1 Àwọn wọ̀nyí sì ni ọmọ Dafidi tí a bí fún un ní Hebroni. Àkọ́bí sì ni Amnoni ọmọ Ahinoamu ti Jesreeli; èkejì sì ni Daniẹli ọmọ Abigaili ará Karmeli;
Now these were the sons of David, who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, of Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second, Daluiah, of Abigail of Carmel;
2 ẹ̀kẹta sì ni Absalomu ọmọ Maaka ọmọbìnrin Talmai ọba Geṣuri bí fún un; ẹ̀kẹrin sì ni Adonijah ọmọ Haggiti;
the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;
3 ẹ̀karùnún ni Ṣefatia láti ọ̀dọ̀ Abitali; àti ẹ̀kẹfà, Itreamu, láti ọ̀dọ̀ Egla aya rẹ̀.
the fifth, Shephatiah of Abital; the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife:
4 Àwọn mẹ́fà wọ̀nyí ni a bí fún Dafidi ni Hebroni, níbi tí ó ti jẹ ọba fún ọdún méje àti oṣù mẹ́fà. Dafidi sì jẹ ọba ní Jerusalẹmu fún ọdún mẹ́tàlélọ́gbọ̀n.
six were born to him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months. In Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years;
5 Wọ̀nyí ni ọmọ wẹ́wẹ́ tí a bí fún un ní Jerusalẹmu: Ṣimea, Ṣobabu, Natani àti Solomoni. Àwọn mẹ́rin wọ̀nyí sì ni a bí láti ọ̀dọ̀ Bati-Ṣua ọmọbìnrin Ammieli.
and these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shammua, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathsheba the daughter of Eliam;
6 Ibhari sì wà pẹ̀lú, Eliṣama, Elifeleti,
and Ibhar, and Elishua, and Eliphelet,
7 Noga, Nefegi, Jafia,
and Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
8 Eliṣama, Eliada àti Elifeleti mẹ́sàn-án ni wọ́n.
and Elishama, and Baaliada, and Eliphelet, nine.
9 Àwọn wọ̀nyí ni àwọn ọmọ Dafidi yàtọ̀ sí àwọn ọmọ tí àlè bí fún un. Tamari sì ni arábìnrin wọn.
All these were the sons of David, besides the sons of the secondary wives; and Tamar was their sister.
10 Ọmọ Solomoni ni Rehoboamu, Abijah ọmọ rẹ̀, Asa ọmọ rẹ̀, Jehoṣafati ọmọ rẹ̀,
Solomon's son was Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
11 Jehoramu ọmọ rẹ̀, Ahasiah ọmọ rẹ̀, Joaṣi ọmọ rẹ̀,
Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
12 Amasiah ọmọ rẹ̀, Asariah ọmọ rẹ̀, Jotamu ọmọ rẹ̀,
Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13 Ahasi ọmọ rẹ̀, Hesekiah ọmọ rẹ̀, Manase ọmọ rẹ̀,
Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14 Amoni ọmọ rẹ̀, Josiah ọmọ rẹ̀.
Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15 Àwọn ọmọ Josiah: àkọ́bí ọmọ rẹ̀ ni Johanani, èkejì ọmọ rẹ̀ ni Jehoiakimu, ẹ̀kẹta ọmọ rẹ̀ ni Sedekiah, ẹ̀kẹrin ọmọ rẹ̀ ni Ṣallumu.
The sons of Josiah: the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16 Àwọn ìran ọmọ Jehoiakimu: Jekoniah ọmọ rẹ̀, àti Sedekiah.
The sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17 Àwọn ọmọ Jekoniah tí a mú ní ìgbèkùn: Ṣealitieli ọmọ rẹ̀ ọkùnrin,
The sons of Jeconiah, the captive: Shealtiel his son,
18 Malkiramu, Pedaiah, Ṣenasari, Jekamiah, Hoṣama àti Nedabiah.
and Malkiram, and Pedaiah, and Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19 Àwọn ọmọ Pedaiah: Serubbabeli àti Ṣimei. Àwọn ọmọ Serubbabeli: Meṣullamu àti Hananiah. Ṣelomiti ni arábìnrin wọn.
The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel, and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam, and Hananiah; and Shelomith was their sister;
20 Àwọn márùn-ún mìíràn sì tún wà: Haṣuba, Oheli, Berekiah, Hasadiah àti Jusabhesedi.
and Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, and Jushab Hesed, five.
21 Àwọn ọmọ Hananiah: Pelatiah àti Jeṣaiah, àti àwọn ọmọ Refaiah, ti Arnani, ti Obadiah àti ti Ṣekaniah.
The sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah, and Jeshaiah; his son Rephaiah, his son Arnan, his son Obadiah, his son Shecaniah.
22 Àwọn ọmọ Ṣekaniah: Ṣemaiah àti àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀: Hattusi, Igali, Bariah, Neariah àti Ṣafati, mẹ́fà ni gbogbo wọn.
The son of Shecaniah: Shemaiah. The sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, and Igal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23 Àwọn ọmọ Neariah: Elioenai; Hesekiah, àti Asrikamu, mẹ́ta ni gbogbo wọn.
The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, and Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.
24 Àwọn ọmọ Elioenai: Hodafiah, Eliaṣibu, Pelaiah, Akkubu, Johanani, Delaiah àti Anani, méje sì ni gbogbo wọn.
The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
