Numbers 34
1 Olúwa sọ fún Mose pé,
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
2 “Pàṣẹ fún àwọn ọmọ Israẹli, kí o sì sọ fún wọn pé, ‘Tí ẹ bá wọ Kenaani, ilẹ̀ tí a ó fi fún yín, gẹ́gẹ́ bí ogún yín yóò ní ààlà wọn yí:
“Command the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When you are coming into the land of Canaan—this [is] the land which falls to you by inheritance, the land of Canaan, by its borders—
3 “‘Ìhà gúúsù yín yóò bọ́ sí ara aginjù Sini lẹ́bàá Edomu, àti ìlà-oòrùn, ààlà ìhà gúúsù yóò bẹ̀rẹ̀ láti òpin Òkun Iyọ̀,
then the south quarter has been to you from the wilderness of Zin, by the sides of Edom, indeed, the south border has been to you from the extremity of the Salt Sea eastward;
4 kọjá lọ sí gúúsù Akrabbimu, tẹ̀síwájú lọ si Sini, kó bọ́ si gúúsù Kadeṣi-Barnea, kí o sì dé Hasari-Addari, kí o sì kọjá sí Asmoni.
and the border has turned around to you from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and has passed on to Zin, and its outgoings have been from the south to Kadesh-Barnea, and it has gone out at Hazar-Addar, and has passed on to Azmon;
5 Kí òpin ilẹ̀ rẹ̀ kí ó sì yíká láti Asmoni lọ dé odò Ejibiti, Òkun Ńlá ni yóò sì jẹ òpin rẹ.
and the border has turned around from Azmon to the Brook of Egypt, and its outgoings have been at the sea.
6 Ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn yín yóò jẹ́ òpin lórí Òkun Ńlá. Èyí yóò jẹ́ ààlà yín lórí ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn.
As for the west border, even the Great Sea has been a border to you; this is the west border to you.
7 Fún ààlà ìhà àríwá, fa ìlà láti Òkun Ńlá lọ sí orí òkè Hori,
And this is the north border to you: from the Great Sea you mark out for yourselves Mount Hor;
8 àti láti orí òkè Hori sí Lebo-Hamati. Nígbà náà ààlà náà yóò lọ sí Sedadi,
from Mount Hor you mark out to go to Hamath, and the outgoings of the border have been to Zedad;
9 tẹ̀síwájú lọ sí Sifroni, kí o sì fò pín si ní Hasari-Enani, èyí yóò jẹ́ ààlà tìrẹ ní ìhà àríwá.
and the border has gone out to Ziphron, and its outgoings have been at Hazar-Enan; this is the north border to you.
10 Kí ẹ sì sàmì sí ilẹ̀ tiyín ní ìhà ìlà-oòrùn láti Hasari-Enani lọ dé Ṣefamu.
And you have marked out for yourselves for the border eastward, from Hazar-Enan to Shepham;
11 Ààlà náà yóò ti Ṣefamu sọ̀kalẹ̀ wá lọ sí Ribla ní ìhà ìlà-oòrùn Aini, kí o sì sọ̀kalẹ̀ lọ dé ìhà Òkun Kinnereti ní ìhà ìlà-oòrùn.
and the border has gone down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east of Ain, and the border has gone down, and has struck against the shoulder of the Sea of Chinnereth eastward;
12 Nígbà náà, ààlà náà yóò sọ̀kalẹ̀ lọ sí apá Jordani, yóò sì dópin nínú Òkun Iyọ̀. “‘Èyí yóò jẹ́ ilẹ̀ yín, pẹ̀lú ààlà tirẹ̀ ní gbogbo ọ̀nà.’”
and the border has gone down to the Jordan, and its outgoings have been at the Salt Sea; this is the land for you by its borders all around.”
13 Mose pa á láṣẹ fún àwọn ọmọ Israẹli pé, “Yan ilẹ̀ yìí pẹ̀lú kèké gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìní ogún: Olúwa ti pàṣẹ láti fi fún ẹ̀yà mẹ́sàn-án, àti ààbọ̀.
And Moses commands the sons of Israel, saying, “This [is] the land which you inherit by lot, which YHWH has commanded to give to the nine tribes and the half of the tribe;
14 Nítorí ará ilẹ̀ ẹ̀yà ti Reubeni, ẹ̀yà Gadi àti ẹ̀yà ààbọ̀ ti Manase ti gba ogún tiwọn.
for the tribe of the sons of Reuben, by the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad, by the house of their fathers, have received [their inheritance]; and [those of] the half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance;
15 Ẹ̀yà méjèèjì àti ààbọ̀ yìí ti gba ogún tiwọn ní ìhà ìhín Jordani létí i Jeriko, ní ìhà ìlà-oòrùn, ní ìdojúkọ Jordani.”
the two tribes and the half of the tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan, [near] Jericho, eastward, at the [sun]-rising.”
16 Olúwa sọ fún Mose pé,
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
17 “Èyí ni orúkọ àwọn ọkùnrin náà tí yóò pín ilẹ̀, náà fún yín gẹ́gẹ́ bí ogún: Eleasari àlùfáà àti Joṣua ọmọ Nuni.
“These [are] the names of the men who give the inheritance of the land to you: Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun.
18 Kí o sì yan olórí kan nínú ẹ̀yà kọ̀ọ̀kan láti pín ilẹ̀ náà.
And one prince—you take one prince from a tribe to give the land by inheritance.
19 “Èyí ni orúkọ wọn: “Kalebu ọmọ Jefunne, láti ẹ̀yà Juda;
And these [are] the names of the men: of the tribe of Judah, Caleb son of Jephunneh;
20 Ṣemueli ọmọ Ammihudu, láti ẹ̀yà Simeoni;
and of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel son of Aminihud;
21 Elidadi ọmọ Kisloni, láti ẹ̀yà Benjamini;
of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad son of Chislon;
22 Bukki ọmọ Jogli, láti ẹ̀yà olórí àwọn ọmọ Dani;
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Dan, Bukki son of Jogli;
23 Hannieli ọmọ Efodu, láti ẹ̀yà Manase, olórí àwọn ọmọ Josẹfu,
of the sons of Joseph, a prince of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, Hanniel son of Ephod;
24 Kemueli ọmọ Ṣiftani, olórí ẹ̀yà àwọn ọmọ, Efraimu, ọmọ Josẹfu;
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, Kemuel son of Shiphtan;
25 Elisafani ọmọ Parnaki, olórí ẹ̀yà àwọn ọmọ Sebuluni;
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, Elizaphan son of Parnach;
26 Paltieli ọmọ Assani, olórí ẹ̀yà àwọn ọmọ Isakari;
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, Paltiel son of Azzan;
27 Ahihudu ọmọ Ṣelomi, olórí ẹ̀yà àwọn ọmọ Aṣeri;
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Asher, Ahihud son of Shelomi;
28 Pedaheli ọmọ Ammihudu, olórí ẹ̀yà àwọn ọmọ Naftali.”
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, Pedahel son of Ammihud.”
29 Èyí ni àwọn ẹni tí Olúwa yàn láti pín ogún náà fún àwọn ọmọ Israẹli ní ilẹ̀ Kenaani.
These [are] those whom YHWH has commanded to give the sons of Israel inheritance in the land of Canaan.
