< Hebrews 13 >

1 Kí ìfẹ́ ará kí o wà títí.
Let brotherly love continue.
2 Ẹ má ṣe gbàgbé láti máa ṣe àlejò; nítorí pé nípa bẹ́ẹ̀ ni àwọn ẹlòmíràn ṣe àwọn angẹli ní àlejò láìmọ̀.
Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it.
3 Ẹ máa rántí àwọn òǹdè bí ẹni tí a dè pẹ̀lú wọn, àti àwọn tí a ń pọn lójú bí ẹ̀yin tìkára yín pẹ̀lú tí ń bẹ nínú ara.
Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them, and those who are ill-treated, since you are also in the body.
4 Kí ìgbéyàwó lọ́lá láàrín gbogbo ènìyàn, kí àkéte si jẹ́ aláìléèérí, nítorí àwọn àgbèrè àti àwọn panṣágà ni Ọlọ́run yóò dá lẹ́jọ́.
Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
5 Kí ọkàn yín má ṣe fà sí ìfẹ́ owó, ki ohun tí ẹ ní tó yin; nítorí òun tìkára rẹ̀ ti wí pé, “Èmi kò jẹ́ fi ọ́ sílẹ̀, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni èmi kò jẹ́ kọ̀ ọ́ sílẹ̀.”
Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.”
6 Nítorí náà ni àwa ṣe ń fi ìgboyà wí pé, “Olúwa ni olùrànlọ́wọ́ mi, èmi kì yóò bẹ̀rù; kín ni ènìyàn lè ṣe sí mi?”
So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
7 Ẹ máa rántí àwọn tiwọn jẹ́ aṣáájú yín, tiwọn ti sọ ọ̀rọ̀ Ọlọ́run fún yín; kí ẹ máa ro òpin ìwà ayé wọn, kí ẹ sì máa ṣe àfarawé ìgbàgbọ́ wọn.
Remember your leaders, men who spoke to you the word of God, and considering the results of their conduct, imitate their faith.
8 Jesu Kristi ọ̀kan náà ni lánàá, àti lónìí, àti títí láé. (aiōn g165)
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (aiōn g165)
9 Ẹ má ṣe jẹ́ kí a fi onírúurú àti àjèjì ẹ̀kọ́ gbá yin kiri. Nítorí ó dára kí a mú yin lọ́kàn le nípa oore-ọ̀fẹ́, kì í ṣe nípa oúnjẹ nínú èyí tí àwọn tí ó ti rìn nínú wọn kò ní èrè.
Don’t be carried away by various and strange teachings, for it is good that the heart be established by grace, not by foods, through which those who were so occupied were not benefited.
10 Àwa ní pẹpẹ kan, níbi èyí tí àwọn ti ń sin àgọ́ kò ni agbára láti máa jẹ.
We have an altar from which those who serve the holy tabernacle have no right to eat.
11 Nítorí nígbà tí olórí àlùfáà bá mú ẹ̀jẹ̀ àwọn ẹran wá si Ibi Mímọ́ Jùlọ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìrúbọ ẹ̀ṣẹ̀, òkú àwọn ẹran náà ni a o sun lẹ́yìn ibùdó.
For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside of the camp.
12 Nítorí náà Jesu pẹ̀lú, kí ó lè fi ẹ̀jẹ̀ ara rẹ̀ sọ àwọn ènìyàn di mímọ́, ó jìyà lẹ́yìn ibodè.
Therefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered outside of the gate.
13 Nítorí náà ẹ jẹ́ kí a jáde tọ̀ ọ́ lọ lẹ́yìn ibùdó, kí a máa ru ẹ̀gàn rẹ̀.
Let’s therefore go out to him outside of the camp, bearing his reproach.
14 Nítorí pé àwa kò ní ìlú tí o wa títí níhìn-ín, ṣùgbọ́n àwa ń wá èyí tí ń bọ.
For we don’t have here an enduring city, but we seek that which is to come.
15 Ǹjẹ́ nípasẹ̀ rẹ̀, ẹ jẹ́ kí a máa rú ẹbọ ìyìn si Ọlọ́run nígbà gbogbo, èyí yìí ni èso ètè wa, tí ń jẹ́wọ́ orúkọ rẹ̀.
Through him, then, let’s offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which proclaim allegiance to his name.
16 Ṣùgbọ́n ẹ má ṣe gbàgbé láti máa ṣoore àti láti máa pín fun ni nítorí irú ẹbọ wọ̀nyí ni inú Ọlọ́run dùn sí jọjọ.
But don’t forget to be doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
17 Ẹ máa gbọ́ ti àwọn tí ń ṣe olórí yín, kí ẹ sì máa tẹríba fún wọ́n, nítorí wọn ń ṣọ́ ẹ̀ṣọ́ nítorí ọkàn yín, bí àwọn ti yóò ṣe ìṣirò, kí wọn lè fi ayọ̀ ṣe èyí, kì í ṣe pẹ̀lú ìbànújẹ́, nítorí èyí yìí yóò jẹ àìlérè fún yín.
Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you.
18 Ẹ máa gbàdúrà fún wa, nítorí àwa gbàgbọ́ pé àwa ni ẹ̀rí ọkàn rere, a sì ń fẹ́ láti máa hùwà títọ́ nínú ohun gbogbo.
Pray for us, for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things.
19 Ṣùgbọ́n èmi ń bẹ̀ yín gidigidi sí i láti máa ṣe èyí, kí a ba lè tètè fi mi fún yín padà.
I strongly urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you sooner.
20 Ǹjẹ́ Ọlọ́run àlàáfíà, ẹni tí o tún mu olùṣọ́-àgùntàn ńlá ti àwọn àgùntàn, ti inú òkú wá, nípa ẹ̀jẹ̀ májẹ̀mú ayérayé, àní Olúwa wa Jesu. (aiōnios g166)
Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus, (aiōnios g166)
21 Kí ó mú yín pé nínú iṣẹ́ rere gbogbo láti ṣe ìfẹ́ rẹ̀, kí ó máa ṣiṣẹ́ ohun tí i ṣe ìtẹ́wọ́gbà níwájú rẹ̀ nínú yín nípasẹ̀ Jesu Kristi; ẹni tí ògo wà fún láé àti láéláé. Àmín. (aiōn g165)
make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
22 Èmi sì ń bẹ̀ yín ará, ẹ gbà ọ̀rọ̀ ìyànjú mi; nítorí ìwé kúkúrú ni mo kọ sí yín.
But I exhort you, brothers, endure the word of exhortation, for I have written to you in few words.
23 Ẹ mọ pé a sá titu Timotiu arákùnrin wa sílẹ̀; bí ó ba tètè dé, èmí pẹ̀lú rẹ̀ yóò rí yín, àti gbogbo àwọn ènìyàn mímọ́.
Know that our brother Timothy has been freed, with whom, if he comes shortly, I will see you.
24 Ẹ ki gbogbo àwọn tí ń ṣe olórí yín, àti gbogbo àwọn ènìyàn mímọ́. Àwọn tí o ti Itali wá ki yín.
Greet all of your leaders and all the saints. The Italians greet you.
25 Kí oore-ọ̀fẹ́ wà pẹ̀lú gbogbo yín.
Grace be with you all. Amen.
