1 Nkunga bana ba babakala ba Kole. Yave widi wunneni. Ayi lutidi fuana mu tambula minzitusu mu divula di Nzambi eto, mongo andi wunlongo.
A Melodious Song. For the Sons of Korah. Great is Yahweh, and worthy to be mightily praised, In the city of our God, His holy mountain.
2 Widi wu kitoko mu nangama kuandi, khini yi ntoto wumvimba. Mongo wu Sioni widi banga zitsongi zilutisi nangama zi Zafoni, divula di ntinu wunneni.
Beautiful in elevation, the joy of all the land, Is Mount Zion, in the recesses of the north, —The city of a great king.
3 Nzambi widi mu zinzo zi divula beni wukimonisa niandi veka mu ba suamunu kiandi ki ngolo.
God, in her palaces, is to be known as a high tower.
4 Mu thangu mintinu mifubikisa zingolo, mu thangu midiatila va kimosi.
For lo! Kings—Met as appointed, Passed by together;
5 Mimona ayi misimina; mitina mu tsisi.
They themselves, saw, So, were they amazed, Dismayed—they hurried way!
6 Lukhuku luba buila vana ziphasi ziba mona zidedikini banga mianga mieti mona nketo weka buta.
Trembling, seized them, there, Pangs. like hers who is in travail.
7 Ngeyo wuba bunga banga masuwa ma Talisi mabungu mu phemo yeti totukila ku Esite.
With an east wind, wilt thou shatter the ships of Tarshish.
8 Banga bu tuwila, buawu bobo tumuenini mu divula di Yave, nkua ngolo yoso; mu divula di Nzambi eto: Nzambi wela kuvana luvovomo mu zithangu zioso.
Just as we have heard, So, have we seen, In the city of Yahweh of hosts, In the city of our God, God himself, will establish her, unto times age-abiding. (Selah)
9 Mu khati nzo aku, a Nzambi, tueti yindula mu diambu di luzolo luaku lu ngolo.
We have thought, O God, upon thy lovingkindness, In the midst of thy temple:
10 Banga dizina diaku, a Nzambi! Nzitusu aku widi nate mu sukisina ntoto. Koko kuaku ku lubakala kuwedi busonga.
According to thy Name, O God, So, be thy praise, unto the ends of the earth, With righteousness, is, thy right hand, filled.
11 Mongo wu Sioni wulembo moni khini; mala ma Yuda malembo yangalala mu diambu di zinzengolo ziaku.
Let Mount Zion rejoice, Let the daughters of Judah exult, Because of thy judgments.
12 Ludiata muyenda Sioni ayi lunzungidila, ayi lutanga zinzo ziandi zizangama.
Go round Zion, and compass her about, Reckon up her towers;
13 Lutala bumboti ziphangu ziandi; Lufiongunina zinzo ziandi muingi luba samunina kuidi tsungi yinkuiza.
Apply your mind to her rampart, Pass between her palaces, That ye may recount them to an after generation;
14 Bila Nzambi yayi niandi Nzambi eto mu thangu yi kayimani ayi mu zithangu zioso. Niandi wela ba ntuadisi eto nate ku tsuka.
For, this God, is our God, to times age-abiding and beyond, He himself, will conduct us till death.
