< 1 Chronicles 26 >

1 Àwọn ìpín tí àwọn olùtọ́jú ẹnu-ọ̀nà. Láti ìran Kora: Meṣelemiah ọmọ Kore, ọ̀kan lára àwọn ọmọ Asafu.
These were the divisions of the gatekeepers: From the Korahites: Meshelemiah son of Kore, one of the sons of Asaph.
2 Meṣelemiah ní àwọn ọmọkùnrin: Sekariah àkọ́bí, Jediaeli ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kejì, Sebadiah ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹta, Jatnieli ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹrin,
Meshelemiah had sons: Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 Elamu ẹlẹ́ẹ̀karùnún, Jehohanani ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹfà àti Elihoenai ẹlẹ́ẹ̀keje.
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, and Eliehoenai the seventh.
4 Obedi-Edomu ni àwọn ọmọkùnrin pẹ̀lú: Ṣemaiah àkọ́bí, Jehosabadi ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kejì, Joah ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹta, Sakari ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹrin, Netaneli ẹlẹ́ẹ̀karùnún,
And Obed-edom also had sons: Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, Sachar the fourth, Nethanel the fifth,
5 Ammieli ẹ̀kẹfà, Isakari èkeje àti Peulltai ẹ̀kẹjọ. (Nítorí tí Ọlọ́run ti bùkún Obedi-Edomu).
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, and Peullethai the eighth. For God had blessed Obed-edom.
6 Ọmọ rẹ̀ Ṣemaiah ní àwọn ọmọkùnrin pẹ̀lú tí wọ́n jẹ́ olórí ní ìdílé baba a wọn nítorí wọ́n jẹ́ ọkùnrin tó lágbára.
Also to his son Shemaiah were born sons who ruled over their families because they were strong, capable men.
7 Àwọn ọmọ Ṣemaiah: Otni, Refaeli, Obedi àti Elsabadi; àwọn ìbátan rẹ̀ Elihu àti Samakiah jẹ́ ọkùnrin alágbára.
Shemaiah’s sons were Othni, Rephael, Obed, and Elzabad; his brothers were Elihu and Semachiah, also capable men.
8 Gbogbo wọ̀nyí ní ìran ọmọ Obedi-Edomu; àwọn àti ọmọkùnrin àti ìbátan wọn jẹ́ alágbára ọkùnrin pẹ̀lú ipá láti ṣe ìsìn náà. Ìran Obedi-Edomu méjìlélọ́gọ́ta ni gbogbo rẹ̀.
All these were descendants of Obed-edom; they and their sons and brothers were capable men with strength to do the work—62 in all from Obed-edom.
9 Meṣelemiah ní àwọn ọmọ àti àwọn ìbátan, tí ó jẹ́ alágbára méjìdínlógún ni gbogbo wọn.
Meshelemiah also had sons and brothers who were capable men—18 in all.
10 Hosa ará Merari ní àwọn ọmọkùnrin: Ṣimri alákọ́kọ́ bí o tilẹ̀ jẹ́ pé kì i ṣe àkọ́bí, baba a rẹ̀ ti yàn an ní àkọ́kọ́.
Hosah the Merarite also had sons: Shimri the first (although he was not the firstborn, his father had appointed him as the first),
11 Hilkiah ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kejì, Tabaliah ẹ̀kẹta àti Sekariah ẹ̀kẹrin. Àwọn ọmọ àti ìbátan Hosa jẹ́ mẹ́tàlá ni gbogbo rẹ̀.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, and Zechariah the fourth. The sons and brothers of Hosah numbered 13 in all.
12 Ìpín wọ̀nyí ti àwọn olùtọ́jú ẹnu-ọ̀nà nípasẹ̀ olóyè ọkùnrin wọn, ní iṣẹ́ ìsìn fún jíjíṣẹ́ nínú ilé Olúwa, gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìbátan wọn ti ṣe.
These divisions of the gatekeepers, through their chief men, had duties for ministering in the house of the LORD, just as their brothers did.
13 Wọ́n ṣẹ́ kèké fún ẹnu-ọ̀nà kọ̀ọ̀kan gẹ́gẹ́ bí àwọn ìdílé wọn bí ọ̀dọ́ àti arúgbó.
They cast lots for each gate, according to their families, young and old alike.
14 Kèké fún ẹnu-ọ̀nà ilà oòrùn bọ́ sí ọ̀dọ̀ Ṣelemiah. Nígbà náà a dá kèké fún ọmọkùnrin rẹ̀ Sekariah, ọlọ́gbọ́n onímọ̀ràn, kèké fún ẹnu-ọ̀nà àríwá sì bọ́ sí ọ̀dọ̀ rẹ̀.
The lot for the East Gate fell to Shelemiah. Then lots were cast for his son Zechariah, a wise counselor, and the lot for the North Gate fell to him.
15 Kèké fún ẹnu-ọ̀nà ìhà gúúsù bọ́ sí ọ̀dọ̀ Obedi-Edomu, kèké fún ilé ìṣúra sì bọ́ sí ọ̀dọ̀ ọmọ rẹ̀.
The lot for the South Gate fell to Obed-edom, and the lot for the storehouses to his sons.
16 Kèké fún ẹnu-ọ̀nà ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn àti Ṣaleketi ẹnu-ọ̀nà ní ọ̀nà apá òkè bọ́ sí ọ̀dọ̀ Ṣuppimu àti Hosa. Olùṣọ́ wà ní ẹ̀bá olùṣọ́.
The lots for the West Gate and the Shallecheth Gate on the ascending highway fell to Shuppim and Hosah. There were guards stationed at every watch.
17 Àwọn ará Lefi mẹ́fà ní ó wà ní ọjọ́ kan ní ìhà ìlà-oòrùn, mẹ́rin ní ọjọ́ kan ní ìhà àríwá, mẹ́rin ní ọjọ́ kan ní ìhà gúúsù àti méjì ní ẹ̀ẹ̀kan ṣoṣo ní ilé ìṣúra.
Each day there were six Levites on the east, four on the north, four on the south, and two pairs at the storehouse.
18 Ní ti ilé ẹjọ́ sí ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn, mẹ́rin sì wà ní ojú ọ̀nà àti méjì ní ilé ẹjọ́ fúnra rẹ̀.
As for the court on the west, there were four at the highway and two at the court.
19 Wọ̀nyí ni ìpín ti àwọn olùtọ́jú ẹnu-ọ̀nà tí wọ́n jẹ́ àwọn ìran ọmọ Kora àti Merari.
These were the divisions of the gatekeepers who were descendants of Korah and Merari.
20 Láti inú àwọn ọmọ Lefi, Ahijah ni ó wà lórí ìṣúra ti ilé Ọlọ́run àti lórí ìṣúra nǹkan wọ̀n-ọn-nì tí a yà sí mímọ́.
Now their fellow Levites were in charge of the treasuries of the house of God and the treasuries of the dedicated things.
21 Àwọn ìran ọmọ Laadani tí wọn jẹ́ ará Gerṣoni nípasẹ̀ Laadani àti tí wọn jẹ́ àwọn olórí àwọn ìdílé tí ó jẹ́ ti Laadani ará Gerṣoni ni Jehieli.
From the descendants of Ladan, who were Gershonites through Ladan and heads of the families of Ladan the Gershonite, were Jehieli,
22 Àwọn ọmọ Jehieli, Setamu àti arákùnrin rẹ̀ Joẹli. Wọ́n ṣalábojútó ilé ìṣúra ti ilé ìṣúra ti ilé Olúwa.
the sons of Jehieli, Zetham, and his brother Joel. They were in charge of the treasuries of the house of the LORD.

From the Amramites, the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:
24 Ṣubaeli, ìran ọmọ Gerṣomu ọmọ Mose jẹ́ olórí tí ó bojútó ilé ìṣúra.
Shebuel, a descendant of Gershom son of Moses, was the officer in charge of the treasuries.
25 Àwọn ìbátan rẹ̀ nípasẹ̀ Elieseri: Rehabiah ọmọ rẹ̀, Jeṣaiah ọmọ rẹ̀, Joramu ọmọ rẹ̀, Sikri ọmọ rẹ̀, Ṣelomiti ọmọ rẹ̀.
His relatives through Eliezer included Rehabiah his son, Jeshaiah his son, Joram his son, Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.
26 Ṣelomiti àti àwọn ìbátan rẹ̀ jẹ́ alábojútó ilé ìṣúra fún àwọn ohun tí à ti yà sọ́tọ̀ nípa ọba Dafidi, nípasẹ̀ àwọn olórí àwọn ìdílé tí wọ́n jẹ́ alákòóso ọ̀rọ̀ọ̀rún àti nípasẹ̀ alákòóso ọmọ-ogun mìíràn.
This Shelomith and his brothers were in charge of all the treasuries for the things dedicated by King David, by the heads of families who were the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and by the army commanders.
27 Díẹ̀ nínú ìkógun tí wọ́n kó nínú ogun ni wọ́n yà sọ́tọ̀ fún títún ilé Olúwa ṣe.
They had dedicated some of the plunder from their battles to the repair of the house of the LORD.
28 Pẹ̀lú gbogbo nǹkan tí a yà sọ́tọ̀ láti ọ̀dọ̀ Samuẹli aríran láti nípasẹ̀ Saulu ọmọ Kiṣi, Abneri ọmọ Neri àti Joabu ọmọ Seruiah gbogbo ohun tí a yà sọ́tọ̀ sì wà ní abẹ́ ìtọ́jú Ṣelomiti àti àwọn ìbátan rẹ̀.
Everything that had been dedicated by Samuel the seer, Saul son of Kish, Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah, along with everything else that was dedicated, was under the care of Shelomith and his brothers.
29 Láti ọ̀dọ̀ àwọn Isari: Kenaniah àti àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ ni a pín iṣẹ́ ìsìn fún kúrò ní apá ilé Olúwa, gẹ́gẹ́ bí àwọn oníṣẹ́ àti àwọn adájọ́ lórí Israẹli.
From the Izrahites, Chenaniah and his sons had the outside duties as officers and judges over Israel.
30 Láti ọ̀dọ̀ àwọn Hebroni: Haṣabiah àti àwọn ìbátan rẹ̀ ẹ̀ẹ́dẹ́gbẹ̀sán ọkùnrin alágbára ní ó dúró ni Israẹli, ìhà ìwọ̀-oòrùn Jordani fún gbogbo iṣẹ́ Olúwa àti fún iṣẹ́ ọba.
From the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his relatives, 1,700 capable men, had charge of the affairs of Israel west of the Jordan for all the work of the LORD and for the service of the king.
31 Ní ti àwọn ará Hebroni, Jeriah jẹ́ olóyè wọn gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìwé ìrántí ìtàn ìdílé láti ọ̀dọ̀ baba ńlá wọn, ní ti ìdílé wọn. Ní ọdún kẹrin ìjọba Dafidi, a ṣe ìwádìí nínú ìwé ìrántí, àwọn ọkùnrin alágbára láàrín àwọn ará Hebroni ni a rí ní Jaseri ní Gileadi.
As for the Hebronites, Jerijah was the chief of the Hebronites, according to the genealogies of his ancestors. In the fortieth year of David’s reign the records were searched, and strong, capable men were found among the Hebronites at Jazer in Gilead.
32 Jeriah ní ẹgbẹ̀rún méjì ó lé ẹ̀ẹ́dẹ́gbẹ̀rin ìbátan, tí wọn jẹ́ ọkùnrin alágbára àti olórí àwọn ìdílé ọba Dafidi sì fi wọ́n ṣe àkóso lórí àwọn ará Reubeni àwọn ará Gadi àti ààbọ̀ ẹ̀yà ti Manase fún gbogbo ọ̀rọ̀ tí ó jọ mọ́ ti Ọlọ́run àti fún ọ̀ràn ti ọba.
Among Jerijah’s relatives there were 2,700 capable men who were heads of families. King David appointed them over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh for every matter pertaining to God and to the affairs of the king.
