< Psalms 77 >
1 Nkunga Asafi kuidi Yedutuni, pfumu wu minyimbidi. Ndiyamikina kuidi Nzambi mu diambu di lusadusu ndiyamikina kuidi Nzambi mu kunguila.
To the Chief Musician. On "Jeduthun." Asaph’s, a Melody. With my voice—unto God, will I make outcry, With my voice unto God, and he will give ear unto me;
2 Thangu ndiba mu ziphasi, nditomba Yave; va builu ndinonuna mioko miama mu kambu vonga; ayi muelꞌama wumanga bombo.
In the day of my distress—unto My Lord, will I seek, My hand, by night, hath been outstretched and never once became slack, My soul, hath refused to be consoled;
3 Ndietebukila moyo, a Nzambi, ayi ndikunga; ndiyindula mu tsi ntima ayi pheve ama yivonga ngolo.
I remember God and I murmur, I muse, and my spirit swooneth. (Selah)
4 Wekeba meso mama ma bika zibama, ndiba diaka mu phasi mu tuba.
Thou hast held, watching, mine eyes, I was driven to and fro, and could not speak;
5 Ndiyindula bilumbu bivioka, mimvu mi thama.
I reasoned, Of the days of aforetime, Of the years of by-gone ages;
6 Ndieti tebukila minkunga miama moyo va builu, Ntima ama uyindula ku tsi ntima ayi pheve ama yikiyuvula:
I remember my song in the night, —With my own heart, I commune, And my spirit, maketh search: —
7 Pfumu wela tumbu loza kuandi mvimba e? Kalendi buela monisa nlemvo andi ko e?
For ages, will My Lord reject? And, not again, grant acceptance any more?
8 Luzolo luandi lungolo lusukidi kuandi mvimba e? Zitsila ziandi mu zithangu zioso zikitukidi zi phamba e?
Hath his lovingkindness, come to a perpetual end? Hath his word failed to generation after generation?
9 Nzambi wuzimbikini kuandi buela monisa nlemvo e? Wuyimini kiadi kiandi mu diambu di nganzi e?
Hath GOD, forgotten to show favour? Or hath he shut up, in anger, his compassions? (Selah)
10 Buna ndiyindula “mu diambu diadi ndiela singimina: mimvu mi koko ku lubakala ku Nzambi yizangama.”
Then said I—An affliction to me, it is, The changing of the right hand of the Most High.
11 Ndiela tebukila moyo mavanga ma Yave, bukiedika ndiela tebukila moyo bikumu biaku bi thama.
I will remember the doings of Yah, Surely I will remember, out of aforetime, thy wonderful way;
12 Ndiela yindulanga mu tsi ntima bisalu biaku bioso; ayi ndiela banzilanga mavanga maku moso ma lulendo.
And will talk to myself of all thy work, And, of thy doings, will I muse: —
13 Zinzila ziaku, a Nzambi, zidi zinlongo; nzambi mbi widi wunneni banga Nzambi eto e?
O God, in the sanctuary, is thy way, —Who is a great GOD like Elohim?
14 Ngeyo widi Nzambi yimvanganga bikumu; Ngeyo weti monisa lulendo luaku muidi batu.
Thou, art GOD, doing wonderfully, —Thou hast made known, among the peoples, thy might;
15 Mu koko kuaku ku lulendo wukuidila batu baku, nkuna wu Yakobi ayi wu Zozefi.
Thou didst redeem, with thine arm—Thy people, Thy sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
16 Minlangu mimmona, ngeyo a Nzambi! Minlangu mimona ngeyo, ayi mikotadala zitsina zi minlangu zi nikuka.
The waters saw thee, O God, The waters saw thee, They were in birth-throes, Yea the resounding deeps were stirred;
17 Matuti madukula minlangu; diyilu diduma mu nzazi madionga maku matotuka ku ntuala ayi ku mbusa.
The clouds, poured down waters, The skies uttered, a voice, Yea, thine arrows, flew hither and thither;
18 Zinzazi ziaku ziwakana mu kimbongila; zitsiemo zikienzula ntoto; ntoto wunikuka ayi wutita.
The, voice of thy thunder, was in the whirlwind, Thy lightnings illumined the world, The earth, trembled and quaked;
19 Nsolo aku wuviokila va khatitsika mbu, nzilꞌaku mu minlangu midi nguma, muna zithambi ziaku zisia monika ko.
In the sea, was thy way, And, thy path, in the mighty waters, And, thy footprints, could not be known:
20 Wudiatisa batu baku banga nkangu wu mamemi, mu koko ku Moyize ayi Aloni.
Thou didst lead, like a flock, thy people, By the hand of Moses and Aaron.
