< Jeremiah 52 >

1 Sedekiah jẹ́ ọmọ ọdún mọ́kànlélógún nígbà tí ó jẹ ọba. Ọdún mọ́kànlá ló fi jẹ ọba ní Jerusalẹmu. Orúkọ ìyá rẹ̀ ni Hamutali ọmọ Jeremiah; láti Libina ló ti wá.
Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
2 Ó ṣe búburú ní ojú Olúwa gẹ́gẹ́ bí Jehoiakimu ti ṣe.
He did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.
3 Nítorí ìbínú Olúwa ni gbogbo èyí ṣe ṣẹlẹ̀ sí Jerusalẹmu àti Juda àti ní ìkẹyìn. Ó sì gbà wọ́n gbọ́ ní iwájú rẹ̀. Sedekiah ṣọ̀tẹ̀ sí ọba Babeli.
For through the anger of the LORD it happened in Jerusalem and Judah, until he had cast them out from his presence. Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.
4 Nígbà tí ó di ọdún kẹsànán ti Sedekiah tí ń ṣe ìjọba ní ọjọ́ kẹwàá, oṣù kẹwàá Nebukadnessari ọba Babeli sì lọ sí Jerusalẹmu pẹ̀lú gbogbo àwọn ọmọ-ogun rẹ̀, wọ́n pàgọ́ sí ẹ̀yìn odi ìlú náà; wọ́n sì mọ odi yíká rẹ̀.
It happened in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, and camped against it; and they built forts against it round about.
5 Ìlú náà sì wá lábẹ́ ìhámọ́ títí di ọdún kọkànlá ọba Sedekiah.
So the city was besieged to the eleventh year of king Zedekiah.
6 Ní ọjọ́ kẹsànán, oṣù mẹ́rin ìyàn ìlú náà sì ti burú dé ibi pé kò sí oúnjẹ kankan mọ́ fún àwọn ènìyàn láti jẹ.
In the fourth month, in the ninth day of the month, the famine was severe in the city, so that there was no bread for the people of the land.
7 Bákan náà, odi ìlú náà ti ya àwọn ọmọ-ogun sì tí sálọ. Wọn fi ìlú náà sílẹ̀ ní òru nípa ojú ọ̀nà tó wà láàrín odi méjèèjì lẹ́bàá ọgbà ọba. Bí ó tilẹ̀ jẹ́ wí pé, àwọn ará Babeli yìí yí ìlú náà ká. Wọ́n sá gba aginjù lọ.
Then a breach was made in the city, and all the men of war fled, and went forth out of the city by night by the way of the gate between the two walls, which was by the king's garden; (now the Chaldeans were against the city all around; ) and they went toward the Arabah.
8 Ṣùgbọ́n àwọn ọmọ-ogun Babeli lépa ọba Sedekiah wọ́n sì le bá ni pẹ̀tẹ́lẹ̀ Jeriko. Gbogbo àwọn ọmọ-ogun sì pínyà, kúrò ní ọ̀dọ̀ rẹ̀ wọ́n sì túká.
But the army of the Chaldeans pursued after the king, and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho; and all his army was scattered from him.
9 Wọ́n sì mu ní ìgbèkùn. Wọn mú un lọ sí ọ̀dọ̀ ọba Babeli, ní Ribla ní ilẹ̀ Hamati níbẹ̀ ni ó ti ṣe ìdájọ́ lórí rẹ̀.
Then they took the king, and carried him up to the king of Babylon to Riblah in the land of Hamath; and he gave judgment on him.
10 Ní Ribla ni ọba Babeli ti pa ọmọkùnrin Sedekiah lójú rẹ̀; ó sì tún pa gbogbo àwọn aláṣẹ Juda.
The king of Babylon killed the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes: he killed also all the officials of Judah in Riblah.
11 Lẹ́yìn náà, ọba Babeli yọ Sedekiah ní ojú, o sì fi ẹ̀wọ̀n dè é, ó sì gbe e lọ sí Babeli níbi tí ó ti fi sínú ọgbà ẹ̀wọ̀n títí di ọjọ́ ikú rẹ̀.
He put out the eyes of Zedekiah; and the king of Babylon bound him in fetters, and carried him to Babylon, and put him in prison until the day of his death.
12 Ní ọjọ́ kẹwàá oṣù karùn-ún, tí ó jẹ́ ọdún kọkàndínlógún Nebukadnessari ọba Babeli, ni Nebusaradani balógun ìṣọ́ wá sí Jerusalẹmu.
Now in the fifth month, in the tenth day of the month, which was the nineteenth year of king Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, who stood before the king of Babylon, into Jerusalem:
13 Ó dáná sun pẹpẹ Olúwa, ààfin ọba àti gbogbo àwọn ilé Jerusalẹmu. Ó sì dáná sun gbogbo àwọn ilé ńlá ńlá.
and he burned the house of the LORD, and the king's house; and all the houses of Jerusalem, even every great house, burned he with fire.
14 Gbogbo àwọn ogun Babeli, tí ó wà lọ́dọ̀ olórí ẹ̀ṣọ́, wó ògiri tí ó yí Jerusalẹmu ká lulẹ̀.
All the army of the Chaldeans, who were with the captain of the guard, broke down all the walls of Jerusalem all around.
15 Nebusaradani balógun ìṣọ́ kó gbogbo àwọn tálákà àti gbogbo àwọn tí ó kù ní ìlú, ní ìgbèkùn lọ sí Babeli, pẹ̀lú àwọn tí ó ya lọ, tí ó sì ya tọ ọba Babeli lọ, àti ìyókù àwọn ènìyàn náà.
Then Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive of the poorest of the people, and the residue of the people who were left in the city, and those who fell away, who fell to the king of Babylon, and the residue of the multitude.
16 Ṣùgbọ́n Nebusaradani, balógun ìṣọ́ fi àwọn tálákà tó kú ní ilẹ̀ náà sílẹ̀ láti máa ṣiṣẹ́ nínú ọgbà àjàrà àti ro oko.
But Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left of the poorest of the land to be vineyard keepers and farmers.
17 Àwọn ará Babeli fọ́ ọ̀wọ̀n idẹ wọ̀n-ọn-nì àti àwọn ìjókòó wọ̀n-ọn-nì, àti agbada idẹ títóbi wọ̀n-ọn-nì tí ń bẹ ní ilé Olúwa, àwọn ará Babeli fọ́ túútúú, wọ́n sì kó gbogbo idẹ náà lọ sí Babeli.
The Chaldeans broke the pillars of bronze that were in the house of the LORD, and the bases and the bronze sea that were in the house of the LORD in pieces, and carried all their bronze to Babylon.
18 Bákan náà, wọ́n tún kó àwọn ìkòkò wọ̀n-ọn-nì, ọkọ́ wọ̀n-ọn-nì àti ọ̀pá fìtílà wọ̀n-ọn-nì, àwọn ọpọ́n wọ̀n-ọn-nì, ṣíbí wọ̀n-ọn-nì àti gbogbo ohun èlò idẹ tí wọ́n ń lò níbi pẹpẹ lọ.
They also took away the pots, the shovels, the snuffers, the basins, the spoons, and all the vessels of bronze with which they ministered.
19 Balógun ìṣọ́ náà kó àwokòtò wọ̀n-ọn-nì, ohun ìfọnná wọ̀n-ọn-nì, ọpọ́n wọ̀n-ọn-nì, ìkòkò wọ̀n-ọn-nì, ọ̀pá fìtílà wọ̀n-ọn-nì, ṣíbí wọ̀n-ọn-nì àti ago wáìnì wọ̀n-ọn-nì; èyí tí a fi wúrà àti fàdákà ṣe lọ.
The captain of the guard took away the cups, the fire pans, the basins, the pots, the lampstands, the spoons, and the bowls; that which was of gold, in gold, and that which was of silver, in silver.
20 Àwọn ọ̀wọ́n méjì, agbada ńlá kan àti àwọn màlúù idẹ méjìlá tí ó wà lábẹ́ ìjókòó alágbéká tí Solomoni ọba ṣe fún ilé Olúwa, idẹ ni gbogbo ohun èlò wọ̀nyí, ó ju èyí tí a lè wọ́n lọ.
They took the two pillars, the one sea, and the twelve bronze bulls that were under the sea, and the stands which king Solomon had made for the house of the LORD. The bronze of all these vessels was without weight.
21 Ọ̀kọ̀ọ̀kan nínú àwọn ọ̀wọ́n yìí ni ga ní ìwọ̀n ìgbọ̀nwọ́ méjìdínlógún; okùn ìgbọ̀nwọ́ méjìlá sì yí i ká. Ọ̀kọ̀ọ̀kan nípọn tó ìka mẹ́rin, wọ́n sì ní ihò nínú.
As for the pillars, the height of the one pillar was eight feet seven inches; and a line of twenty feet eight inches encircled it; and its thickness was almost three inches. It was hollow.
22 Ọ̀nà orí idẹ kan tó ìgbọ̀nwọ́ márùn-ún ní gíga, wọ́n sì fi èso pomegiranate ṣe ọ̀ṣọ́ sí i lára yíká. Ọ̀wọ́n kejì sì wà pẹ̀lú èso pomegiranate tí ó jọra.
A capital of bronze was on it; and the height of the one capital was eight feet seven inches, with network and pomegranates on the capital all around, all of bronze: and the second pillar also had like these, and pomegranates.
23 Pomegiranate mẹ́rìndínlọ́gọ́rùn-ún ni ó wà ní àwọn ẹ̀gbẹ́ rẹ̀. Àpapọ̀ gbogbo pomegiranate sì jẹ́ ọgọ́rùn-ún kan.
There were ninety-six pomegranates on the sides; all the pomegranates were one hundred on the network all around.
24 Balógun àwọn ẹ̀ṣọ́ mu Seraiah olórí àwọn àlùfáà àti Sefaniah àlùfáà kejì àti àwọn olùṣọ́ ìloro mẹ́ta.
The captain of the guard took Seraiah the chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three keepers of the threshold:
25 Nínú àwọn tí ó kù ní ilẹ̀ náà, ó mú ìwẹ̀fà kan, tí ó wà ní ìtọ́jú àwọn ológun, àti àwọn olùdámọ̀ràn ọba méje. Bákan náà, ó tún mu akọ̀wé olórí ogun tí ó wà ní ìtọ́jú títo àwọn ènìyàn ilẹ̀ náà, àti ọgọ́ta nínú àwọn ọkùnrin rẹ̀ tí wọ́n rí ní ìlú náà.
and out of the city he took an officer who was set over the men of war; and seven men of those who saw the king's face, who were found in the city; and the scribe of the captain of the army, who mustered the people of the land; and sixty men of the people of the land, who were found in the midst of the city.
26 Nebusaradani, balógun ìṣọ́ kó gbogbo wọn, ó sì mú wọn tọ ọba Babeli wá ní Ribla.
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard took them, and brought them to the king of Babylon to Riblah.
27 Ọba Babeli sì kọlù wọ́n, ó sì pa wọ́n ní Ribla ni ilẹ̀ Hamati. Báyìí ni a mú Juda kúrò ní ilẹ̀ rẹ̀.
The king of Babylon struck them, and put them to death at Riblah in the land of Hamath. So Judah was carried away captive out of his land.
This is the people whom Nebuchadnezzar carried away captive: in the seventh year three thousand twenty-three Jews;
29 Ní ọdún kejìdínlógún Nebukadnessari o kó ẹgbẹ̀rin ó lé méjìlélọ́gbọ̀n láti Jerusalẹmu.
in the eighteenth year of Nebuchadnezzar he carried away captive from Jerusalem eight hundred thirty-two persons;
30 Ní ọdún kẹtàlélógún àwọn Júù tí Nebusaradani kó lọ sí ilẹ̀ àjèjì jẹ́ ọ̀tàdínlẹ́gbẹ̀rin ó dín márùn-ún. Gbogbo ènìyàn tí ó kó lápapọ̀ jẹ́ ẹgbẹ̀tàlélógún.
in the three and twentieth year of Nebuchadnezzar Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive of the Jews seven hundred forty-five persons: all the persons were four thousand and six hundred.
31 Ní ọdún kẹtàdínlógójì ti Jehoiakini ọba Juda ni Efili-Merodaki di ọba Babeli. Ó gbé orí Jehoiakini ọba Juda sókè, ó sì tú sílẹ̀ nínú túbú ní ọjọ́ kẹẹdọ́gbọ̀n oṣù kejìlá.
It happened in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, in the five and twentieth day of the month, that Awil-Marduk king of Babylon, in the first year of his reign, lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah, and brought him forth out of prison;
32 Ó ń sọ̀rọ̀ rere fún un, ó sì gbé ìtẹ́ rẹ̀ ga ju ìtẹ́ àwọn ọba tókù lọ tí ó wà pẹ̀lú rẹ̀ ní Babeli.
and he spoke kindly to him, and set his throne above the throne of the kings who were with him in Babylon,
33 Nítorí náà, Jehoiakini pàrọ̀ aṣọ túbú rẹ̀, ó sì ń jẹun ní gbogbo ìgbà ní iwájú rẹ̀ ní gbogbo ọjọ́ ayé rẹ̀.
and changed his prison garments. Jehoiachin ate bread before him continually all the days of his life:
34 Ní ojoojúmọ́ ni ọba Babeli ń fún Jehoiakini ní ìpín tirẹ̀ bí ó tí ń bẹ láààyè, títí di ọjọ́ kú rẹ̀.
and for his allowance, there was a continual allowance given him by the king of Babylon, every day a portion until the day of his death, all the days of his life.
