< Romans 14 >

1 Luyakulanga woso mutu wulebakana mu minu; bika sia mu diambu di findana yandi ziphaka mu diambu di mayindu mandi.
Now him that is weak in the faith receive, not to [the] determining of questions of reasoning.
2 Wunkaka weti wilukila ti wulenda dia bima bioso vayi wunkaka widi, wulebakana, wundianga kaka bidia binkunungu.
One man is assured that he may eat all things; but the weak eats herbs.
3 Buna mutu wowo wundianga bima bioso kabika lenza mutu wowo wukakadianga ko bima bioso. Woso wukakadianga ko bima bioso kabika sambisa mutu wowo weta dia bima bioso bila Nzambi wuntambula.
Let not him that eats make little of him that eats not; and let not him that eats not judge him that eats: for God has received him.
4 Ngeyo widi nani, ngeyo wunsambisanga kisadi ki ngana e? Enati telimini voti buidi, Pfumuꞌandi kaka matedi. Vayi wela telama bila Pfumu beki lulendo mu kuntelimisa.
Who art thou that judgest the servant of another? to his own master he stands or falls. And he shall be made to stand; for the Lord is able to make him stand.
5 Wunkaka wulenda mona ti vadi lumbu kiviokidi kinkaka. Kuidi wunkaka bilumbu bioso bidedikini. Bulutidi mboti kadika mutu kazenga boso buididi mayindu mandi.
One man esteems day more than day; another esteems every day [alike]. Let each be fully persuaded in his own mind.
6 Woso mutu weti mona ti bilumbu bidi biviakana, weti bu vanga mu diambu di Pfumu. Ayi mutu wowo weti dianga bima bioso buna weti divanga mu diambu di Pfumu bila weti vutula matondo kuidi Nzambi. Mutu wowo kakadianga ko bima bioso kakadianga ko mu diambu di Pfumu bila mamvandi weti vutula matondo kuidi Nzambi.
He that regards the day, regards it to [the] Lord. And he that eats, eats to [the] Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he that does not eat, [it is] to [the] Lord he does not eat, and gives God thanks.
7 Bila kuisi ko mutu mu beto weti zinga mu diambu di niandi veka ayi kuisi ko mutu weti fua mu diambu di niandi veka.
For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself.
8 Enati tunzinga buna tunzinga mu diambu di Pfumu; voti enati tufuidi buna tufuidi mu diambu di Pfumu. Diawu tuzinga voti tufua, Pfumu niandi kaka wutuvuidi.
For both if we should live, [it is] to the Lord we live; and if we should die, [it is] to the Lord we die: both if we should live then, and if we should die, we are the Lord's.
9 Bila mu diambu diodi Klisto wufua ayi wulembo zingi diaka mu diambu kaba Pfumu yi batu badi moyo ayi yi batu bafua.
For to this [end] Christ has died and lived [again], that he might rule over both dead and living.
10 Vayi ngeyo bila mbi wulembo sambisila khombꞌaku e? Voti bila mbi wulembo lenzila khombꞌaku e? Bila beto boso tuela samba va tilibinadu ki Nzambi.
But thou, why judgest thou thy brother? or again, thou, why dost thou make little of thy brother? for we shall all be placed before the judgment-seat of God.
11 Bila disonama ti: Pfumu tubidi ti: Sumbu ndidi moyo, makuma moso mela kumfukimina. Miunu mioso miela kikinina ti ndidi Nzambi.
For it is written, I live, saith [the] Lord, that to me shall bow every knee, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12 Diawu kadika mutu buna tuidi wela samba va meso ma Nzambi mu diambu di mambu mandi veka.
So then each of us shall give an account concerning himself to God.
13 Tubika buela kukisambisanga beto na beto vayi tunuana mu baka lukanu lu kambu tula diambu ku ntuala khombꞌaku diodi kalenda buminina thutu voti diodi kalenda buila.
Let us no longer therefore judge one another; but judge ye this rather, not to put a stumbling-block or a fall-trap before his brother.
14 Kuidi minu, nzebi ayi ndinwilukila ti mu Pfumu Yesu muisi ko kima kisumuka mu kiawu veka. Vayi enati mutu mueni kima kisumuka buna kuidi niandi kima beni kidi kisumuka.
I know, and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean of itself; except to him who reckons anything to be unclean, to that man [it is] unclean.
15 Bila, enati wulembo monisa khombꞌaku kiadi mu diambu di bidia, buna wukadi buela diatila mu luzolo. Diawu kadi zimbisa, mu diambu di bidia, mutu wowo Klisto kafuila.
For if on account of meat thy brother is grieved, thou walkest no longer according to love. Destroy not him with thy meat for whom Christ has died.
16 Kadi tala ti mamboti madi mu beno mabika tubudulu.
Let not then your good be evil spoken of;
17 Bila kipfumu ki Nzambi kisi ko mu dia ayi mu nua vayi mu diambu di busonga, ndembama ayi khini mu Pheve yinlongo.
for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, and peace, and joy in [the] Holy Spirit.
18 Bila mutu wowo wunsadilanga Klisto mu mambu momo, weti monisa Nzambi khini ayi batu bafueti kunkikinina.
For he that in this serves the Christ [is] acceptable to God and approved of men.
19 Diawu tutomba mambu mannatanga ndembama ayi momo meti kutukindisa.
So then let us pursue the things which tend to peace, and things whereby one shall build up another.
20 Bika vonda kisalu ki Nzambi mu diambu di bidia. Bukiedika bima bioso bidi bivedila; vayi mbimbi kuidi mutu mu dia bidiabiobi bieti buisa mutu mu masumu.
For the sake of meat do not destroy the work of God. All things indeed [are] pure; but [it is] evil to that man who eats while stumbling [in doing so].
21 Diambu dilutidi mboti, diawu diadi: mboti kuandi mu kambu dia, mu kambu nua voti mu kambu vanga mambu moso momo malenda buisa khombꞌaku.
[It is] right not to eat meat, nor drink wine, nor [do anything] in which thy brother stumbles, or is offended, or is weak.
22 Ngeyo widi minu, keba kiawu ngeyo veka va meso ma Nzambi. Khini kuidi mutu wunkambu ku kisambisanga mu mambu kakikinini.
Hast thou faith? have [it] to thyself before God. Blessed [is] he who does not judge himself in what he allows.
23 Vayi woso mutu wummematanga mu diambu di bidia bi keti dia buna wukibedisidi bila kasi bu vangila ko ku tsi minu. Muaki mambu moso meti vangimina mu kambu ku minu madi masumu.
But he that doubts, if he eat, is condemned; because [it is] not of faith; but whatever [is] not of faith is sin.
