Leviticus 20

1 Olúwa sọ fún Mose pé,

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.

2 “Sọ fún àwọn ará Israẹli pé, ‘Ẹnikẹ́ni nínú àwọn ará Israẹli tàbí àwọn àlejò tí ń gbé láàrín Israẹli, tí ó bá fi èyíkéyìí nínú àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ fún Moleki, kí wọ́n pa á, kí àwọn olùgbé ilẹ̀ náà sọ ọ́ ní òkúta pa.

And to [the] people of Israel you will say a person a person from [the] people of Israel and of the sojourner[s] - who sojourns in Israel who he will give any of offspring his to Molech certainly he will be put to death [the] people of the land they will stone him with stone[s].

3 Èmi tìkára mi yóò bínú sí irú ẹni bẹ́ẹ̀, ń ó sì gé e kúrò láàrín àwọn ènìyàn rẹ̀ fún òrìṣà Moleki ó ti ba ibi mímọ́ mi jẹ́ pẹ̀lú.

And I I will set face my on the person that and I will cut off him from among people his for one of offspring his he has given to Molech so as to make unclean sanctuary my and to profane [the] name of holiness my.

4 Bí àwọn ènìyàn ilẹ̀ náà bá mójú kúrò lára irú ẹni bẹ́ẹ̀ tí ó fi ọ̀kan nínú àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ fún òrìṣà Moleki tí wọn kò sì pa irú ẹni bẹ́ẹ̀.

And if certainly they will hide [the] people of the land eyes their from the person that when gives he one of offspring his to Molech to not to put to death him.

5 Èmi yóò bínú sí irú ẹni bẹ́ẹ̀ àti gbogbo ìdílé rẹ̀, èmi yóò sì ké wọn kúrò láàrín àwọn ènìyàn wọn, òun àti gbogbo àwọn tí ó jọ ṣe àgbèrè tọ òrìṣà Moleki lẹ́yìn.

And I will set I face my on the person that and on clan his and I will cut off him and - all those [who] act as prostitutes after him by acting as prostitutes after Molech from among people their.

6 “‘Bí ẹnikẹ́ni bá tọ àwọn abókùúsọ̀rọ̀ àti àwọn ẹlẹ́mìí òkùnkùn lọ, tí ó sì ṣe àgbèrè tọ̀ wọ́n lẹ́yìn, Èmi yóò bínú sí irú ẹni bẹ́ẹ̀, Èmi yóò sì gé e kúrò láàrín àwọn ènìyàn rẹ̀.

And the person who it will turn to the necromancers and to the soothsayers to act as a prostitute after them and I will set face my on the person that and I will cut off him from among people his.

7 “‘Torí náà ẹ ya ara yín sí mímọ́ kí ẹ sì jẹ́ mímọ́, torí pé, Èmi ni Olúwa Ọlọ́run yín.

And you will keep yourselves holy and you will be holy for I [am] Yahweh God your.

8 Ẹ máa kíyèsi àṣẹ mi, kí ẹ sì máa pa wọ́n mọ́. Èmi ni Olúwa tí ó sọ yín di mímọ́.

And you will keep statutes my and you will do them I [am] Yahweh [who] sets apart as holy you.

9 “‘Ẹnikẹ́ni tí ó bá ṣépè lé baba tàbí ìyá rẹ̀ ni kí ẹ pa, ẹ̀jẹ̀ rẹ̀ wà lórí ara rẹ̀ torí pé ó ti ṣépè lé baba àti ìyá rẹ̀.

If a person a person who he will curse father his and mother his certainly he will be put to death father his and mother his he has cursed blood his [are] on him.

10 “‘Bí ẹnikẹ́ni bá bá aya aládùúgbò rẹ̀ lòpọ̀: ọkùnrin àti obìnrin náà ni kí ẹ sọ ní òkúta pa.

And a man who he will commit adultery a wife of a man who he will commit adultery [the] wife of neighbor his certainly he will be put to death the adulterer and the adulteress.

11 “‘Ẹnikẹ́ni tí ó bá bá aya baba rẹ̀ lòpọ̀ ti tàbùkù baba rẹ̀. Àwọn méjèèjì ni kí ẹ pa. Ẹ̀jẹ̀ wọn yóò wà lórí wọn.

And a man who he will lie with [the] wife of father his [the] nakedness of father his he has uncovered certainly they will be put to death both of them blood their [are] on them.

12 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá bá arábìnrin ìyàwó rẹ̀ lòpọ̀, àwọn méjèèjì ni kí ẹ pa, wọ́n ti ṣe ohun tí ó lòdì, ẹ̀jẹ̀ wọn yóò wà lórí wọn.

And a man who he will lie with daughter-in-law his certainly they will be put to death both of them confusion they have done blood their [are] on them.

13 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá bá ọkùnrin mìíràn lòpọ̀ bí wọ́n ti í bá obìnrin lòpọ̀: àwọn méjèèjì ti ṣe ohun ìríra, pípa ni kí ẹ pa wọ́n, ẹ̀jẹ̀ wọn yóò wà lórí wọn.

And a man who he will lie with a male [the] lyings of a woman an abomination they have done both of them certainly they will be put to death blood their [are] on them.

14 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá fẹ́ tìyátọmọ papọ̀, ìwà búburú ni èyí: iná ni kí ẹ fi sun wọ́n, òun àti àwọn méjèèjì, kí ìwà búburú má ba à gbilẹ̀ láàrín yín.

And a man who he will take a woman and mother her [is] wickedness it with fire people will burn him and them and not it will be wickedness in midst of you.

15 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá bá ẹranko lòpọ̀, ẹ gbọdọ̀ pa ọkùnrin náà àti ẹranko náà.

And a man who he will give copulation his in an animal certainly he will be put to death and the animal you will kill.

16 “‘Bí obìnrin kan bá súnmọ́ ẹranko tí ó sì bá a lòpọ̀ obìnrin náà àti ẹranko náà ni kí ẹ pa, ẹ̀jẹ̀ wọn yóò sì wà lórí ara wọn.

And a woman who she will draw near to any animal to stretch out with with it and you will kill the woman and the animal certainly they will be put to death blood their [are] on them.

17 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá fẹ́ arábìnrin rẹ̀ yálà ọmọbìnrin baba rẹ̀ tàbí ọmọbìnrin ìyá rẹ̀ tí ó sì bá a lòpọ̀, ohun ìtìjú ni èyí, ẹ ó gé wọn kúrò lójú àwọn ènìyàn wọn, ó ti tàbùkù arábìnrin rẹ̀. Ẹ̀bi rẹ̀ yóò wá sórí rẹ̀.

And a man who he will take sister his [the] daughter of father his or [the] daughter of mother his and he will see nakedness her and she she will see nakedness his [is] a shame it and they will be cut off to [the] eyes of [the] sons of people their [the] nakedness of sister his he has uncovered iniquity his he will bear.

18 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá súnmọ́ obìnrin, ní àkókò nǹkan oṣù rẹ̀ tí ó sì bá a lòpọ̀. Ó ti tú orísun ẹ̀jẹ̀ rẹ̀. Òun náà sì gbà á láààyè. Àwọn méjèèjì ni a ó gé kúrò láàrín àwọn ènìyàn wọn.

And a man who he will lie with a woman menstruating and he will uncover nakedness her spring her he has made naked and she she has uncovered [the] spring of blood her and they will be cut off both of them from among people their.

19 “‘Má ṣe bá arábìnrin baba tàbí ti ìyá rẹ lòpọ̀, nítorí o ti tú ìhòhò ìbátan rẹ, ẹ̀yin méjèèjì ni yóò ru ẹ̀bi yín.

And [the] nakedness of [the] sister of mother your and [the] sister of father your not you will uncover for relative his he has made naked iniquity their they will bear.

20 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá bá aya arákùnrin baba rẹ̀ lòpọ̀ ó ti tàbùkù arákùnrin baba rẹ̀. A ó jẹ wọ́n ní ìyà; wọn yóò sì kú láìlọ́mọ.

And a man who he will lie with aunt his [the] nakedness of uncle his he has uncovered sin their they will bear childless they will die.

21 “‘Bí ọkùnrin kan bá gba aya arákùnrin rẹ̀, ohun àìmọ́ ni èyí, ó ti tàbùkù arákùnrin rẹ̀, wọn ó wà láìlọ́mọ.

And a man who he will take [the] wife of brother his [is] impurity it [the] nakedness of brother his he has uncovered childless they will be.

22 “‘Kí ẹ pa gbogbo àṣẹ àti òfin mi mọ́, kí ẹ sì máa ṣe wọ́n. Kí ilẹ̀ náà tí èmi ó fi fún yín láti máa gbé má ba à pọ̀ yín jáde.

And you will keep all statutes my and all judgments my and you will do them and not it will vomit up you the land where I [am] about to bring you there towards to dwell in it.

23 Ẹ má ṣe tẹ̀lé àṣà àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè tí mo lé jáde níwájú yín torí pé gbogbo nǹkan wọ̀nyí ni wọ́n ń ṣe, tí mo kórìíra wọn.

And not you will walk in [the] statutes of the nation which I [am] about to send away from before you for all these [things] they have done and I loathed them.

24 Ṣùgbọ́n mo ti sọ fún yín pé, “Ẹ̀yin ni yóò jogún ilẹ̀ wọn, Èmi yóò sì fi fún yín láti jogún ilẹ̀ tí ó ń sàn fún wàrà àti oyin.” Èmi ni Olúwa Ọlọ́run yín tí ó ti yà yín sọ́tọ̀ kúrò láàrín àwọn ènìyàn yòókù.

And I have said to you you you will take possession of ground their and I I will give it to you to take possession of it a land flowing of milk and honey I [am] Yahweh God your who I have separated you from the peoples.

25 “‘Ẹ gbọdọ̀ pààlà sáàrín ẹran tí ó mọ́ àti àwọn tí kò mọ́. Láàrín ẹyẹ tí ó mọ́ àti àwọn tí kò mọ́. Ẹ má ṣe sọ ara yín di àìmọ́ nípasẹ̀ àwọn ẹranko tàbí ẹyẹ tàbí ohunkóhun tí ń rìn lórí ilẹ̀: èyí tí mo yà sọ́tọ̀ fún yín gẹ́gẹ́ bí ohun àìmọ́.

And you will separate between the animal[s] pure and unclean and between the bird[s] unclean and pure and not you will make detestable selves your by animal[s] and by bird[s] and by all that it creeps the ground which I have separated for you to declare unclean.

26 Ẹ gbọdọ̀ jẹ́ mímọ́ fún mi torí pé, Èmi Olúwa fẹ́ mímọ́. Mó sì ti yà yín kúrò nínú àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè yòókù kí ẹ le jẹ́ tèmi.

And you will be to me holy for [am] holy I Yahweh and I have separated you from the peoples to belong to me.

27 “‘Ọkùnrin tàbí obìnrin tí ó jẹ́ abókùúsọ̀rọ̀ tàbí oṣó láàrín yín ni kí ẹ pa. Ẹ sọ wọ́n ní òkúta, ẹ̀jẹ̀ wọn yóò wà lórí wọn.’”

And a man or a woman that he will be among them a necromancer or a soothsayer certainly they will be put to death with stone[s] people will stone them blood their [are] on them.
