1 Chronicles 25

1 Pẹ̀lúpẹ̀lú Dafidi àti àwọn olórí àwọn ọmọ-ogun, ó sì yà díẹ̀ sọ́tọ̀ lára àwọn ọmọ Asafu, Hemani àti Jedutuni fún ìsìn àsọtẹ́lẹ̀, pẹ̀lú dùùrù, ohun èlò orin olókùn àti kimbali. Èyí sì ní àwọn iye àwọn ọkùnrin ẹni tí ó ṣe oníṣẹ́ ìsìn yìí.

Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:

2 Nínú àwọn ọmọ Asafu: Sakkuri, Josẹfu, Netaniah àti Asarela, àwọn ọmọ Asafu ni wọ́n wà lábẹ́ ìbojútó Asafu, ẹni tí ó sọtẹ́lẹ̀ lábẹ́ ìbojútó ọba.

Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.

3 Gẹ́gẹ́ bí ti Jedutuni, nínú àwọn ọmọkùnrin rẹ̀: Gedaliah, Seri, Jeṣaiah, Ṣimei, Haṣabiah àti Mattitiah, mẹ́fà nínú gbogbo wọn, lábẹ́ ìbojútó baba wọn Jedutuni, ẹni tí ó sọtẹ́lẹ̀, ẹni tí ó lo dùùrù láti dúpẹ́ àti láti yin Olúwa.

Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.

4 Gẹ́gẹ́ bí ti Hemani, nínú àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Usieli, Ṣubaeli àti Jerimoti; Hananiah, Hanani, Eliata, Giddalti, àti Romamtieseri, Joṣbekaṣa, Malloti, Hotiri, Mahasiotu.

Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, [and] Mahazioth:

5 Gbogbo àwọn wọ̀nyí sì ni ọmọ Hemani àti wòlíì ọba. Wọ́n sì fi wọ́n fún nípa ìlérí Ọlọ́run láti máa gbé ìwo sókè. Ọlọ́run sì fún Hemani ní ọmọkùnrin mẹ́rìnlá àti àwọn ọmọbìnrin mẹ́ta.

All these [were] the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.

6 Gbogbo àwọn ọkùnrin yìí ni wọ́n wà lábẹ́ ìbojútó àwọn baba wọn fún ohun èlò orin ilé Olúwa, pẹ̀lú kimbali, ohun èlò orin olókùn àti dùùrù, fún ìsìn ilé Olúwa. Asafu, Jedutuni àti Hemani sì wà lábẹ́ ọba.

All these [were] under the hands of their father for song [in] the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.

7 Àwọn ìdílé wọn pẹ̀lú gbogbo àwọn tí ó mòye àti àwọn tí a kọ́ ní ohun èlò orin fún Olúwa, iye wọn sì jẹ́ ọ̀rìnlélúgba ó lé mẹ́jọ.

So the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in the songs of the LORD, [even] all that were cunning, was two hundred fourscore and eight.

8 Kékeré àti àgbà bákan náà, olùkọ́ àti gẹ́gẹ́ bí ti akẹ́kọ̀ọ́, ṣẹ́ kèké fún iṣẹ́ wọn.

And they cast lots, ward against [ward], as well the small as the great, the teacher as the scholar.

9 Kèké èkínní èyí tí ó jẹ́ ti Asafu, jáde sí Josẹfu, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá èkejì sì ni Gedaliah, òun àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ àti àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀, méjìlá

Now the first lot came forth for Asaph to Joseph: the second to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and sons [were] twelve:

10 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹta sí Sakkuri, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé, méjìlá

The third to Zaccur, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

11 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹrin sí Isiri, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá

The fourth to Izri, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

12 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀karùnún sí Netaniah, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá

The fifth to Nethaniah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

13 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹfà sí Bukkiah, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá

The sixth to Bukkiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

14 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀keje sí Jasarela, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá

The seventh to Jesharelah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

15 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹjọ sí Jeṣaiah, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá

The eighth to Jeshaiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

16 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹsàn-án sí Mattaniah, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá

The ninth to Mattaniah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

17 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹwàá sí Ṣimei, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ jẹ́, méjìlá

The tenth to Shimei, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

18 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kọkànlá sí Asareeli, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The eleventh to Azareel, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

19 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹjìlá sí Haṣabiah, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The twelfth to Hashabiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

20 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹtàlá sí Ṣubaeli, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The thirteenth to Shubael, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

21 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹrìnlá sí Mattitiah, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The fourteenth to Mattithiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

22 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹẹ̀dógún sí Jerimoti, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The fifteenth to Jeremoth, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

23 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹrìndínlógún sí Hananiah, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The sixteenth to Hananiah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

24 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹtàdínlógún sí Joṣbekaṣa, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The seventeenth to Joshbekashah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

25 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kejìdínlógún sí Hanani, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The eighteenth to Hanani, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

26 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kọkàndínlógún sí Malloti, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The nineteenth to Mallothi, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

27 ogún sí Eliata, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The twentieth to Eliathah, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

28 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kọkànlélógún sí Hotiri, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The one and twentieth to Hothir, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

29 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kejìlélógún sí Giddalti, àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀ àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The two and twentieth to Giddalti, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

30 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹtàlélógún sí Mahasiotu, àwọn ọmọ rẹ àti ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá

The three and twentieth to Mahazioth, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve:

31 ẹlẹ́ẹ̀kẹrìnlélógún sí Romamtieseri àwọn ọmọ rẹ̀, àti àwọn ìdílé rẹ̀ sì jẹ́, méjìlá.

The four and twentieth to Romamti-ezer, [he], his sons, and his brethren, [were] twelve.
