Adam, Sheth, Enosh,
2 Kenani, Mahalaleli, Jaredi,
Kenan, Mahalaleel, Iered,
3 Enoku, Metusela, Lameki, Noa.
Henoch, Methushelah, Lamech,
4 Àwọn ọmọ Noa: Ṣemu, Hamu àti Jafeti.
Noah, She, Ham, and Iapheth.
5 Àwọn ọmọ Jafeti ni: Gomeri, Magogu, Madai; Jafani, Tubali, Meṣeki àti Tirasi.
The sonnes of Iapheth were Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Iauan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
6 Àwọn ọmọ Gomeri ni: Aṣkenasi, Rifati àti Togarma.
And the sonnes of Gomer, Ashchenaz, and Iphath and Togarmah.
7 Àwọn ọmọ Jafani ni: Eliṣa, Tarṣiṣi, Kittimu, àti Dodanimu.
Also the sonnes of Iauan, Elishah and Tarshishah, Kittim, and Dodanim.
8 Àwọn ọmọ Hamu ni: Kuṣi, Ejibiti, Puti, àti Kenaani.
The sonnes of Ham were Cush, and Mizraim, Put and Canaan.
9 Àwọn ọmọ Kuṣi ni: Seba, Hafila, Sabta, Raama, àti Sabteka. Àwọn ọmọ Raama: Ṣeba àti Dedani.
And the sonnes of Cush, Siba and Hauilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. Also the sonnes of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.
10 Kuṣi sì bí Nimrodu ẹni tí ó di alágbára jagunjagun ní ayé.
And Cush begate Nimrod, who began to be mightie in the earth.
11 Ejibiti sì bí Ludimu, Anamimu, Lehabimu, Naftuhimu,
And Mizraim begate Ludim and Anamim, Lehabim, and Naphtuhim:
12 Patrusimu, Kasluhimu (láti ọ̀dọ̀ ẹni tí àwọn ará Filistini ti wá) àti àwọn ará Kaftorimu.
Pathrusim also, and Casluhim, of whome came the Philistims, and Caphtorim.
13 Kenaani sì bí Sidoni àkọ́bí rẹ̀, àti Heti,
Also Canaan begate Zidon his first borne, and Heth,
14 àti àwọn ará Jebusi, àti àwọn ará Amori, àti àwọn ará Girgaṣi,
And the Iebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
15 àti àwọn ará Hifi, àti àwọn ará Arki, àti àwọn ará Sini,
And the Hiuuite, and the Arkite, and the Simite,
16 àti àwọn ará Arfadi, àti àwọn ará Semari, àti àwọn ará Hamati.
And the Aruadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.
17 Àwọn ọmọ Ṣemu ni: Elamu, Aṣuri, Arfakṣadi, Ludi àti Aramu. Àwọn ọmọ Aramu: Usi, Huli, Geteri, àti Meṣeki.
The sonnes of Shem were Elam and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Vz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.
18 Arfakṣadi sì bí Ṣela, Ṣela sì bí Eberi.
Also Arpachshad begate Shelah, and Shelah begate Eber.
19 Eberi sì bí ọmọ méjì: ọ̀kan ń jẹ́ Pelegi, nítorí ní ìgbà ọjọ́ rẹ̀ ni ilẹ̀ ya; orúkọ arákùnrin rẹ̀ ni Joktani.
Vnto Eber also were borne two sonnes: the name of the one was Peleg: for in his dayes was ye earth deuided: and his brothers name was Ioktan.
20 Joktani sì bí Almodadi, Ṣelefi, Hasarmafeti, Jera.
Then Ioktan begate Almodad and Sheleph, and Hazermaueth and Ierah,
21 Hadoramu, Usali, Dikla,
And Hadoram and Vzal and Diklah,
22 Ebali, Abimaeli, Ṣeba.
And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
23 Ofiri, Hafila, àti Jobabu. Gbogbo àwọn wọ̀nyí ni ọmọ Joktani.
And Ophir, and Hauilah and Iobab: all these were the sonnes of Ioktan.
24 Ṣemu, Arfakṣadi, Ṣela,
Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,
25 Eberi, Pelegi. Reu,
Eber, Peleg, Rehu,
26 Serugu, Nahori, Tẹra,
Serug, Nahor, Terah,
27 àti Abramu (tí ń ṣe Abrahamu).
Abram, which is Abraham.
28 Àwọn ọmọ Abrahamu: Isaaki àti Iṣmaeli.
The sonnes of Abraham were Izhak, and Ishmael.
29 Èyí ni àwọn ọmọ náà: Nebaioti àkọ́bí Iṣmaeli: Kedari, Adbeeli, Mibsamu,
These are their generations. The eldest sonne of Ishmael was Nebaioth, and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
30 Miṣima, Duma, Massa, Hadadi, Tema,
Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,
31 Jeturi, Nafiṣi, àti Kedema. Àwọn wọ̀nyí ni ọmọ Iṣmaeli.
Ietur, Naphish and Kedemah: these are the sonnes of Ishmael.
32 Àwọn ọmọ Ketura, obìnrin Abrahamu: Simrani, Jokṣani Medani, Midiani Iṣbaki àti Ṣua. Àwọn ọmọ Jokṣani: Ṣeba àti Dedani.
And Keturah Abrahams concubine bare sonnes, Zimran, and Iokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah: and the sonnes of Iokshan, Sheba, and Dedan.
33 Àwọn ọmọ Midiani: Efani, Eferi, Hanoku, Abida àti Eldaa. Gbogbo àwọn wọ̀nyí ni ìran Ketura.
And the sonnes of Midian were Ephah, and Ephar, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah: All these are the sonnes of Keturah.
34 Abrahamu sì jẹ́ baba Isaaki. Àwọn ọmọ Isaaki: Esau àti Israẹli.
And Abraham begate Izhak: the sonnes of Izhak, Esau, and Israel.
35 Àwọn ọmọ Esau: Elifasi, Reueli, Jeuṣi, Jalamu, àti Kora.
The sonnes of Esau were Eliphaz, Reuel, and Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah.
36 Àwọn ọmọ Elifasi: Temani, Omari, Sefi, Gatamu àti Kenasi; láti Timna: Amaleki.
The sonnes of Eliphaz, Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
37 Àwọn ọmọ Reueli: Nahati, Sera, Ṣamma àti Missa.
The sonnes of Reuel, Nahath, Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah.
38 Àwọn ọmọ Seiri: Lotani, Ṣobali, Sibeoni, Ana, Diṣoni, Eseri àti Diṣani.
And the sonnes of Seir, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
39 Àwọn ọmọ Lotani: Hori àti Homamu: Timna sì ni arábìnrin Lotani.
And the sonnes of Lotan, Hori, and Homam, and Timna Lotans sister.
40 Àwọn ọmọ Ṣobali: Afiani, Manahati, Ebali, Ṣefo àti Onamu. Àwọn ọmọ Sibeoni: Aiah àti Ana.
The sonnes of Shobal were Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sonnes of Zibeon, Aiah and Anah.
41 Àwọn ọmọ Ana: Diṣoni. Àwọn ọmọ Diṣoni: Hemdani, Eṣbani, Itrani, àti Kerani.
The sonne of Anah was Dishon. And the sonnes of Dishon, Amran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
42 Àwọn ọmọ Eseri: Bilhani, Saafani àti Akani. Àwọn ọmọ Diṣani: Usi àti Arani.
The sonnes of Ezer were Bilhan, and Zaauan, and Iaakan. The sonnes of Dishon were Vz, and Aran.
43 Àwọn wọ̀nyí ni ọba tí ó jẹ ní Edomu, kí ó tó di pé ọba kankan jẹ lórí Israẹli: Bela ọmọ Beori, orúkọ ìlú rẹ̀ ni Dinhaba.
And these were the Kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before a King reigned ouer the children of Israel, to wit, Bela the sonne of Beor, and the name of his citie was Dinhabah.
44 Nígbà tí Bela kú, Jobabu ọmọ Sera ti Bosra sì jẹ ọba ní ipò rẹ̀.
Then Bela died, and Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
45 Nígbà tí Jobabu kú, Huṣamu láti ilẹ̀ Temani sì jẹ ọba ní ipò rẹ̀.
And whe Iobab was dead, Hussham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
46 Nígbà tí Huṣamu kú, Hadadi ọmọ Bedadi tí ó kọlu Midiani ní ìgbẹ́ Moabu, ó sì jẹ ọba ní ipò rẹ̀. Orúkọ ìlú rẹ̀ ni Afiti.
And when Hussham was dead, Hadad the sonne of Bedad which smote Midian in the fielde of Moab, reigned in his steade, and the name of his citie was Auith.
47 Nígbà tí Hadadi sì kú, Samla láti Masreka, ó sì jẹ ọba ní ipò rẹ̀.
So Hadad dyed, and Samlah of Mashrecah reigned in his stead.
48 Samla sì kú, Saulu ti Rehoboti létí odò sì jẹ ọba ní ipò rẹ̀.
And Samlah dyed, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the riuer reigned in his stead.
49 Nígbà tí Saulu kú, Baali-Hanani, ọmọ Akbori jẹ ọba ní ipò rẹ̀.
And when Shaul was dead, Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor reigned in his stead.
50 Nígbà tí Baali-Hanani kú, Hadadi ni ó jẹ ọba ní ipò rẹ̀. Orúkọ ìlú rẹ̀ ni Pau; orúkọ ìyàwó sì ni Mehetabeeli ọmọbìnrin Matiredi, ọmọbìnrin Mesahabu.
And Baal-hanan dyed, and Hadad reigned in his stead, and the name of his citie was Pai, and his wiues name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred the daughter of Mezahab.
51 Hadadi sì kú pẹ̀lú. Àwọn baálẹ̀ Edomu ni: baálẹ̀ Timna, baálẹ̀ Alfa, baálẹ̀ Jeteti
Hadad dyed also, and there were dukes in Edom, duke Timna, duke Aliah, duke Ietheth,
52 baálẹ̀ Oholibama, baálẹ̀ Ela, baálẹ̀ Pinoni.
Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,
53 Baálẹ̀ Kenasi, baálẹ̀ Temani, baálẹ̀ Mibsari,
Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,
54 Magdieli àti Iramu. Àwọn wọ̀nyí ni baálẹ̀ Edomu.
Duke Magdiel, duke Iram: these were the dukes of Edom.
