Nehemiah 3
1 Eliaṣibu olórí àlùfáà àti àwọn àlùfáà arákùnrin rẹ̀ lọ ṣiṣẹ́, wọ́n sì tún ibodè Àgùntàn mọ. Wọ́n yà á sí mímọ́, wọ́n sì gbé ìlẹ̀kùn dúró sí ibi tí ó yẹ, wọ́n mọ ọ́n títí dé ilé ìṣọ́ ọgọ́rùn-ún, èyí tí wọ́n yà sí mímọ́ títí dé ilé ìṣọ́ gíga Hananeli.
And Eliashib the high priest rises, and his brothers the priests, and they build the Sheep Gate; they have sanctified it, and set up its doors, even to the Tower of Meah they have sanctified it, to the Tower of Hananeel;
2 Àwọn ọkùnrin Jeriko sì mọ ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ rẹ̀, Sakkuri ọmọ Imri sì mọ ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ àwọn ọkùnrin Jeriko.
and by his hand men of Jericho have built; and by their hand Zaccur son of Imri has built;

and sons of Hassenaah have built the Fish Gate; they have walled it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars.
4 Meremoti ọmọ Uriah, ọmọ Hakosi tún èyí tí ó wà ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ ẹ wọn mọ. Ẹni tí ó tún wà ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ rẹ̀ ni Meṣullamu ọmọ Berekiah, ọmọ Meṣesabeli tún èyí ti ó wà ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ wọn mọ. Bákan náà ni ẹ̀gbẹ́ rẹ̀, Sadoku ọmọ Baanah náà tún odi mọ.
And by their hand Merimoth son of Urijah, son of Koz, has strengthened; and by his hand Meshullam son of Berechiah, son of Meshezabeel, has strengthened; and by his hand Zadok son of Baana has strengthened;
5 Èyí tí ó tún wà ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ wọn ni àwọn ọkùnrin Tekoa tún mọ, ṣùgbọ́n àwọn ọlọ́lá kò ṣe àtìlẹ́yìn fún iṣẹ́ náà lábẹ́ àwọn olórí wọn.
and by his hand the Tekoites have strengthened, and their majestic ones have not brought in their neck to the service of their Lord.
6 Jehoida ọmọ Pasea àti Meṣullamu ọmọ Besodeiah ni wọ́n tún ẹnu ibodè àtijọ́ ṣe. Wọ́n kún bíìmù rẹ̀, wọ́n ri àwọn ìlẹ̀kùn rẹ̀, àwọn ìdábùú ìlẹ̀kùn àti àwọn ìdè rẹ̀ sí ààyè wọn.
And Jehoiada son of Paseah and Meshullam son of Besodeiah have strengthened the Old Gate; they have walled it, and set up its doors, and its locks, and its bars.
7 Lẹ́yìn in wọn ni àtúnṣe tún wà láti ọ̀dọ̀ àwọn ọkùnrin Gibeoni àti Mispa; Melatiah ti Gibeoni àti Jadoni ti Meronoti; àwọn ibi tí ó wà lábẹ́ àṣẹ baálẹ̀ agbègbè Eufurate.
And by their hand Melatiah the Gibeonite has strengthened, and Jadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon and of Mizpah, [belonging] to the throne of the governor beyond the River.

By his hand Uzziel son of Harhaiah of the refiners has strengthened; and by his hand Hananiah son of [one of] the compounders has strengthened; and they leave Jerusalem to the broad wall.
9 Refaiah ọmọ Huri, alákòóso ìdajì agbègbè Jerusalẹmu, tún èyí tí ó wà lẹ́gbẹ̀ẹ́ rẹ̀ ṣe.
And by their hand Rephaiah son of Hur, head of the half of the district of Jerusalem, has strengthened.
10 Ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ èyí Jedaiah ọmọ Haramafu tún èyí tí ó wà ní ọ̀ọ́kán ilé rẹ̀ mọ, Hattusi ọmọ Haṣbneiah sì tún tí ẹ̀gbẹ́ rẹ̀ mọ.
And by their hand Jedaiah son of Harumaph has strengthened, and opposite his own house; and by his hand Hattush son of Hashabniah has strengthened.
11 Malkiah ọmọ Harimu àti Haṣubu ọmọ Pahati-Moabu tún ẹ̀gbẹ́ kejì ṣe àti ilé ìṣọ́ ìléru.
A second measure Malchijah son of Harim has strengthened, and Hashub son of Pahath-Moab, even the Tower of the Furnaces.
12 Ṣallumu ọmọ Halloheṣi, alákòóso ìdajì agbègbè Jerusalẹmu tún ti ẹ̀gbẹ́ rẹ̀ mọ pẹ̀lú ìrànlọ́wọ́ àwọn ọmọbìnrin rẹ̀.
And by his hand Shallum son of Halohesh, head of the half of the district of Jerusalem, has strengthened, he and his daughters.
13 Ibodè àfonífojì ni Hanuni àti àwọn ará Sanoa tún mọ. Wọ́n tún un kọ́, wọ́n ri àwọn ìlẹ̀kùn àti àwọn ìdè rẹ̀ sí ààyè rẹ̀. Wọ́n sì tún tún ẹgbẹ̀rún kan ìgbọ̀nwọ́ odi mọ títí dé ẹnu ibodè ààtàn.
Hanun has strengthened the Valley Gate, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they have built it, and set up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and one thousand cubits in the wall to the Refuse Gate.
14 Ẹnu ibodè Ààtàn ni Malkiah ọmọ Rekabu, alákòóso agbègbè Beti-Hakeremu tún mọ. Ó tún un mọ, ó sì gbé àwọn ìlẹ̀kùn rẹ̀, àwọn ìdábùú ìlẹ̀kùn àti àwọn ìdè rẹ̀ sí ààyè wọn.
And Malchijah son of Rechab, head of the district of Beth-Haccerem, has strengthened the Refuse Gate; he builds it, and sets up its doors, its locks, and its bars.
15 Ẹnu ibodè orísun ni Ṣalluni Koli-Hose, alákòóso agbègbè Mispa tún mọ. Ó tún ún mọ, ó kan òrùlé e rẹ̀ yíká, ó gbé àwọn ìlẹ̀kùn rẹ̀ àwọn ìdábùú ìlẹ̀kùn àti àwọn idẹ rẹ̀ ró sí ààyè wọn. Ó tún tún odi adágún Siloamu mọ, ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ ọgbà ọba, títí dé àwọn àtẹ̀gùn tí ó sọ̀kalẹ̀ lọ láti ìlú Dafidi.
And Shallum son of Col-Hozeh, head of the district of Mizpah, has strengthened the Fountain Gate: he builds it, and covers it, and sets up its doors, its locks, and its bars, and the wall of the pool of Siloah, to the garden of the king, and to the steps that are going down from the City of David.
16 Lẹ́yìn in rẹ̀ ni, Nehemiah ọmọ Asbuku, alákòóso ìdajì agbègbè Beti-Suri ṣe àtúnmọ dé ibi ọ̀ọ́kán òdìkejì ibojì Dafidi, títí dé adágún omi àtọwọ́dá àti títí dé ilé àwọn alágbára.
After him Nehemiah son of Azbuk, head of the half of the district of Beth-Zur, has strengthened to opposite the graves of David, and to the pool that is made, and to the house of the mighty ones.
17 Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni àwọn ará a Lefi, ní abẹ́ ẹ Rehumu ọmọ Bani. Lẹ́gbẹ̀ẹ́ rẹ̀ ni Haṣabiah, alákòóso ìdajì agbègbè Keila ṣe àtúnṣe fún agbègbè tirẹ̀.
After him the Levites have strengthened, [and] Rehum son of Bani; by his hand Hashabiah, head of the half of the district of Keilah, has strengthened for his district.
18 Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni àwọn Lefi arákùnrin wọn ní abẹ́ àkóso Binnui ṣe àtúnṣe, Bafai ọmọ Henadadi, ìjòyè àwọn ìdajì agbègbè Keila.
After him their brothers have strengthened, [and] Bavvai son of Henadad, head of the half of the district of Keilah.
19 Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni Eseri ọmọ Jeṣua, alákòóso Mispa, tún ìbò mìíràn ṣe, láti ibìkan tí ó kojú sí ibi gíga sí ilé-ìhámọ́ra títí dé orígun.
And Ezer son of Jeshua, head of Mizpah, strengthens, by his hand, a second measure, from in front of the ascent of the armory at the angle.
20 Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni Baruku ọmọ Sakkai fi ìtara tún apá mìíràn ṣe, láti orígun dé ẹnu-ọ̀nà ilé Eliaṣibu olórí àlùfáà.
After him Baruch son of Zabbai has hurried to strengthen a second measure from the angle to the opening of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
21 Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni, Meremoti ọmọ Uriah, ọmọ Hakosi tún apá mìíràn ṣe, láti ẹnu-ọ̀nà ilé Eliaṣibu títí dé òpin rẹ̀.
After him Meremoth son of Urijah, son of Koz, has strengthened a second measure, from the opening of the house of Eliashib even to the completion of the house of Eliashib.
22 Àtúnṣe tí a tún túnṣe lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ní àwọn àlùfáà ní àyíká agbègbè túnṣe.
And after him the priests, men of the circuit, have strengthened.
23 Lẹ́yìn wọn ni Benjamini àti Haṣubu tún èyí ti iwájú ilé wọn ṣe; lẹ́yìn wọn ni, Asariah ọmọ Maaseiah ọmọ Ananiah tún ti ẹ̀gbẹ́ ilé rẹ̀ ṣe.
After them Benjamin has strengthened, and Hashub, opposite their house; after him Azariah son of Maaseiah, son of Ananiah, has strengthened near his house.
24 Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni Binnui ọmọ Henadadi tún apá mìíràn ṣe, láti ilé Asariah dé orígun àti kọ̀rọ̀,
After him Binnui son of Henadad has strengthened a second measure, from the house of Azariah to the angle, and to the corner.
25 àti Palali ọmọ Usai tún òdìkejì orígun ṣe àti ilé ìṣọ́ tí ó yọ sóde láti ibi gíga ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ ààfin ọba ti òkè lẹ́gbẹ̀ẹ́ agbègbè àwọn olùṣọ́. Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni, Pedaiah ọmọ Paroṣi
Palal son of Uzai [strengthened] from opposite the angle, and the tower that is going out from the upper house of the king that [is] at the court of the prison; after him Pedaiah son of Parosh [strengthened].
26 àti àwọn ìránṣẹ́ tẹmpili tí ó ń gbé ní òkè Ofeli ṣe àtúnṣe títí dé ibi ọ̀kánkán òdìkejì ibodè omi sí ìhà ìlà-oòrùn àti ilé ìṣọ́ tí ó yọ sóde.
And the Nethinim have been dwelling in Ophel, to opposite the Water Gate at the east, and the tower that goes out.

After him the Tekoites have strengthened a second measure, from opposite the great tower that goes out, and to the wall of Ophel.
28 Àwọn àlùfáà ni ó ṣe àtúnṣe òkè ibodè ẹṣin ṣe, ẹnìkọ̀ọ̀kan ní iwájú ilé e rẹ̀.
From above the Horse Gate the priests have strengthened, each opposite his house.
29 Lẹ́yìn wọn, Sadoku ọmọ Immeri tún ọ̀kánkán òdìkejì ilé rẹ̀ ṣe. Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni Ṣemaiah ọmọ Ṣekaniah, olùṣọ́ ibodè ìhà ìlà-oòrùn ṣe àtúnṣe.
After them Zadok son of Immer has strengthened opposite his house; and after him Shemaiah son of Shechaniah, keeper of the East Gate, has strengthened.
30 Lẹ́yìn rẹ̀ ni, Hananiah ọmọ Ṣelemiah, àti Hanuni ọmọ ẹ̀kẹfà Salafi, tún apá ibòmíràn ṣe. Lẹ́yìn wọn ni, Meṣullamu ọmọ Berekiah tún ọ̀kánkán òdìkejì ibùgbé ẹ̀ ṣe.
After him Hananiah son of Shelemiah has strengthened, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, a second measure; after him Meshullam son of Berechiah has strengthened opposite his chamber.
31 Lẹ́yìn in rẹ̀ ni Malkiah, ọ̀kan nínú àwọn alágbẹ̀dẹ wúrà ṣe àtúnṣe títí dé ilé àwọn ìránṣẹ́ tẹmpili àti àwọn oníṣòwò, ní ọ̀kánkán òdìkejì ibodè àyẹ̀wò títí dé yàrá òkè kọ̀rọ̀;
After him Malchijah son of the refiner has strengthened, to the house of the Nethinim, and of the merchants, opposite the Miphkad Gate, and to the ascent of the corner.
32 àti láàrín yàrá òkè kọ̀rọ̀ àti ibodè àgùntàn ni àwọn alágbẹ̀dẹ wúrà àti àwọn oníṣòwò túnṣe.
And between the ascent of the corner and the Sheep Gate, the refiners and the merchants have strengthened.
