< Galatians 6 >

1 Ará, bí a tilẹ̀ mú ènìyàn nínú ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ kan, kí ẹ̀yin tí í ṣe ti Ẹ̀mí mú irú ẹni bẹ́ẹ̀ bọ̀ sípò nínú ẹ̀mí ìwà tútù; kí ìwọ tìkára rẹ̀ máa kíyèsára, kí a má ba à dán ìwọ náà wò pẹ̀lú.
My friends, even if someone should be caught committing a sin, you who are spiritually minded should, in a gentle spirit, help them to recover themselves, taking care that you yourselves are not tempted.
2 Ẹ máa ru ẹrù ọmọnìkejì yín, kí ẹ sì fi bẹ́ẹ̀ mú òfin Kristi ṣẹ.
Bear one another’s burdens, and so carry out the Law of the Christ.
3 Nítorí bí ènìyàn kan bá ń ro ara rẹ̀ sí ẹnìkan, nígbà tí kò jẹ́ nǹkan, ó ń tan ara rẹ̀ jẹ.
If a person imagines themselves to be somebody, when they are really nobody, they deceive themselves.
4 Ṣùgbọ́n kí olúkúlùkù yẹ iṣẹ́ ara rẹ̀ wò, nígbà náà, ohun ìmú-ṣogo rẹ̀ yóò jẹ́ nínú ti ara rẹ̀ nìkan, kì yóò sì jẹ nínú ti ọmọnìkejì rẹ̀.
Let everyone test their own work, and then their cause for satisfaction will be in themselves and not in a comparison with their neighbor;
5 Nítorí pé olúkúlùkù ni yóò ru ẹrù ara rẹ̀.
for everyone must bear their own load.
6 Ṣùgbọ́n kí ẹni tí a ń kọ́ nínú ọ̀rọ̀ náà máa pèsè ohun rere gbogbo fún ẹni tí ń kọ́ni.
The person, however, who is being instructed in the message ought always to share their blessings with their teacher.
7 Kí a má ṣe tàn yín jẹ; a kò lè gan Ọlọ́run: nítorí ohunkóhun tí ènìyàn bá fúnrúgbìn, òhun ni yóò sì ká.
Do not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. What a person sows that they will reap.
8 Nítorí ẹni tí ó bá ń fúnrúgbìn sípa ti ara yóò ká ìdíbàjẹ́ ti ara ṣùgbọ́n ẹni tí ń fúnrúgbìn sípa ti ẹ̀mí yóò ti inú ẹ̀mí ká ìyè àìnípẹ̀kun. (aiōnios g166)
For the person who sows the field of their earthly nature will from that earthly nature reap corruption; while the one who sows the field of the spirit will from that spirit reap eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
9 Ẹ má sì jẹ́ kí àárẹ̀ ọkàn mú wa ní ṣíṣe rere, nítorí tí a ó kórè nígbà tí àkókò bá dé, bí a kò bá ṣe àárẹ̀.
Let us never tire of doing right, for at the proper season we will reap our harvest, if we do not grow weary.
10 Ǹjẹ́ bí a ti ń rí àǹfààní gba, ẹ jẹ́ kí a máa ṣoore fún gbogbo ènìyàn, àti pàápàá fún àwọn tí í ṣe ará ilé ìgbàgbọ́.
Therefore, I say, as the opportunity occurs, let us treat everyone with kindness, and especially members of the household of the faith.
11 Ẹ wo bí mo ti fi ọwọ́ ara mi kọ̀wé gàdàgbà-gàdàgbà sí yín.
See in what large letters I am writing with my own hand.
12 Iye àwọn tí ń fẹ́ ṣe àṣehàn ni ara wọn ń rọ yín láti kọlà; kìkì nítorí pé kí a má ba à ṣe inúnibíni sí wọn nítorí àgbélébùú Kristi.
The people who are trying to compel you to be circumcised are the people who wish to appear to advantage in regard to outward observances. They do it only to avoid being persecuted for the cross of Jesus, the Christ
13 Nítorí àwọn tí a kọ ní ilà pàápàá kò pa òfin mọ́, ṣùgbọ́n wọ́n ń fẹ́ mú yin kọlà, kí wọn lè máa ṣògo nínú ara yín.
Even these men who are circumcised do not themselves keep the Law; yet they want you to be circumcised, so that they may boast of your observance of the rite.
14 Ṣùgbọ́n kí a má ṣe rí i pé èmi ń ṣògo, bí kò ṣe nínú àgbélébùú Jesu Kristi Olúwa wa, nípasẹ̀ ẹni tí a ti kan ayé mọ́ àgbélébùú fún mi, àti èmi fún ayé.
But, for my part, may I never boast of anything except the cross of Jesus Christ, our Master, through whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
15 Nítorí pé nínú Kristi Jesu, ìkọlà kò jẹ́ ohun kan, tàbí àìkọlà, bí kò ṣe ẹ̀dá tuntun.
For neither is circumcision nor the omission of it anything; but a new nature is everything.
16 Kí àlàáfíà àti àánú wà lórí gbogbo àwọn tí ń rìn ní ìlànà yìí, àti lórí Israẹli Ọlọ́run.
May all who rule their conduct by this principle find peace and mercy – they who are the Israel of God.
17 Láti ìsinsin yìí lọ, kí ẹnikẹ́ni má ṣe yọ mí lẹ́nu mọ́; nítorí èmi ń ru àpá Jesu Olúwa kiri ní ara mi.
For the future let no one trouble me; for I bear the marks of Jesus branded on my body.
18 Ará, oore-ọ̀fẹ́ Jesu Kristi Olúwa wa, kí ó wà pẹ̀lú ẹ̀mí yín. Àmín.
May the blessing of Jesus Christ, our Lord, rest on your souls, friends. Amen.
