ ọkàn mi, kí o má ṣe gbàgbé gbogbo oore rẹ̀,
Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, And forget not all his dealings: —
3 ẹni tí ó dárí gbogbo ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ rẹ̀ jì ọ́ tí ó sì wo gbogbo ààrùn rẹ̀ sàn,
Who forgiveth all thine iniquity, Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 ẹni tí ó ra ẹ̀mí rẹ padà kúrò nínú kòtò ikú ẹni tí ó fi ìṣeun ìfẹ́ àti ìyọ́nú dé ọ ní adé,
Who redeemeth, from destruction, thy life, Who crowneth thee, with lovingkindness and compassion:
5 ẹni tí ó fi ohun dídára tẹ́ ọ lọ́rùn kí ìgbà èwe rẹ̀ lè di ọ̀tún bí ti ẹyẹ idì.
Who satisfieth, with good, thine age, Thy youth, reneweth itself like an eagle.
6 Olúwa ń ṣe òdodo àti ìdájọ́ fún gbogbo àwọn tí a ni lára.
Yahweh is one, who executeth righteousness, Yea vindication for all the oppressed.
7 Ó fi ọ̀nà rẹ̀ hàn fún Mose, iṣẹ́ rẹ̀ fun àwọn ọmọ Israẹli;
Who made known his ways unto Moses, unto the sons of Israel, his doings.
8 Olúwa ni aláàánú àti olóore, ó lọ́ra láti bínú, ó sì pọ̀ ní ìfẹ́.
Compassionate and gracious, is Yahweh, —Slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness.
9 Òun kì í bá ni wí ní ìgbà gbogbo bẹ́ẹ̀ ni kì í pa ìbínú rẹ mọ́ láéláé,
Not perpetually, will he contend, Nor age-abidingly, retain anger;
10 Òun kì í ṣe sí wa gẹ́gẹ́ bí ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ wa bẹ́ẹ̀ ni kì í san án fún wa gẹ́gẹ́ bí àìṣedéédéé wa.
Not according to our sins, hath he dealt with us, Nor according to our iniquities, hath he treated us.
11 Nítorí bí ọ̀run ṣe ga sílẹ̀, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni ìfẹ́ rẹ̀ tóbi sí àwọn tí ó bẹ̀rù rẹ̀.
For, as the heavens are exalted over the earth, His lovingkindness hath prevailed over them who revere him;
12 Bí ìlà-oòrùn ti jìnnà sí ìwọ̀-oòrùn bẹ́ẹ̀ ni ó ṣe mú ìrékọjá wá jìnnà sí wa.
As far as East from West, Hath he put far from us, our transgressions;
13 Bí baba ti ń ṣe ìyọ́nú sí àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni Olúwa ń ṣe ìyọ́nú sí àwọn tí ó bẹ̀rù rẹ̀,
Like the compassion of a father for his children, Is, the compassion of Yahweh, for them who revere him;
14 nítorí tí ó mọ dídá wa, ó rántí pé erùpẹ̀ ni wá.
For, he, knoweth how we are formed, He is mindful that, dust, we are.
15 Bí ó ṣe ti ènìyàn ni, ọjọ́ rẹ̀ dàbí koríko, ó gbilẹ̀ bí ìtànná ewéko igbó,
As for man, like grass, are his days, Like the blossom of the field, so, doth he blossom;
16 afẹ́fẹ́ fẹ́ kọjá lọ lórí rẹ̀, kò sì rántí ibùjókòó rẹ̀ mọ́.
For, a wind, hath passed over it, and it is gone, And its own place is acquainted with it no more.
17 Ṣùgbọ́n láti ayérayé ni ìfẹ́ Olúwa ti wà pẹ̀lú àwọn tí ó bẹ̀rù rẹ̀, àti òdodo rẹ̀ wà láti ọmọdọ́mọ,
But, the lovingkindness of Yahweh, is from one age even to another, Upon them who revere him, And his righteousness, to children’s children: —
18 sí àwọn tí ó pa májẹ̀mú rẹ̀ mọ́ àti àwọn tí ó rántí òfin rẹ̀ láti ṣe wọ́n.
To such as keep his covenant, And remember his precepts, to do them.
19 Olúwa ti pèsè ìtẹ́ rẹ̀ nínú ọ̀run, ìjọba rẹ̀ ní ó sì borí ohun gbogbo.
Yahweh, in the heavens, hath established his throne, And, his kingdom, over all, hath dominion.
20 Yin Olúwa, ẹ̀yin angẹli rẹ̀, tí ó ní ipá, tí ó pa òfin ọ̀rọ̀ rẹ̀ mọ́, tì ó sì ń se ìfẹ́ rẹ̀.
Bless Yahweh, ye messengers of his, —Heroes of vigour, doing his word, To hearken [again] to the voice of his word;
21 Yin Olúwa, ẹ̀yin ogun ọ̀run rẹ̀ gbogbo, ẹ̀yin ìránṣẹ́ rẹ̀ tí ń ṣe ìfẹ́ rẹ̀.
Bless Yahweh, all ye his hosts, Attendants of his, doing his pleasure;
22 Yin Olúwa, gbogbo iṣẹ́ rẹ̀ ní ibi gbogbo ìjọba rẹ̀. Yin Olúwa, ìwọ ọkàn mi.
Bless Yahweh, all ye his works, In all places of his dominion, Bless, O my soul, Yahweh.
