< 1 Chronicles 16 >

1 Wọ́n gbé àpótí ẹ̀rí Ọlọ́run, wá sínú àgọ́ ti Dafidi ti pèsè fún un, wọ́n sì gbé ẹbọ sísun àti ọrẹ ìdàpọ̀ kalẹ̀ níwájú Ọlọ́run.
And they bring in the Ark of God, and set it up in the midst of the tent that David has stretched out for it, and they bring burnt-offerings and peace-offerings near before God;
2 Lẹ́yìn tí Dafidi parí ẹbọ sísun àti ọrẹ ìdàpọ̀, ó bùkún àwọn ènìyàn ní orúkọ Olúwa.
and David ceases from offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, and blesses the people in the Name of YHWH,
3 Nígbà náà ó fún olúkúlùkù ọkùnrin àti obìnrin ọmọ Israẹli ní ìṣù àkàrà kan, àkàrà dídùn ti àkókò kan àti àkàrà dídùn ti èso àjàrà kan.
and gives a portion to every man of Israel, both man and woman: to each a cake of bread, and a measure of wine, and a grape-cake.
4 Ó yan díẹ̀ lára àwọn ará Lefi láti máa jọ́sìn níwájú àpótí ẹ̀rí Olúwa, àti láti ṣe ìrántí àti dúpẹ́ àti láti yin Olúwa, Ọlọ́run Israẹli.
And he puts before the Ark of YHWH, those ministering from the Levites, even to make mention of, and to thank, and to give praise to YHWH, God of Israel:
5 Asafu ni olóyè, àtẹ̀lé rẹ ni Sekariah, Jehieli, Ṣemiramotu, Asieli, Mattitiah, Eliabu, Benaiah, Obedi-Edomu àti Jeieli, àwọn ni yóò lu ohun èlò orin olókùn àti dùùrù haapu. Asafu ni yóò lu símbálì kíkan.
Asaph the head, and his second Zechariah; Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, with instruments of psalteries, and with harps; and Asaph is sounding with cymbals;
6 Àti Benaiah àti Jahasieli àwọn àlùfáà ni yóò fọn ìpè nígbà gbogbo níwájú àpótí ẹ̀rí májẹ̀mú ti Ọlọ́run.
and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests [are] continually [sounding] with trumpets before the Ark of the Covenant of God.
7 Ní ọjọ́ náà Dafidi kọ́kọ́ fi lé Asafu àti àwọn ẹlẹgbẹ́ rẹ̀ lọ́wọ́ orin Dafidi ti ọpẹ́ sí Olúwa.
On that day, at that time, David has given at the beginning to give thanks to YHWH by the hand of Asaph and his brothers:
8 Ẹ fi ọpẹ́ fún Olúwa, ẹ pe orúkọ rẹ̀, ẹ fi iṣẹ́ rẹ̀ hàn nínú àwọn ènìyàn fún ohun tí ó ṣe
“Give thanks to YHWH, call on His Name, Make His doings known among the peoples.
9 Ẹ kọrin sí i, ẹ kọrin ìyìn, sí i, ẹ sọ ti gbogbo iṣẹ́ ìyanu rẹ̀.
Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him, Meditate on all His wonders.
10 Ìyìn nínú orúkọ rẹ̀ mímọ́; jẹ kí ọkàn àwọn tí ó yin Olúwa kí ó yọ̀.
Boast yourselves in His Holy Name, The heart of those seeking YHWH rejoices.
11 Ẹ wá Olúwa àti agbára rẹ̀; e wá ojú rẹ̀ nígbà gbogbo.
Seek YHWH and His strength, Seek His face continually.
12 Rántí àwọn ìyanu tí Ó ti ṣe, iṣẹ́ ìyanu rẹ̀ àti ìdájọ́ tí Ó ti sọ.
Remember His wonders that He did, His signs, and the judgments of His mouth,
13 A! ẹ̀yin ìran ọmọ Israẹli ìránṣẹ́ rẹ̀, àwọn ọmọ Jakọbu, ẹ̀yin tí ó ti yàn.
O seed of Israel, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!
14 Òun ni Olúwa Ọlọ́run wa; ìdájọ́ rẹ̀ wà ní gbogbo ayé.
He [is] our God YHWH, His judgments [are] in all the earth.
15 Ó rántí májẹ̀mú rẹ̀ láéláé, ọ̀rọ̀ tí ó pàṣẹ, fún ẹgbẹẹgbẹ̀rún ìran,
Remember His covenant for all time, The word He commanded—To one thousand generations,
16 májẹ̀mú tí ó dá pẹ̀lú Abrahamu, ìbúra tí ó ṣe pẹ̀lú fún Isaaki.
Which He has made with Abraham, And His oath—to Isaac,
17 Ó ṣe ìdánilójú u rẹ̀ fún Jakọbu, gẹ́gẹ́ bí àṣẹ sí Israẹli, gẹ́gẹ́ bi májẹ̀mú ayérayé:
And He establishes it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel [for] a perpetual covenant,
18 “Sí ọ, ni èmi yóò fún ní ilẹ̀ Kenaani. Gẹ́gẹ́ bí ààyè tí ìwọ yóò jogún.”
Saying, To you I give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance,
19 Nígbà tí wọn kéré ní iye, wọ́n kéré gidigidi, wọ́n sì jẹ́ àlejò níbẹ̀,
When you were few in number, As a little thing, and sojourners in it.
20 wọ́n rìn kiri láti orílẹ̀-èdè sí orílẹ̀-èdè láti ìjọba kan sí èkejì.
And they go up and down, From nation to nation, And from a kingdom to another people.
21 Kò gba ọkùnrin kankan láyè láti pọ́n wọn lójú; nítorí tiwọn, ó bá àwọn ọba wí.
He has not permitted any to oppress them, And reproves kings on their account:
22 “Má ṣe fọwọ́ kan àwọn ẹni àmì òróró mi; má ṣe pa àwọn wòlíì mi lára.”
Do not come against My anointed ones, And do no evil against My prophets.
23 Kọrin sí Olúwa gbogbo ayé; ẹ máa fi ìgbàlà rẹ̀ hàn láti ọjọ́ dé ọjọ́.
Sing to YHWH, all the earth, Proclaim His salvation from day to day.
24 Kéde ògo à rẹ̀ láàrín àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè, ohun ìyàlẹ́nu tí ó ṣe láàrín gbogbo ènìyàn.
Recount His glory among nations, His wonders among all the peoples.
25 Nítorí títóbi ni Olúwa òun sì ni ìyìn yẹ jùlọ; òun ni kí a bẹ̀rù ju gbogbo àwọn Ọlọ́run lọ.
For great [is] YHWH, and greatly praised, And He [is] fearful above all gods.
26 Nítorí gbogbo àwọn ọlọ́run orílẹ̀-èdè jẹ́ àwọn òrìṣà, ṣùgbọ́n Olúwa dá àwọn ọ̀run.
For all gods of the peoples [are] nothing, And YHWH has made the heavens.
27 Dídán àti ọláńlá ni ó wà níwájú rẹ̀; agbára àti ayọ̀ ni ó wà ní ibi ibùgbé rẹ̀.
Splendor and majesty [are] before Him, Strength and joy [are] in His place.
28 Fi fún Olúwa, ẹ̀yin ìdílé àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè, ẹ fi ògo àti ipá fún Olúwa.
Ascribe to YHWH, you families of peoples, Ascribe to YHWH glory and strength.
29 Fún Olúwa ní ìyìn nítorí orúkọ rẹ̀; gbé ọrẹ kí ẹ sì wá síwájú rẹ̀. Sìn Olúwa nínú inú dídùn ìwà mímọ́ rẹ̀.
Ascribe to YHWH the glory of His Name, Lift up a present, and come before Him. Bow yourselves to YHWH, In the beauty of holiness.
30 Wárìrì níwájú rẹ̀, gbogbo ayé! Ayé sì fi ìdí múlẹ̀; a kò sì le è ṣí i.
Be pained before Him, all the earth; Also, the world is established, It is not moved!
31 Jẹ́ kí àwọn ọ̀run kí ó yọ̀, jẹ́ kí ayé kí ó ṣe inú dídùn; lẹ́ kí wọn kí ó sọ láàrín àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè, pé “Olúwa jẹ ọba!”
The heavens rejoice, and the earth is glad, And they say among nations, YHWH has reigned!
32 Jẹ́ kí ọ̀run kí ó tún dún padà, àti gbogbo ohun tí ó wà nínú rẹ̀; Jẹ́ kí àwọn pápá kí ó hó fún ayọ̀, àti gbogbo ohun tí ó wà nínú rẹ̀!
The sea roars, and its fullness, The field exults, and all that [is] in it,
33 Nígbà náà ni igi igbó yóò kọrin, wọn yóò kọrin fún ayọ̀ níwájú Olúwa, nítorí tí ó wá láti ṣèdájọ́ ayé.
Then trees of the forest sing, From the presence of YHWH, For He has come to judge the earth!
34 Fi ọpẹ́ fún Olúwa, nítorí tí ó dára; ìfẹ́ ẹ rẹ̀ dúró títí láé.
Give thanks to YHWH, for [He is] good, For His kindness [is] for all time,
35 Ké lóhùn rara, “Gbà wá, Ọlọ́run olùgbàlà a wa; kó wa jọ kí o sì gbà wá kúrò lọ́wọ́ àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè, kí àwa kí ó lè fi ọpẹ́ fún orúkọ mímọ́ rẹ, kí àwa kí ó lè yọ̀ nínú ìyìn rẹ̀.”
And say, Save us, O God of our salvation, And gather us, and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks to Your Holy Name, To triumph in Your praise.
36 Olùbùkún ni Olúwa, Ọlọ́run Israẹli, láé àti láéláé. Lẹ́yìn náà gbogbo àwọn ènìyàn wí pé, “Àmín,” wọ́n “Yin Olúwa.”
Blessed [is] YHWH, God of Israel, From age to age”; And all the people say, “Amen,” and have given praise to YHWH.
37 Dafidi fi Asafu àti àwọn ẹlẹgbẹ́ rẹ̀ sílẹ̀ níwájú àpótí ẹ̀rí Olúwa láti jíṣẹ́ níbẹ̀ déédé, gẹ́gẹ́ bí ọjọ́ kọ̀ọ̀kan ṣe gbà.
And he leaves there [those] of Asaph and of his brothers, before the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH, to minister before the Ark continually, according to the matter of a day in its day;
38 Ó fi Obedi-Edomu àti méjìdínláàádọ́rin ẹlẹgbẹ́ ẹ rẹ̀ láti ṣiṣẹ́ ìránṣẹ́ pẹ̀lú wọn. Obedi-Edomu mọ Jedutuni, àti Hosa pẹ̀lú jẹ́ olùtọ́jú ẹnu-ọ̀nà.
both Obed-Edom and their sixty-eight brothers, and Obed-Edom son of Jeduthun, and Hosah, for gatekeepers;
39 Dafidi fi Sadoku àlùfáà àti àwọn àlùfáà ẹlẹgbẹ́ rẹ̀ níwájú Àgọ́ Olúwa ní ibi gíga ní Gibeoni.
and Zadok the priest, and his brothers the priests, before the Dwelling Place of YHWH, in a high place that [is] in Gibeon,
40 Láti gbé pẹpẹ ẹbọ sísun déédé, àárọ̀ àti ìrọ̀lẹ́ ní ìbámu pẹ̀lú gbogbo ohun tí a kọ sínú òfin Olúwa, tí ó ti fún Israẹli.
to cause burnt-offerings to ascend continually to YHWH on the altar of burnt-offering, morning and evening, and for all that is written in the Law of YHWH that He charged on Israel.
41 Pẹ̀lú wọn ni Hemani àti Jedutuni àti ìyókù tí a mú àti yàn nípasẹ̀ orúkọ láti fi ọpẹ́ fún Olúwa, nítorí tí ìfẹ́ rẹ̀ dúró títí láéláé
And with them [are] Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen, who were defined by name, to give thanks to YHWH, for His kindness [is] for all time;
42 Hemani àti Jedutuni ni wọ́n dúró fún fífọn ìpè àti Kimbali àti fún lílo ohun èlò yòókù fún orin Ọlọ́run. Àwọn ọmọ Jedutuni wà ní ipò dídúró ní ẹnu-ọ̀nà.
and with them—Heman and Jeduthun—[are] trumpets and cymbals for those sounding, and instruments of the song of God, and the sons of Jeduthun [are] at the gate.
43 Nígbà náà gbogbo àwọn ènìyàn kúrò, olúkúlùkù sí ilé rẹ̀: Dafidi yípadà láti súre fún ìdílé rẹ̀.
And all the people go, each to his house, and David turns around to bless his house.
