< Psalms 139 >

1 Nkunga Davidi kuidi Pfumu minyimbidi. A Yave ngeyo wuthomba ayi ngeyo wunzebi.
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. LORD, you have searched me, and you know me.
2 Ngeyo zebi thangu ndidi wuvuanda ayi thangu ndidi wutelama; ngeyo weti bakula bumboti mayindu mama bu makidi thama.
You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 Ngeyo zebi thangu ndieti totuka ayi thangu ndieti lambalala; Ngeyo zebi bumboti zinzila ziama zioso.
You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.
4 Tuamina mambu maba va ludimi luama, ngeyo zebi mawu moso, a Yave.
For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, LORD, you know it altogether.
5 Ngeyo wunzungididi ku manima ayi ku ntuala Ngeyo wutetika koko kuaku va minu.
You hem me in behind and before. You laid your hand on me.
6 Nzayilu yi phila yoyi, yididi ngolo yitsiminanga kuidi minu; yididi ngolo yinangama muingi ndiyibakidila.
This knowledge is beyond me. It’s lofty. I cannot attain it.
7 Kuevi ndilenda kuenda suamina phevi aku e? A kuevi ndilenda kuenda tinina meso maku e?
Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence?
8 Enati khumini ku Diyilu, ngeyo widi kuna; enati minu thudidi mbukꞌama ku tsina ntoto, ngeyo widi kuna. (Sheol h7585)
If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol (Sheol h7585), behold, you are there!
9 Enati khumini mu mavavi ma nkielo buisi; enati phuendi ku lubakala lu mbu,
If I take the wings of the dawn, and settle in the uttermost parts of the sea,
10 buna kuna diaka, koko kuaku kuela kundiatisa; koko kuaku ku lubakala kuela kutsimbidila ngolo.
even there your hand will lead me, and your right hand will hold me.
11 Enati khembi: “Bukiedika tombi kiela kutsueka” vayi buna kiezila kikitukidi tombi va ndidi.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me. The light around me will be night,”
12 Muaki tombi kilendi ba tombi kuidi ngeyo ko; builu buela kienzuka banga muini bila tombi kidi banga kiezila kuidi ngeyo.
even the darkness does not hide from you, but the night shines as the day. The darkness is like light to you.
13 Ngeyo wuvanga binama biama bi khati nitu; ngeyo wuthunga va kimosi mu vumu ki ngudi ama.
For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 Ndikuzitisa bila ndidi vangu ki tsisi ayi kitsiminanga; mavanga maku madi matsiminanga ayi nzebi buawu bumboti.
I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.
15 Khubukulu ama yi mimvesi yisia suama va ntualꞌaku ko mu thangu ndikubuku mu buangu kisuama; mu thangu ndivangu va kimosi ku tsina ntoto.
My frame was not hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Meso maku mamona nitu ama yikambu kubuku. Bilumbu bioso biobi wukhubikila biba bisonama mu bukuꞌaku, tuamina lumbu kimosi mu biawu kiba.
Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them.
17 A phila thalu mayindu maku kuidi minu, a Nzambi! A phila woka madi!
How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is their sum!
18 Enati thidi ku matanga; buna maviokidi nzielo mu thalu; Bu khotukidi, minu ndidi kaka yaku.
If I would count them, they are more in number than the sand. When I wake up, I am still with you.
19 Enati ngeyo wuzola kaka vonda mutu wumbimbi, a Nzambi! Bika luthatukila beno luntengulanga menga!
If only you, God, would kill the wicked. Get away from me, you bloodthirsty men!
20 Beti kuyolukila mu zikhanu zimbimbi; bobo beti kulenda beti sadila dizina diaku mu kambu fuana.
For they speak against you wickedly. Your enemies take your name in vain.
21 Buevi, ndilendi lenda ko bobo beti kulenda, a Yave? A buevi, ndilendi kakumukina ko bobo beti kufuemi e?
LORD, do not I hate those who hate you? Am I not grieved with those who rise up against you?
22 Ndisi kadi diambu ko vayi kikhenene kaka ndidi kuidi bawu; ndieti ba tanga bambeni ziama.
I hate them with perfect hatred. They have become my enemies.
23 Wumfiongunina, a Nzambi, ayi zaba ndimꞌama; wuthota ayi zaba mayindu mama.
Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts.
24 Tala kani nzila yimbimbi yidi mu minu ayi wundiatisa mu nzila yi mvu ka mvu.
See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way.
