< 2 Chronicles 30 >

1 Hesekiah sì ránṣẹ́ sí gbogbo Israẹli àti Juda, ó sì kọ ìwé sí Efraimu àti Manase, kí wọn kí ó wá sínú ilé Olúwa ní Jerusalẹmu láti pa àjọ ìrékọjá mọ́ sí Olúwa Ọlọ́run Israẹli.
And he sent Hezekiah to all Israel and Judah and also letters he wrote to Ephraim and Manasseh to come to [the] house of Yahweh in Jerusalem to observe a passover to Yahweh [the] God of Israel.
2 Nítorí tí ọba ti gbìmọ̀ àti àwọn ìjòyè rẹ̀, àti gbogbo ìjọ ènìyàn ní Jerusalẹmu, láti pa àjọ ìrékọjá mọ́ ní oṣù kejì.
And he had taken counsel the king and officials his and all the assembly in Jerusalem to observe the passover in the month second.
3 Nítorí wọn kò lè pa á mọ́ ní àkókò náà, nítorí àwọn àlùfáà kò tí i ya ara wọn sí mímọ́ tó; bẹ́ẹ̀ ni àwọn ènìyàn kò tí ì kó ara wọn jọ sí Jerusalẹmu.
For not they had been able to observe it at the time that for the priests not they had consecrated themselves to [what] [was] sufficiency and the people not they had gathered to Jerusalem.
4 Ọ̀rọ̀ náà sí tọ́ lójú ọba àti lójú gbogbo ìjọ ènìyàn.
And it was pleasing the thing in [the] eyes of the king and in [the] eyes of all the assembly.
5 Bẹ́ẹ̀ ni wọ́n fi àṣẹ kan lélẹ̀, láti kéde ká gbogbo Israẹli láti Beerṣeba àní títí dé Dani, láti wá pa àjọ ìrékọjá mọ́ sí Olúwa Ọlọ́run Israẹli ní Jerusalẹmu: nítorí wọn kò pa á mọ́ ní ọjọ́ púpọ̀ gẹ́gẹ́ bí a ti kọ ọ́.
And they appointed a word to cause to pass a proclamation in all Israel from Beer Sheba and to Dan to come to observe a passover to Yahweh [the] God of Israel in Jerusalem for not to multitude they had done according to [what] is written.
6 Bẹ́ẹ̀ àwọn oníṣẹ́ tí ń sáré lọ pẹ̀lú ìwé láti ọwọ́ ọba àti àwọn ìjòyè rẹ̀ sí gbogbo Israẹli àti Juda; àti gẹ́gẹ́ bí àṣẹ ọba, wí pé, “Ẹ̀yin ọmọ Israẹli ẹ yí padà sí Olúwa Ọlọ́run Abrahamu, Isaaki, àti Israẹli, òun ó sì yípadà sí àwọn ìyókù nínú yín, tí ó sálà kúrò lọ́wọ́ àwọn ọba Asiria.
And they went the runners with letters from [the] hand of the king and officials his in all Israel and Judah and according to [the] command of the king saying O people of Israel return to Yahweh [the] God of Abraham Isaac and Israel so he may return to the escaped remnant which remains to you from [the] hand of [the] kings of Assyria.
7 Kí ẹ̀yin kí ó má sì ṣe dàbí àwọn baba yín, àti bí àwọn arákùnrin yín tí ó dẹ́ṣẹ̀ sí Olúwa, Ọlọ́run àwọn baba wọn, nítorí náà ní ó ṣe fi wọ́n fún ìdahoro bí ẹ̀yin ti rí.
And may not you be like fathers your and like brothers your who they acted unfaithfully against Yahweh [the] God of ancestors their and he made them into a horror just as you [are] seeing.
8 Ǹjẹ́ kí ẹ̀yin kí ó má ṣe ṣe ọlọ́rùn líle, bí àwọn baba yín, ṣùgbọ́n ẹ jọ̀wọ́ ara yín lọ́wọ́ fún Olúwa, kí ẹ sì wọ inú ibi mímọ́ rẹ̀ lọ, ti òun ti ìyàsímímọ́ títí láé. Kí ẹ sì sin Olúwa, Ọlọ́run yín kí gbígbóná ìbínú rẹ̀ kí ó lè yípadà kúrò ní ọ̀dọ̀ yín.
Now may not you harden neck your like fathers your give a hand to Yahweh and come to sanctuary his which he has consecrated for ever and serve Yahweh God your so may it turn back from you [the] burning of anger his.
9 Nítorí bí ẹ̀yin bá tún yípadà sí Olúwa, àwọn arákùnrin yín, àti àwọn ọmọ yín, yóò rí àánú níwájú àwọn tí ó kó wọn ní ìgbèkùn lọ, kí wọn kí ó lè tún padà wá sí ilẹ̀ yí: nítorí Olúwa Ọlọ́run yín, oníyọnu àti aláàánú ni, kì yóò sì yí ojú rẹ̀ padà kúrò lọ́dọ̀ yín, bí ẹ̀yin bá padà sọ́dọ̀ rẹ̀.”
For when return you to Yahweh relatives your and children your to compassion before captors their and to return to the land this for [is] gracious and compassionate Yahweh God your and not he will turn aside face from you if you will turn back to him.
10 Bẹ́ẹ̀ ni àwọn oníṣẹ́ náà kọjá láti ìlú dé ìlú, ní ilẹ̀ Efraimu àti Manase títí dé Sebuluni, ṣùgbọ́n wọ́n fi wọ́n rẹ́rìn-ín ẹlẹ́yà, wọ́n sì gàn wọ́n.
And they were the runners passing from city - to [the] city in [the] land of Ephraim and Manasseh and to Zebulun and people were laughing on them and mocking them.
11 Síbẹ̀ òmíràn nínú àwọn ènìyàn Aṣeri àti Manase àti Sebuluni rẹ̀ ara wọn sílẹ̀, wọ́n sì wá sí Jerusalẹmu.
Nevertheless men from Asher and Manasseh and from Zebulun they humbled themselves and they came to Jerusalem.
12 Ní Juda pẹ̀lú, ọwọ́ Ọlọ́run wá láti fún wọn ní ọkàn kan láti pa òfin ọba mọ́ àti tí àwọn ìjòyè, nípa ọ̀rọ̀ Olúwa.
Also on Judah it was [the] hand of God to give to them a heart one to do [the] command of the king and the officials by [the] word of Yahweh.
13 Ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ ènìyàn sì péjọ ní Jerusalẹmu, láti pa àjọ àkàrà àìwú mọ́ ní oṣù kejì.
And they gathered Jerusalem a people numerous to observe [the] festival of the unleavened bread in the month second an assembly for multitude exceedingly.
14 Wọ́n sì dìde, wọ́n sì kó gbogbo pẹpẹ tí ó wà ní Jerusalẹmu lọ, àti gbogbo pẹpẹ tùràrí ni wọ́n kó lọ, wọ́n sì dà wọ́n sí odò Kidironi.
And they arose and they removed the altars which [were] in Jerusalem and all the incense altars they removed and they threw [them] to [the] wadi of Kidron.
15 Nígbà náà ni wọ́n pa ẹran ìrékọjá náà ní ọjọ́ kẹrìnlá oṣù kejì: ojú sì ti àwọn àlùfáà àti àwọn ọmọ Lefi, wọ́n sì yà ara wọn sí mímọ́, wọ́n sì mú ẹbọ sísun wá sínú ilé Olúwa.
And they slaughtered the passover on [day] four-teen of the month second and the priests and the Levites they were ashamed and they consecrated themselves and they brought burnt offerings [the] house of Yahweh.
16 Wọ́n sì dúró ní ipò wọn, bí ètò wọn gẹ́gẹ́ bí òfin Mose, ènìyàn Ọlọ́run: àwọn àlùfáà wọ́n ẹ̀jẹ̀ náà, tí wọ́n gbà lọ́wọ́ àwọn ọmọ Lefi.
And they stood at place their according to custom their according to [the] law of Moses [the] man of God the priests [were] sprinkling the blood from [the] hand of the Levites.
17 Nítorí pé ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ ni ó wà nínú ìjọ ènìyàn náà tí kò yà ara wọn sí mímọ́: nítorí náà ni àwọn ọmọ Lefi ṣe ń tọ́jú àti pa ẹran ìrékọjá fún olúkúlùkù ẹni tí ó ṣe aláìmọ́, láti yà á sí mímọ́ sí Olúwa.
For many among the assembly who not they had consecrated themselves and the Levites [were] over [the] slaughter of the passovers for every not clean to consecrate [them] to Yahweh.
18 Ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ ènìyàn, àní ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ nínú Efraimu àti Manase, Isakari, àti Sebuluni kò sá wẹ̀ ara wọn mọ́ síbẹ̀ wọ́n jẹ ìrékọjá náà, kì í ṣe gẹ́gẹ́ bí a ti kọ ọ́. Ṣùgbọ́n Hesekiah bẹ̀bẹ̀ fún wọn, wí pé, Olúwa, ẹni rere, dáríjì olúkúlùkù,
For [the] greater part of the people many from Ephraim and Manasseh Issachar and Zebulun not they had purified themselves for they ate the passover with not according to [what] is written for he had prayed Hezekiah on them saying Yahweh good may he make atonement for.
19 tí ó múra ọkàn rẹ̀ láti wá Ọlọ́run, Olúwa Ọlọ́run àwọn baba rẹ̀ ṣùgbọ́n tí kì í ṣe nípa ìwẹ̀nùmọ́ mímọ́
Every [one who] heart his he has directed to seek God - Yahweh [the] God of ancestors his and not according to [the] purification of the holy place.
20 Olúwa sì gbọ́ ti Hesekiah, ó sì mú àwọn ènìyàn náà láradá.
And he listened Yahweh to Hezekiah and he healed the people.
21 Àwọn ọmọ Israẹli tí a rí ní Jerusalẹmu fi ayọ̀ ńlá pa àjọ àkàrà àìwú mọ́ ní ọjọ́ méje: àwọn ọmọ Lefi, àti àwọn àlùfáà yin Olúwa lójoojúmọ́, wọ́n ń fi ohun èlò olóhùn gooro kọrin sí Olúwa.
And they observed [the] people of Israel who were found (in Jerusalem *L(abh)*) [the] festival of the unleavened bread seven days with joy great and [were] praising Yahweh a day - in a day the Levites and the priests with instruments of strength to Yahweh.
22 Hesekiah sọ̀rọ̀ ìtùnú fún gbogbo àwọn ọmọ Lefi, tí ó lóye ní ìmọ̀ rere Olúwa: ọjọ́ méje ni wọ́n fi jẹ àsè náà wọ́n rú ẹbọ àlàáfíà, wọ́n sì ń fi ohùn rara dúpẹ́ fún Olúwa, Ọlọ́run àwọn baba wọn.
And he spoke Hezekiah to [the] heart of all the Levites who were understanding understanding good to Yahweh and they ate the appointed feast [the] seven the days sacrificing sacrifices of peace offerings and giving thanks to Yahweh [the] God of ancestors their.
23 Gbogbo ìjọ náà sì gbìmọ̀ láti pa ọjọ́ méje mìíràn mọ́: wọ́n sì fi ayọ̀ pa ọjọ́ méje mìíràn mọ́.
And they took counsel all the assembly to observe seven days another and they observed seven days joy.
24 Nítorí Hesekiah, ọba Juda, ta ìjọ ènìyàn náà ní ọrẹ, ẹgbẹ̀rún akọ màlúù, àti ẹ̀ẹ́dẹ́gbàárin àgùntàn. Ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ nínú àwọn àlùfáà sì ya ara wọn sí mímọ́.
For Hezekiah [the] king of Judah he contributed for the assembly one thousand young bulls and seven thousand sheep. And the officials they contributed for the assembly young bulls one thousand and sheep ten thousand and they consecrated themselves priests to multitude.
25 Gbogbo ìjọ ènìyàn Juda pẹ̀lú àwọn àlùfáà àti àwọn ọmọ Lefi, àti gbogbo ìjọ ènìyàn tí ó ti inú Israẹli jáde wá, àti àwọn àjèjì tí ó ti ilẹ̀ Israẹli jáde wá, àti àwọn tí ń gbé Juda yọ̀.
And they rejoiced - all [the] assembly of Judah and the priests and the Levites and all the assembly which were coming from Israel and the sojourners who were coming from [the] land of Israel and who were dwelling in Judah.
26 Bẹ́ẹ̀ ni ayọ̀ ńlá sì wà ní Jerusalẹmu: nítorí láti ọjọ́ Solomoni, ọmọ Dafidi, ọba Israẹli, irú èyí kò sí ní Jerusalẹmu.
And it was joy great in Jerusalem for since [the] days of Solomon [the] son of David [the] king of Israel not like this in Jerusalem.
27 Nígbà náà ni àwọn àlùfáà, àwọn ọmọ Lefi dìde, wọ́n sì súre fún àwọn ènìyàn náà: a sì gbọ́ ohùn wọn, àdúrà wọn sì gòkè lọ si ibùgbé mímọ́ rẹ̀, àní sí ọ̀run.
And they arose the priests the Levites and they blessed the people and it was listened to voice their and it came prayer their to [the] dwelling of holiness his to the heavens.
