Isaiah 46

1 Beli tẹrí i rẹ̀ ba, Nebo bẹ̀rẹ̀ mọ́lẹ̀; àwọn ère wọn ni àwọn ẹranko rù. Àwọn ère tí wọ́n ń rù káàkiri ti di àjàgà sí wọn lọ́rùn, ẹrù fún àwọn tí àárẹ̀ mú.

Bel is brokun, Nabo is al to-brokun; her symylacris lijk to wielde beestis and werk beestis ben brokun; youre birthuns

2 Wọ́n bẹ̀rẹ̀ wọ́n sì foríbalẹ̀ papọ̀; wọn kò lè gba ẹrù náà, àwọn pẹ̀lú ni a kó lọ ní ìgbèkùn.

with heuy charge `til to werynesse weren rotun, and ben al to-brokun togidere; tho miyten not saue the berere, and the soule of hem schal go in to caitifte.

3 “Tẹ́tí sí mi, ìwọ ilé Jakọbu, gbogbo ẹ̀yin tí ó ṣẹ́kù nínú ilé Israẹli, ìwọ tí mo ti gbéró láti ìgbà tí o ti wà nínú oyún, tí mo sì ti ń pọ̀n láti ìgbà tí a ti bí ọ.

The hous of Jacob, and al the residue of the hous of Israel, here ye me, whiche ben borun of my wombe, whiche ben borun of my wombe.

4 Pẹ̀lúpẹ̀lú sí àwọn arúgbó àti ewú orí yín, Èmi ni ẹni náà, Èmi ni ẹni tí yóò gbé ọ ró. Èmi ti mọ ọ́, èmi yóò sì gbé ọ; Èmi yóò dì ọ́ mú èmi ó sì gbà ọ́ sílẹ̀.

Til to eelde Y my silf, and til to hoor heeris Y schal bere; Y made, and Y schal bere, and Y schal saue.

5 “Ta ni ìwọ yóò fi mí wé tàbí ta ni èmi yóò bá dọ́gba? Ta ni ìwọ yóò fi ṣe àkàwé mi tí àwa yóò jọ fi ara wé ara?

To whom han ye licned me, and maad euene, and han comparisound me, and han maad lijk?

6 Ọ̀pọ̀ da wúrà sílẹ̀ nínú àpò wọn wọ́n sì wọn fàdákà lórí òsùwọ̀n; wọ́n bẹ alágbẹ̀dẹ lọ́wẹ̀ láti fi wọ́n ṣe òrìṣà, wọn sì tẹríba láti sìn ín.

Whiche beren togidere gold fro the bagge, and peisen siluer with a balaunce, and hiren a goldsmyth to make a god, and thei fallen doun, and worschipen; thei berynge beren in schuldris,

7 Wọ́n gbé e lé èjìká wọn, wọ́n rù wọ́n, wọ́n sì gbé e sí ààyè rẹ̀ níbẹ̀ ni ó sì dúró sí. Láti ibẹ̀ náà kò le è paradà. Bí ènìyàn tilẹ̀ pariwo lé e lórí, òun kò le è dáhùn; òun kò lè gbà á nínú ìyọnu rẹ̀.

and settynge in his place; and he schal stonde, and schal not be mouyd fro his place; but also whanne thei crien to hym, he schal not here, and he schal not saue hem fro tribulacioun.

8 “Rántí èyí, fi í sí ọkàn rẹ, fi sí ọkàn rẹ, ẹ̀yin ọlọ̀tẹ̀.

Haue ye mynde of this, and be ye aschamed; ye trespassouris, go ayen to the herte.

9 Rántí àwọn nǹkan àtẹ̀yìnwá, àwọn ti àtijọ́-tijọ́; Èmi ni Ọlọ́run, kò sì sí ẹlòmíràn; Èmi ni Ọlọ́run, kò sí ẹlòmíràn bí ì mi.

Bithenke ye on the formere world, for Y am God, and no God is ouer me, nether is lijk me.

10 Mo fi òpin hàn láti ìbẹ̀rẹ̀ wá, láti àtètèkọ́ṣe, ohun tí ó sì ń bọ̀ wá. Mo wí pé, Ète mi yóò dúró, àti pé èmi yóò ṣe ohun tí ó wù mí.

And Y telle fro the bigynnyng the laste thing, and fro the bigynnyng tho thingis that ben not maad yit; and Y seie, My councel schal stonde, and al my wille schal be don.

11 Láti ìlà-oòrùn wá ni mo ti pe ẹyẹ ajẹran wá; láti ọ̀nà jíjìn réré, ọkùnrin kan tí yóò mú ète mi ṣẹ. Ohun tí mo ti sọ, òun ni èmi yóò mú ṣẹ; èyí tí mo ti gbèrò, òun ni èmi yóò ṣe.

And Y clepe a brid fro the eest, and the man of my wille fro a ferr lond; and Y spak, and Y schal brynge that thing; Y haue maad of nouyt, and Y schal make that thing.

12 Gbọ́ tèmi, ẹ̀yin alágídí ọkàn, ìwọ tí ó jìnnà sí òdodo.

Ye of hard herte, here me, that ben fer fro riytfulnesse.

13 Èmi ń mú òdodo mi bọ̀ nítòsí, kò tilẹ̀ jìnnà rárá; àti ìgbàlà mi ni a kì yóò dádúró. Èmi yóò fún Sioni ní ìgbàlà ògo mi fún Israẹli.

Y made nyy myn riytfulnesse, it schal not be drawun afer, and myn helthe shal not tarie; Y schal yyue helthe in Sion, and my glorie in Israel.
