< Proverbs 31 >

1 Àwọn ọ̀rọ̀-ìjìnlẹ̀ ti Lemueli ọba, ọ̀rọ̀ ẹ̀kọ́ tí ìyá rẹ̀ kọ́ ọ,
[the] words of Lemuel [the] king an oracle which she instructed him mother his.
2 “Gbọ́ ìwọ ọmọ mi, gbọ́ ìwọ ọmọ inú mi! Gbọ́ ìwọ ọmọ ẹ̀jẹ́ mi.
What? O son my and what? O son of womb my and what? O son of vows my.
3 Má ṣe lo agbára rẹ lórí obìnrin, okun rẹ lórí àwọn tí ó pa àwọn ọba run.
May not you give to women strength your and ways your to wiping out kings.
4 “Kì í ṣe fún àwọn ọba, ìwọ Lemueli, kì í ṣe fún ọba láti mu ọtí wáìnì, kì í ṣe fún alákòóso láti máa wá ọtí líle,
May not [it be] for kings - O Lemuel may not [it be] for kings to drink wine and for rulers (where? *Q(K)*) strong drink.
5 kí wọn má ba à mu ọtí yó kí wọn sì gbàgbé ohun tí òfin wí, kí wọn sì fi ẹ̀tọ́ àwọn tí ara ń ni dù wọ́n.
Lest he should drink and he may forget [what] is decreed and he may change [the] cause of all [the] sons of affliction.
6 Fi ọtí líle fún àwọn tí ń ṣègbé wáìnì fún àwọn tí ó wà nínú ìrora.
Give strong drink to [one who] is perishing and wine to [people] bitter of soul.
7 Jẹ́ kí wọn mu ọtí kí wọn sì gbàgbé òsì wọn kí wọn má sì rántí òsì wọn mọ́.
He will drink and he may forget poverty his and trouble his not he will remember again.
8 “Sọ̀rọ̀ lórúkọ àwọn tí kò le sọ̀rọ̀ fúnra wọn fún ẹ̀tọ́ àwọn ẹni tí ń parun.
Open mouth your for [the] dumb to [the] cause of all [the] sons of passing away.
9 Sọ̀rọ̀ kí o sì ṣe ìdájọ́ àìṣègbè jà fún ẹ̀tọ́ àwọn tálákà àti aláìní.”
Open mouth your judge righteousness and plead [the] cause of [the] poor and [the] needy.
10 Ta ni ó le rí aya oníwà rere? Ó níye lórí ju iyùn lọ.
A wife of ability who? will he find and [is] far more than jewels price her.
11 Ọkọ rẹ̀ ní ìgbẹ́kẹ̀lé púpọ̀ nínú rẹ̀ kò sì ṣí ìwà rere tí kò pé lọ́wọ́ rẹ̀.
It trusts in her [the] heart of husband her and gain not he lacks.
12 Ire ní ó ń ṣe fún un, kì í ṣe ibi ní gbogbo ọjọ́ ayé rẹ̀.
She feeds him good and not evil all [the] days of life her.
13 Ó sa aṣọ irun àgùntàn olówùú àti ọ̀gbọ̀ Ó sì ṣiṣẹ́ pẹ̀lú ìyárí.
She seeks wool and flax and she worked in [the] delight of hands her.
14 Ó dàbí ọkọ̀ ojú omi tí àwọn oníṣòwò; ó ń gbé oúnjẹ rẹ̀ wá láti ọ̀nà jíjìn.
She is like [the] ships of a trader from a distance she brings food her.
15 Ó dìde nígbà tí òkùnkùn sì kùn; ó ṣe oúnjẹ fún ìdílé rẹ̀ àti ìpín oúnjẹ fún àwọn ìránṣẹ́bìnrin rẹ̀.
And she rose - when still night and she gave food to household her and an allotted portion to female servants her.
16 Ó kíyèsi oko kan, ó sì rà á; nínú ohun tí ó ń wọlé fún un ó gbin ọgbà àjàrà rẹ̀.
She considers a field and she took it from [the] fruit of hands her (she plants *Q(K)*) a vineyard.
17 Ó bẹ̀rẹ̀ iṣẹ́ rẹ̀ tagbára tagbára apá rẹ̀ le koko fún iṣẹ́.
She girds with strength loins her and she strengthened arms her.
18 Ó rí i pé òwò òun pé fìtílà rẹ̀ kì í sì í kú ní òru.
She perceives that [is] good profit her not it is extinguished (in the night *Q(K)*) lamp her.
19 Ní ọwọ́ rẹ̀, ó di kẹ̀kẹ́ òwú mú ó sì na ọwọ́ rẹ̀ di ìrànwú mú.
Hands her she stretches out on the distaff and palms her they grasp [the] spindle.
20 O la ọwọ́ rẹ̀ sí àwọn tálákà ó sì na ọwọ́ rẹ̀ sí àwọn aláìní.
Palm her she spreads out to poor [person] and hands her she stretches out to the needy [person].
21 Nígbà tí òjò-dídì rọ̀, kò bẹ̀rù nítorí ìdílé rẹ̀ nítorí gbogbo wọn ni ó wọ aṣọ tí ó nípọn.
Not she is afraid for household her from snow for all household her [is] clothed scarlet.
22 Ó ṣe aṣọ títẹ́ fún ibùsùn rẹ̀; ẹ̀wù dáradára àti elése àlùkò ni aṣọ rẹ̀.
Coverings she makes for herself [is] fine linen and purple clothing her.
23 A bọ̀wọ̀ fún ọkọ rẹ̀ ní ẹnu ibodè ìlú níbi tí ó ń jókòó láàrín àwọn àgbàgbà ìlú.
[is] known In the gates husband her when sits he with [the] elders of [the] land.
24 Ó ń ṣe àwọn aṣọ dáradára ó sì ń tà wọ́n ó sì ń kó ọjà fún àwọn oníṣòwò.
Linen garment[s] she makes and she sold and a belt she supplies to the merchants.
25 Agbára àti ọlá ni ó wò ọ́ láṣọ ó le fi ọjọ́ iwájú rẹ́rìn-ín.
[is] strength And honor clothing her and she laughed to a day future.
26 A sọ̀rọ̀ pẹ̀lú ọgbọ́n ìkọ́ni òtítọ́ sì ń bẹ létè e rẹ̀
Mouth her she opens with wisdom and instruction of loyalty [is] on tongue her.
27 Ó ń bojútó gbogbo ètò ilé rẹ̀ kì í sì í jẹ oúnjẹ ìmẹ́lẹ́.
[she is] watching over [the] ways of Household her and [the] bread of laziness not she eats.
28 Àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ dìde wọ́n sì pè é ní alábùkún ọkọ rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú ń gbóríyìn fún un.
They rise up sons her and they called blessed her husband her and he praised her.
29 “Ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ obìnrin ní ń ṣe nǹkan ọlọ́lá ṣùgbọ́n ìwọ ju gbogbo wọn lọ.”
Many daughters they have done ability and you you have gone up above all of them.
30 Ojú dáradára a máa tan ni, ẹwà sì jẹ́ asán nítorí obìnrin tí ó bẹ̀rù Olúwa yẹ kí ó gba oríyìn.
[is] deception Grace and [is] vanity beauty a woman fearing Yahweh she she will be praised.
31 Sì fún un ní èrè tí ó tọ́ sí i kí o sì jẹ́ kí iṣẹ́ rẹ̀ fún un ní ìyìn ní ẹnu ibodè ìlú.
Give to her some of [the] fruit of hands her and let them praise her in the gates work her.
